I searched for a garden stone to be placed below a tree that was planted in loving memory of my closest friend. This was so dear to my heart that I was very particular and sent several messages to Wayne asking many questions. After I picked the font for my he sent several mockups of the design. My siblings and I ordered an engraved rock to remember my mom for my dads garden. These guys did an awesome job and were fantastic to work with. They contacted us with the final design before they started to make sure it was what we wanted. We made several last minute additions to our original design and they were very accommodating. They definitely paid attention to detail and made sure that the end product would be exactly what we wanted and that we would love it and we did!

I just received 3 of the 4 stones from my order and cant express how happy I am with them. I see that #4 is arriving in a separate package. I understand because these are HEAVY. They are beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. My 60 year old little brother died last month of issues related to prostate cancer - way too young. These stones are for his wife and 3 kids and represent quotes from music that they and he loved. He was a geologist who loved rocks! I am a 100% satisfied customer. I was sent a coupon for a discount on engraved items. I have been wanted to do a memorial rock for my grandfather. I checked out A&Ws etsy website and found lots to choose from. They have many fonts, sizes, and designs I could select. Upon ordering a memorial rock for my grandfather, I was contacted within minutes to check that everything was lined up and spelled correctly. I was able to see a sample of what the wording would look like and it was great to see that A&W understood what I wanted. I asked if the order could be ready by a certain date and A&W did everything possible to do a good job and have it ready by the date I hoped for. The rock came packaged nicely and was exactly what I was hoping for. They use real rocks and engrave exactly as I hoped. I would definitely order from them again.

A and W Engraving filled my order for two memorial stones for my dogs that have passed on. They did just what I wanted and were very responsive to my requests for information to make sure I knew what the natural stone pieces would look like before the engraving was completed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I texted Wayne and Arlene after work hours on a Friday night for a rush order engraving for my proposal. Wayne responded immediately, helped provide exactly what I was looking for and got to work.His professionalism didn’t stop there however. Knowing my girlfriend (now fiancé) and I were traveling through Idaho falls, from Atlanta and headed to Montana, he stayed in constant contact to make sure we could secretly transfer the stone at Walmart without her seeing.The stone was more than I could have asked for and led to a flawless and sentimental proposal.
