The coffee and bagel were so good. Customer service was top notched and very fast. The people working at the store are so friendly. The store is so cozy and warm, especially for the cold weather.

Good internet could have more tea choices.

Was here for about 90 minutes. The almost 4 foot wide pothole in the drive-through is an extreme hazard to vehicles. Additionally the employees only cleaned the tables in the lobby once, never swept, and never cleaned or even checked the restrooms to verify their cleanliness. This site needs some serious management help.Also, 1 employee was wearing his mask around his chin. Wear it properly or take it off, you look stupid.

Ive had several poor experiences here, however I love starbucks and this location is by far the most convenient... recently Ive been lucky to talk to Jen and she has been going above and beyond to help make things right and I greatly appreciate her caring!

This was a fantastic Starbucks in Idaho Falls, ideally situated, for a stop, between our ride from Teton Village Wyoming and Salt Lake City, Utah. This Starbucks was fresh and vibrant with great atmosphere and nice staff and customers.The staff was super attentive, there are quite a few tables, a working fireplace, and sparkling bathrooms. It was drizzling outside, but on a sunny day there are outdoor tables.

I think our bsrista was having a rough day. She was very unfriendly and didnt seem happy to be at work. Thats okay we all have those days. Our order was wrong on 2 out of 3 drinks. Nothing horrible that we couldnt drink. I hope she ended up having a much better day after we left.

It’s unbelievable how slow orders come out of this store. Consistently bad, and they aren’t even that busy.

For a company who says that they want to make it exactly your way this Starbucks never does. And how is it that they are out of certain ingredients every single day?? Im going to start using any other Starbucks but this one. 🤷 Also the hole in their driveway is destroying cars and they say there is no end in sight.

My Favorite Starbucks in town! They are always so cheerful and friendly even when they are super busy! I would go here over the other ones every time.

Heres a hack: Order your beverage as usual but ask for everything on the side. Most of the cost of your favorite drink is from the barista actually having to stir in that stuff. Its true, love you, Starbucks!!

Greeted by another customer but not by employees...at all. Finally came and took my order, not very friendly. Got the drip coffee quickly but while making my hot mocha she left the milk steaming and made several other drinks for drive thru. Finally 10 mins later she remembered my drink. Not very busy, they should be better organized or streamlined.

I took my daughter there for breakfast this morning and she got a coffee and a panini sandwich... I got a coffee and egg bites... We both thought they were delicious and it ended up making a wonderful morning for her wonderful birthday, thank you very much 😁🌈

No balcony cover over the drive-thru order and pick-up window, the walk-in lobby is closed, and the hours of operation are drastically reduced. It snows and rains often, so... youll get a little wet but, the coffee was good.

I go to Starbucks almost every morning and I order the same thing every day sometimes I go over to the new store in Ammon and most of them time it’s to this location but the last few times I have ordered I get to my office and take my lid off to stir my coffee and my cup is half full or about three fourths full. I think if everyone is paying for a full cup they should get a fairly full cup. I mean it doesn’t mean to running over but it doesn’t need to be half empty either.

Decided to go in and order sine drive through seemed long. 7 vehicles went through the drive though after where I would have been. 2 customers came in and ordered all had received thier coffee. I heard the words sorry more than once. So I walked out with out my coffee. Hope the employee enjoys my coffee because he didnt give me a happy start to my day. Booo this place booo....

Everytime I have gone to this Starbucks, I have never come across anything I can complain about. The staff is always nice, and always willing to help in any way they can. Not once, can I recall, has it been dirty when going inside. They have even figured out my drink orders, not based upon its name that I have clearly forgotten. But from the random bits of information that I could remember. I also have yet to receive a drink order that I thought wasnt up to par.Thanks for all that wonderful coffee!!!!!

I will never come back at this Starbucks! We had to wait 30 minutes for 3 coffees looking at everybody being served in time. And after those 30 minutes, when the coffees finally arrived, what a surprised to realize that nothing of our order was respected ! And when we asked them to correct the order they refused and act rudely with us.. I’m sadly chocked to see how employees have no manners..

So, I just found out that Starbucks is a judgement free zone. You can sit in their lobby, and you can use their internet, and not have to buy anything. Who knew?I didnt realize that Starbucks was so kind to their guests, when most places just want you to leave. Well- Im not sure whos sit there without buying their amazing coffee, but Im sure people have their various reasons. Im glad they are kind to all walks of life, and I certainly have a newfound respect for them.

Good coffee. Rude (regular) morning baristas. I have stood at the mobile order counter and been completely ignored at LEAST 80% of the time. Like, more than one barista comes within two feet of me and pretends Im not there... waiting for my coffee. If you cant sqeak out a kind and genuine acknowledgement of the customers giving you tips, well, whatever, some people just wont tip you 😋I, however, have dealt with it long enough and I dont need to anymore. Thanks for breaking my Starbucks habit! Hopefully one day they figure out how to work as a team and remember the customer experience is part of the Starbucks experience.

