I actually havent been in store but holy cow do I like their stuff! I ordered and within a week I had my items at my home. The quality was beyond what I could hope for! The prices were fair, especially because the items were so good. They have so many cute items and are updating frequently. I am consistently wanting to buy more item. Very impressed with this store!

Absolutely love this shop! I have never been able to visit the store in person (as I live on the east coast), but their online shopping experience is fantastic! Customer service is great and every item that I have purchased from Love Olive Co has been wonderful quality! Ive recommended this store to several of the women that I go to church with and they agree with me that this is a fantastic, all inclusive store that is extremely helpful! I placed my first love olive co order on Tuesday. The product shipped Wednesday and arrived today. The clothes are perfect and I have been impressed with this location as a first time buyer.

I’m editing my original review of this company due prolonged shipping time/money I paid for two day shipping. Overall, clothes are very cute. They fit well to size. The size charts they provide are accurate. However, I will not order from here again.From a recent order, I placed an order for 2 day shipping. The order sat at their warehouse for two days before they shipped it out and even now it’s been 5 days in total since the order went through. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and I do not have the item. As a company if you cannot provide customers with their items with 2 day shipping, do not provide this as an option.I tried calling the customer service for online orders but no one is answering the phone and when I called the store I was told they do not work on Saturdays. I’m expected to get my package on Tuesday which is a week from the time I placed the order to the time it will be at my home. Love Olive Co, step up your level of customer service for your online site!

Clothes are adorable but employee helping us made us feel like she thought we were going to steal something bc she watched us so closely and was so crazy about clothes going in/out of the dressing room. She even took my daughters purse to put behind the counter -a small purse that was too small to put anything in so I dont see a point in that except to make us feel like she didnt trust us. I have never had that experience before in a store.

This store is my all time favorite place to get any kinds of clothes or accessories. I am an earring person and I have loved every earring I have ever gotten. They are so cute and the store has such a variety to pick from. Clothes wise, I started mostly with dresses from here, but now it has expanded. I used to love Love Olive Co. And their customer service, but I have been SUPER frustrated with them lately.It has been a week now since I placed an order and it still hasnt been shipped. I have never had a company take more than 3-4 days to get things packaged up and shipped out.I even chatted with someone a day or 2 ago that insured me that shipping was preparing it to be shipped that day. Im just really disappointed.

They sell some very cute dresses and jewelry! The dress I wore on my wedding day was from Olive. Every time I go there, the employees are so friendly and helpful. They gave me lots of great suggestions when I was Christmas shopping there. The only thing to keep in mind is that youll probably be dishing out quite a bit of money when shopping there.

I ordered a dress for Easter; measured myself and it fits perfectly! It came so quick and I love it! The picture showed the color and details very well! Will definitely be ordering more!

One of my very first winters in Idaho I went to then Olive Ave (now Love Olive Co) and I bought some boots because mine were terrible. I still have those boots. They are in GREAT condition. Super comfortable, and I bought them in 2017. I pretty much wore them everyday for months at a time with no break in between.Basically what I am trying to say is that Love Olive Co takes a lot of time to pick quality items for their clientelle. I follow them on instagram and they are always so genuine and give the best vibes.

First of all customer service is amazing! They were so nice over the phone and it made it super easy to communicate with them! Although, I have had to return 2 dresses. I am looking for a specific color of a dress and both dresses looked very different in person then they did on their website. It’s always hard to shop online but it is especially hard when you can only return for in store credit.
