Every tobacco connection I visited has been a great experience and I love them all! This one is no exception. Very friendly staff and great selection and great prices overall. Im glad they exist because they seem to be one of the last standing smoke shops that exist in Eastern Idaho that didnt completely go out of business because of covid.Im new to the state, but from what I hear there were several other smoke shop businesses that existed, but sadly couldnt weather the economic collapse of 2020.

I purchased a battery that was the wrong size. Went back as soon as possible to ask if I could get a refund. The cashier Anthony was aloof, rude, and condescending. Apparently it was a final sale, and now Im out money for a product I cant ever use! Which is absolutely f**king ridiculous! Overall horrible customer service!

Great people with good sense of humor. They have gift cards For the person who has everything, except beer, tobacco and liquor.. Easy to park, across the parking lot of Walmart Superstore. Lots of odd and exotic tobacco products along with the usual suspects. Ill be back.

Cashier was new. And she didnt know how to use my lottery card. I lost 20 points. She was not being supervised. Didnt know what she was doing !

Great store, super helpful people.*edit *Didnt work out so well. Placed an order $120 was told next week. Next week a different clerk said the first clerk didnt know what she was talking about we dont sell what youre looking for and cant get it. We sell this, its comparable. Smokers dont know about vaping. What they suggested was like comparing malt liquor to fine wine Still nice people though.

Although they close a little earlier than I like they have wonderful prices.

Well Im not really sure what to say, they need to learn how to manage their Cigar humidor, they need to take more pride in what they sell to customers at a mark up, or hire someone that knows what to do with cigars, not saying I wont be back but Ill be letting people know what they are buying if I see bad or good cigar care, bought RP Royal 5 1/4x42 Single. Poor care of a great Cigar.

I like this tobacco shop. When I used to roll my own cigarettes, I always bought my tobacco from this store. They have a fully stocked humidor and their cigar prices are competitive. They also have a large selection of incense. I love the staff here.

I think there needs to be a person that knows what they are talking about in here. I find it odd that a place called tobacco connection would have people that know more about the product. When you want a good cigar dont go here. Then again it is Idaho Falls.

The one by the Supercenter is the only one I visit. Even if the other one in town has what I want, I will let the one by Walmart order it and I will wait.Morgan is great!

(This was my boyfriends experience today) If I could give no stars I would... it’s Christmas Eve Day about 2:30 pm ( I only add the day so you can figure out what employee it was). Poor poor customer service, the employee working was down right rude to just about everyone in there, she was not helpful in getting what I needed, she seems she needed more training because she was too overwhelmed you could tell. I waited in line and she told me that I needed to get my own stuff so I had to go behind the counter to get my prime times & then on top of that I had to get back in the end of the line... I left, I was fed up with how she was treating me as a customer.. will never go back to this location....

Drive thru makes it nice so you dont have to get out of the car to get smokes

Helpful friendly nice place to shop.not anymore last two times I went in lousy service. Told me e-cig was ready to go wasnt battery needed charged. Product was misplaced and mispriced.gals there would rather gossip than wait on you. Other store would be better option !
