After installation, I had a couple little dings in the countertop I was concerned about and they were quick to return and get things fixed up. These guys are quick and efficient. This is a really wonderful place they have a good selection of granite and quartz. The guys that works here were very knowledgeable and gave me alot of choices about redoing my countertops. These guys were amazing to work with! From the woman at the front desk to our main professional Gabriel, the experience could not have been any better! My work schedule didnt allow me to come in during hours the store was open so I sent in my wife to take care of business. She was a little uncomfortable going because she was worried shed relay information wrong, or get wrapped up in a large bill for something that wasnt exactly what we wanted.Gabriel was so thorough when it came to making sure all the details were clear and we were getting the counter tops we had planned on. My wife felt comfortable with the whole process and never felt like she was getting pressured into something she didnt want.I called during a lunch break to make sure the order was correct and everything was as it should be! The customer service here is unreal!Highly Recommend and will be going through them again and again in the future!

We had looked all over for the right material for our countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. I reviewed a lot of information, and went to other companies in IF, as well as Montana. The reality is, many places gave me little information; I often felt there was more information on the internet than what the sales associates shared in their store. Some didnt have even have slabs to show me!Casey at Valley View was knowledgeable, patient, and flexible. He took his time to show us different slabs and explain the qualities between each material so we could make informed decisions.He and his crew, then measured and installed our beautiful new granite. And they beat everyone elses prices, including MT! We are very happy with their products and service.

We visited several countertop shops in Idaho Falls before deciding on Valley View Granite. They had our ideal color and type of quartz and we came to trust Casey (manager) very quickly. Our project included the kitchen countertops, two bathroom countertops with sinks and one vanity (no sink) in one bathrooms. Casey was attentive and responsive throughout the process. At installation, one piece had a flaw and needed some rework. Casey personally came to reinstall the reworked piece a week later.Highly recommend you include Valley View Granite on your list when considering new countertops.