Coffee is amazing

They were not open on time, then the espresso machine needed to get warmed up and ready. Not acceptable when mobile ordering is available for a product most often purchased that manner by people in a hurry. When I asked for a refund the barista acted like I was inconveniencing her. Unimpressed.

Staff was very helpful! I collect the “Been there series” espresso cups and this location had them.

We ordered two London Fog iced lattes, and the older lady working there tried to convince my fiance that they didnt have that on the menu, even though weve ordered that from the same Starbucks numerous times. And finally she figured out they had the London Fog on the menu, and decided to put the tea bag in cold almond milk. So we literally spent $15 bucks on almond milk because the tea bags werent brewed in hot water first. ANYONE would know that tea needs to be brewed before putting them in a cold latte. ESPECIALLY a Starbucks worker. She was just being lazy because apparently she didnt want to go through the process of brewing the tea first. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The girl with blue hair is not nice. She perhaps would be better working in the back washing dishes and not dealing with customers in the lobby. She seems to be bored with her work and isn’t short on rolling her eyes at pleasant customers. Thankfully, another barista made up for the experience with a smile and kindness! This was my first experience at this location, I’ll be back but will avoid the one barista.

Oh my! This place had the most bubbly staff I have encountered in a longtime. Service was fast. Clean facility. Smaller seating store then some. Full case of food items and plenty of staff to get things done. A very nice ship.

Walked in to order my coffee as the drive through line was sooooo long. Big mistake! Took 20 minutes to get my cappuccino. The staff was clearly making the drive through priority.

The gal taking our order seemed very impatient with us and wasn’t helpful at all, even though she was chipper with the couple in front of us. It was extremely busy, and they didn’t even ask for our name on our order. Flies EVERYWHERE! We were going to get food, but were hesitant to even get drinks because they were all over. Drive thru was definitely priority.

Drive through is a little wierd (entrance to drive-thru is in front - next to exit) but great, friendly service!

Really busy inside. There’s no where to wait since they blocked off sections of the lobby. There was probably 20 full sized flies flying around on the walls and in the food display case. The barista was impatient. The music was loud, seems like a deterrent to keep people from staying. She didn’t take our names when other customers names were taken.

I drove through the drive thru and missed the box to order (it’s next to some plants and I overlooked it, my mistake) and instead of having a ‘customer is always right’ positive customer service attitude, the barista with colorful hair was EXTREMELY rude and yelled that I had missed her box to order and pointed at it. I apologized and explained I had never been to a Starbucks drive thru before and she said flippantly, “Well you’re just going to have to pull around again to order.” And pointed which way I’d need to go. I waited in line again, taken aback by how rude the barista was. When I got to the window again, not a word of apology or anything resembling the bare minimum of customer service was provided. If providing good customer service is so inconvenient and difficult for her, maybe this barista should look for employment where that’s not an expectation. I read through other reviews and her bad attitude seems to be a frequent problem with other customers. I’ve walked into Starbucks locations all over the country from Boston to Seattle and never been treated so abhorrently- I’ve never even been treated this way at a fast food drive thru! I won’t be going back to this Starbucks.

I stop at this Starbucks at least twice a week. Ive always had great prompt service. Its always been a great experience, today made it even better. I stopped for coffee & placed my order, when I pulled up to the window I realized my debit card was in the back pocket of my jeans at my house, I panic of course. Although my opinion will be slightly biased because my wife works here, this truly is a fantastic establishment with very hard-working employees! I recommend that the nitro cold brew with sweet cream or the caramel macchiato with half the flavoring extra hot! 😊👍

Always open early. Love Starbucks except their drive thru has a weird angle and its awkward driving through to the window. If you dont have cash you cant tip the baristas either.

I’ve been going to this location for years. Drinks always taste great, staff are friendly and helpful, BUT they are horrifically slow in regards to the drive through. If you’re in a hurry there is no guarantee they will be fast or you won’t sit in line for 10 minutes waiting for your drink.

Nice pit spot. Had the seasonal salted caramel mocha ice blended and it was tasty.

Got a iced mocha. They put whip on it. When I told them I didnt want whip. They fixed it. No problem. I love this place.

In the tradition of this well-known brand, this location doesnt disappoint. The friendly, welcoming staff does well @ serving food in a professional, timely manner with a smile on their faces. The location is clean and has an atmosphere great for business meetings as well as friendly gatherings.

Cofee is always good but they forget to not put milk in when you tell them to put soy or almond milk instead.

I sent my stepdaughter and nieces to this location today because Dutch Brothers was closed. They came home very upset over how they were treated over a simple misunderstanding. They said the other employee was polite but the manager was unbearably snarky and that it was uncalled for. Lesson learned. Dutch Brothers will continue to get my money.

Not sure why its giving the Idaho location. Should be the Las Vegas, Caesars Casino. I love the iced green tea! I get it quite often. The only problem I had was the difference of price because this was a Starbucks in a casino on the strip they inflate their prices quite high assuming everyone coming into Starbucks are tourists. Terrible practice for others like locals, employees, etc.
