Best coffee in Idaho Falls by far. The lady that runs the place is awesome. Always super friendly and makes us feel like family. If youve been there more than once she will remember you! One of the times we went there was another employee there too and he was just as welcoming and friendly. And cant forgot about the resident dog! Shes the sweetest basset hound and is always down to get and give some loves!

Walking into this place... it has such a colorful, beautiful, kind and happy feel!I like black coffee. So I ordered a black drip, a pour over and aeropress to taste.Lena was sooooo helpful and good natured! She answered all of my tedious questions and spoke with a lot of knowledge and passion.I am convinced I would not go back *only* for the coffee... but because walking in was nice but by the time I left I felt so much happier and warmer due to the excellent coffee and warm, personal customer service!Loved! 🤗

My wife and I eat here on a regular basis. This is our go-to place for lunch. The coffee is really excellent, I love their mochas, not too sweet, just right. I am also a fan of their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. Their soups are excellent and the baked goods never fail to impress. I have traveled the world extensively for many years and I’ve never had a better cup of coffee than Chapolera.

The people and ambiance here lit my morning up! Friendly and community oriented. Everything is made in house and is fresh. Best coffee I have had in a long time. I love how much focus and energy they spend with sharing the single origin information and giving back to the communities they are a part of. In addition to the empanada and coffee, I came out of there with local made products! I hope they are as successful as they deserve to be! We will be back!

One of the best places to get coffee in all of Idaho Falls. They always have a good variety of different roasts and I believe theyre the only place in town that has any idea what an AeroPress is. I buy most of my coffee beans from them and whenever I need other coffee related supplies, this is my first stop. The staff is always very friendly and the dog that is occasionally there is a very, very good dog.I send this coffee to friends all over the country and theyve all enjoyed it.

Very comfortable ambience and some of the friendliest service I have ever recieved. The ladies talking and giggling in the kitchen told me in so many ways that they were having fun being there. There was various soaps and jewelry for sale as well as various coffee cups, and be sure to take some fresh-roasted coffee home with you. Very good place!

What a find?!? We wanted to search out the best coffee in Idaho Falls and are pretty sure we succeeded. The wife and daughter and I stopped in and were super happy we made the short trek off the main drag. The coffee was perfect, so much so, we might get a subscription if they will ship. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a bunch of gluten free options given the small food menu. The empanadas and arepas were both made with corn flour and are so simple and delicious. We also split a croissant sandwich and was impressed there too.Perhaps the best part was getting out and stretching our legs and being greeted by the sweetest Basset Hound ever... Lupé is a wonderful ambassador for a wonderful little coffee shop. We will no doubt be back when we pass through Idaho Falls. Great service, coffee and food and fairly inexpensive.

Like no other chai she had ever had. Stop in and have the lady explain about the chai if you are a fan.Only downside I would say is the parking when their is snow on the roads.
