Really helpful staff who had definitely have a lot of customer experience and knowledge regarding their choice if work. Will definitely come here again.

They were super nice and supportive. Helped with the best options that they had on the store. Was a little disappointed that GameStop didnt ship preorders that were done from the store. Other than that I would say that the store employees were very helpful.

Do not go to this store!!!!! GameStop employees are the worst kind of people. They told me I could get a refund for my Cyberpunk 2077 game when I was buying it. No less than 2 weeks after purchasing the game they are saying that I cannot get a refund and the employee that sold me the game no longer works there. GameStop is a scam and steals your money. GameStop is not going out of business fast enough.

Unfortunately my husband bought a switch on online...The order canceled itself for no reason but still charged our bank. I was trying to be understanding, however after going into the store they just sent us to their online customer service. We called as soon as we left the store. Customer service has an hour wait!!! So we have to wait on the phone for an hour to talk to a real person. I am very frustrated!The next day after we stayed on the phone for an hour we went back to the store. Casandra helped us out and was able to make it a quick and easy process. We were so happy when we left. She was easy to talk to and very understanding. We were also impressed by her ability to multitask with responsibilities in the store. She handled everything very well and made us feel important and understood. We are glad that games stop has someone like her working there!🙂

The employees that work there are helpful and the store has a good selection. Just dont go for the rewards membership. GameStop will sell your info to scammers and spammers and online customer service will screw you. At least, thats been my experience with them. I wont be doing business with the company again.

Wow, I was really impressed with the friendly and helpful service. The place was crazy with tons of customers, a printer freaking out, and the phones ringing off the hook but the employees were cool, happy, and helpful the whole time.They got me way more for my trade-ins than I expected and had some great used games and accessories for my new Xbox One S. Ill be going back a lot.

Ive been going to this location for the past three years roughly and it has been very positive. Its a smaller store location, but Ive had great customer service from the same couple of employees I met when first going in.

I received stellar customer service from Andrew at this store. After calling numerous GameStops and being told that the free promotional game codes I desired couldnt be mailed, Andrew displayed a great skill in thinking outside the box. He simply gave me the code over the phone. Im very impressed and grateful. Andrew boosted my GameStop loyalty 100 levels!

Its GameStop. Their deals are always much higher than what you can find in the PlayStation store, Facebook marketplace, etc. Very friendly always tho, and will always give you the best opinion on tech/games.

Andrew is the epitome of customer service with a friendly smile! We have 2 GameStops in town. 1 in the mall and then the one by Walmart on Broadway. I was pretty much an exclusive Mall GameStop customer even though it was a farther distance. Since Andrew has taken over I rarely ever step foot inside the mall one. Not saying the mall service isnt good just that Andrew and his team are better!

Bought a pre-owned PS4 here, and the controller didnt work. Went back a few days later and the happily and helpfully plugged in my system and found one that worked and traded me. Excellent service

Good experience, help and deals

A couple days ago I went in to find a couple games I might want to buy in the future. The employee working there was named Jason. As I walked in he said if he could help me find anything and I said no and that I was just looking. He then said ok in a tone that made me feel like I wasnt welcomed anymore. I was looking at games for quite sometime and during that time he didnt ask if I needed any help, all he did was play on his phone the entire time I was in there.
