The window sqeegees here are the best—you can wash your window from a mile away. Check out the squeegee in the picture below, and you’ll see what I mean.

Ive worked at a diesel repair facility next to this store for 15 years. All 9 shops that surround the store take break at 10am every day. 90% of the techs around here eat breakfast/ lunch during this break and the poor management at this store consistently fails miserably at accommodating us. They seldom have the advertised food available. The soup counter is almost always pots of hot water for warming non existent soup or old oatmeal and gravy. The hot cabinet has ads for chicken sandwiches all over it but is full of super dry barely edible mystery meat steak burgers, expired breakfast sandwiches for $5 each, over cooked, grossly overpriced low quality chicken wings and soggy fried cordogs. Im not one to leave reviews but this store is just that frustrating. All we ask for is a little consistency and competent management.

No freestanding RV gasoline pumps? Guess not all Flying Ja are equally payed out.Glad the pumps weren’t busy and we fit 36 feet of rig plus a Jeep and the end pump. Enough room to circle the building and easy to get out via the 18 wheeler lot.

Clean, hot showers, generous amounts of water and spray from shower head, they supply towel set to use for your shower, soap for hair and body, helpful/nice staff

This review is for truck drivers. If you are hungry, don’t stop here late at night. No hot food. Subway says are open 24 hrs, they don’t. I’d Kitchen is closed, I think they said until 6 or 7am.

I dont know whos fault is it, management or employee, but thats unacceptable and embarrassing for anyone. You went to the rest room, have a number 2 to find out there is no toilet paper 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️like seriously?

Shower was not cleaned before me and the shower was slippery from the slim on the floor in the shower along with the clot of hair that was their waiting for me. NASTY

No more this flying j, first :truck driver entrance, doors dirty glass never been cleaned, 2: shower needs attention also not really clean and a broken toilet seat, to me it seems they need a new manager, 3: even the subway store, staff smoking outside and so lazy to say good morning, and last thing, staff dont listen very well, seems to me she wants to get rid of me fast, to go outside with her friends.

This Flying J does NOT require face masks. They have signs up, but the majority (maybe 10 customers) inside did not have masks. As a traveler on I-15, Id love it if my trusty gas stations enforced their own policy--the same as Id hope an airport or other travel centers would. What a shame.

Always the best gas prices around! Good on-off the Interstate (I-15). Its a truck stop so there are extra services and goods for sale.

Sucks. Coffee pots empty at 4 am every day

Subways inside this pilot is a rip-off. Beware of what they charge you for as they charged me double meat on a wrap. When I called them out on it they claim its the system that automatically charges double meat when you get a wrap because they use the same meat as a 12 sub. Ive never had this before at any subway, and their advertising behind them even says you get the same amount of meat as a 12 sub but they continued to argue and wouldnt take the charge off. I will never buy a sub here again.

Store layout is not the traditional flying j, must have been something else prior, only issue i saw here 07-14-2020 @ 6 pm. was the mens restroom was extremely not being cleaned, there was paper towels on the floor, sinks were full of splashed water on the counter, toilet stalls had paper all over the floor, with whats going on with the virus and as little foot traffic there is no excuse for this, makes me wonder if the womans restroom was as bad.One more thing would be nice to have some trash cans out in the lot, not one did i see towards the back of the lot.

Fairly nice sized lot, but lots of dropped trailers on weekends limits available parking. Friendly. Clean. Remodeled rather recently. Nice showers unless you want HOT water; moderately warm at best. Towels are pretty rough (like medium sand paper). If you are paying cash for shower, go to Loves. Next time, Ill fuel at Loves and get a better free shower.

Vary friendly staff and a very well kept facility! Throughout my multiple visits to this store, they consistently perform at a high level! Washrooms are always clean, showers are spotless and well stocked (2 towels standard, best that Ive seen in the chain!), the food out of the hot counter is always fresh.... Everything! The only thing theyre missing, this being down more to personal taste though, is a proper espresso machine. Thats more of a chain decision though so I wont hold that against this store.Well done!

Overall a good place to stop with decent parking, clean bathrooms and showers.Great staff and some variety for food both prepackaged and they have a Subway.There is also a McDonalds across the street at the Loves and a Burger King across the road on the other side at another gas station.After dragging your but down through Yellowstone National Park this is the fist decent place to pull into for the night.Have stayed here about a dozen times as it works out perfect for what I can drive each day.

Very rude and I was ordering from subway and the lady in the kitchen was throwing chicken wings in the fryer with NO GLOVES ON I immediately walked out didn’t even get my sandwich from subway specially with this COVID-19 stuff going around still never again

The girls that work at night (after midnight) were really not all that friendly to be honest but they get 5 stars on cleanliness alone. Doing a 34hr restart here and I cant lie this has to be one of the cleanest Flying Js Ive seen and it doesnt matter if its 3am or middle of the day. Also nice upgrade on those shower heads over the ones we normally see...yep showers are a thing for me. 👍

Nice selection of snacks and drinks. Much larger selection of iced coffee then anywhere else in the area. Bathrooms were big and very clean. I took it down on star because there is no easy parking for a vehicle with a trailer. There is lots of semi truck parking but it is all marked reserved. Wish there was an easy place for regular drivers with a trailer to park.

