Cute pants, came in today and I couldn’t stand being in there. Dead quiet. Barely anyone was in the store. employees didn’t talk to me or help me so could not try on anything, would have possibly bought something if employees helped me find something and put effort into there job

I went in yesterday afternoon and was not greeted, nor talked to. Nobody asked me if I needed help finding anything! All the other stores in the mall were way more busy had time for me. There were probably 6 customers in the store with 4 employees! 1 employee was doing her job but the other 3 were sitting in the counter listening to one girls story about how she needed to be hospitalized and taken away in an ambulance! and when i was ready to check out the lady was not happy to see me and was very short with me! ALSO NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS! and they were way too close to others! overall it was a horrible experience and the store really needs new staff because these employees and lazy, selfish brats who need to be fired!

I’m usually pretty happy with this PacSun, but lately they’ve slacking with their customer service. If you’re going for their active stretch jeans in anything, but a size 30 or 32... I recommend going the American Eagle.

Sometimes you are lucky enough to find a sale, but the price cut isnt worth the poor customer service. Its sad that the when you are at the cash register, the cashier NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR EXISTENCE while you are buying products that give him a job. This is not the first time. Never have we been greeted or had anyone offer to help us. I gave 2 starts only because the product we purchased was on sale.

I found what I needed the customer service was fine and it was a good price because it was on sale

So....THIS is the place that helps those hipsters to look SO STUPID when they leave the house? Ive been wondering just HOW these tofu eating, skinny-pants, bearded fools manage to look SO DUMB in public. Then I walked in here and now I know. If you are a hipster, aged 16 - 36 you will probably LOVE this place. All others can just walk on by.