I needed a quick shower. I stopped in at flying j ts. Never again. Next time I need a quickie a bar of soap and the snake river would be better and cleaner.

Stopped here today needing a little fuel and def. Went to park, all angle parking. Would be fun getting in and out if lot is packed. Saw a Canada truck parked in the only handicapped space. If my wife would have been with me and I had the placards I would be banging on his door to move. Restrooms needed swept and mopped. Employees were helpful getting my points straightened out. Overall not too bad of a stop.

Very disappointing experience regarding RV, threatened to have towed. Fortunately Loves was right down the street and subsequently welcomed the business, including that of my brother and sister in law tractor trailer team who now wont be back to F.J. either. Corporate in Louisville has been notified by written correspondence. Staff needs better training at providing correct information.

My husband and I recently passed through Idaho Falls, Idaho in our motorhome on the way from Montana to Colorado. We stopped for fuel and propane.My first impression was how clean the building was and how friendly and helpful everyone seemed to be!I had no idea just how awesome they were until I left my purse there! Five hours later I realized it and called! Kathy went outside by the propane tank.. in the dark and found it!! I could not imagine it would still be there and nothing was missing!! Then the manager, Brett, said he would mail the whole purse and all to me at my daughters home in Colorado!! Now that is SERVICE!!! Bless them both!!!🙏

Very competitive with the other truck stops, they have nearly everything you need as a traveler in need. Easy on easy off the Freeway and highly visible from the highway.

The customer experience was more professional when this location was Dads Truck Stop - The employees were more friendly. The building upgrade gives it a more open feel now.

I used to come here when it had the restaurant in it, but as usual with Pilot Flying Js they take out what drivers want and replace it with junk (Subway, Cinnabon, etc). Its funny...in an interview with the owner of the franchise (Pilot Flying J) a few months ago, he stated that he was very supportive of drivers health out on the road, yet everywhere you look theres nothing but fast foods. How is that helpful to drivers health? All youre doing is catering to tourists and 4 wheelers and not to drivers, who spend much more money than the cars and such. Congratulations on becoming a cookie cut TRAVEL PLAZA because the title of truckstop doesnt apply anymore.

Great HOT shower with great water pressure. All of the employees were friendly. They greeted us, asked if they could help us. Will be a habitual stop in our travels.

Everybody was cool with me. I needed a shower and the manager helped clean one up to keep the line going. Pizza was fresh. Big lounge and big parking spaces.

Of all five locations that i have been to in Montana...this one is the best. Since i had my hip replaced...all the other locations you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to either the showers or drvers lounge. At this location...everything here is on ground level. The only downside is that they have no CAT scale.

Gas price is lowest in the area and is the easy to get back on interstate. If pulling a trailer take outside pumps to be able to pull out not impossible from inside pumps but can be difficult.

One of the better flying, but this is a note to all truck drivers or anybody of visits. We the People have to stop letting these corporations screw us over. Im not a major corporation Im just a very small operation and then taking the showers away its just another screw to the American people

Save your self the hassle. If your headed North Take the Broadway exit off the ramp to the light, take a right, then get in the immediate left lane and hang a hard left into BOOZERS Phillips 66.Trust me your time there will be enormously beneficial rather than the alternative.

I had lunch today at the Subway in Flying J in Idaho Falls. The worker Manda threw the veggies and mashed them on my sandwich, she was so snotty and rude. The bread was so hard. I ended up throwing it away. I spoke with the manager Makay and she said “oh sorry”. Next time you come here to eat I’ll give you a free sandwich. I don’t live in Idaho, I was passing through. She was rude as well! Don’t bother stopping here EVER!!

I like this truck stop, it’s pretty big and has lots of parking spaces available. Also plenty of showers. It has a relaxing vibe in this area.

Pretty standard flying J. I liked it better before flying J bought them out. They used to have a good restaraunt, now its a subway and the pilot, flying J hot held foods.

A great stop to get your fuel and snacks. Plenty of room to fuel up a RV.

Currently the cheapest place to get gas between Rexburg and Preston. That makes it great in my book!

Drive truck! I visit flying J often and allways a nice place to collect my thoughts.

The facility here is all right. But there is always this one guy in a red truck that whenever someone tries to do their pre-trip and sticks her head underneath the trailer the guy will blow his horn. There enough problems out there without you causing trouble. Please die in a car wreck.

What a great location. Freightliner right down the road. Volvo, western star. Safe place to sleep, wake up with a truck problem and your covered with repair locations. Staff was freindly, clean restrooms.

Prices were high but the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Selection was amazing. But the prices we too high.

Diesel prices are always $0.30-$0.60 higher then anywhere else in town. All they do is rip off truckers. 2 exits north there is a KJs that has substantially cheaper fuel, and plenty of truck parking with a bunch of nice restraunts right next to it. Dont stop here and encourage their outragous price gouging on diesel.

And the attendant told me very rudely that they are out with almost everything they have in the menu. Just so i cannot bother them to make a sub. But hey, you get paid to make the subs.Racist people
