I had a problem on part of my quartz installed. I talked with owner and no questions asked he agreed to replace it. Absolutely such good people. From owner to install crew. It’s so nice to deal with a company that trusts your word and does it with a smile. Thank You Rock Solid

Great variety of slabs. But when I made my choice I specifically asked that they use the bottom of the slab because the top had two big black spots, about 12” in diameter. Unfortunately they used that end and the big spots are dead center in my island. Sooo disappointed!

We had our dream granite counter tops installed by Rock Solid. We got their name from our flooring contractor that said he was always impressed by their work whenever he saw it. He was certainly right! The experience was pleasant from beginning to end. The workmanship is crazy good. I have 3 seams and you would be hard pressed to find them if I didnt show you them! Also, they use computer programs to make sure the granite patterns match as best they can between slabs. Its really impressive.I would not hesitate to recommend Rock Solid to anyone needing granite counter tops.

Thank-You Rock Solid!! I took my countertop measurements in and received an estimate that day from Chris. Rock Solid was the only place out of the three I called that could measure on Monday and install on Friday a week turn around, impressive.The price was right also. They were great from Calleen at the front desk to the measuring and install, prompt. I recommend Rock solid and will be using them again.

I seriously would not go anywhere else to get counter tops. These guys are the best. Calleen is so easy to work with in the office. They have a huge selection of granite, quartz, soapstone and I am sure other stuff too. They have done two jobs for us in the past few years (one yesterday) both times they had the exact granite and quartz I was looking for. They have such a great selection plus they are amazing installers too! You cant even see any seams. These guys are the real deal and make it very easy.You will like them!

When it comes to quality of work, rock solid does a great job. Everything turned out beautiful. But, communication and customer service was not great. They didn’t do a great job at communicating needs or circumstances, especially after I paid the half down. I would hope they can improve their communication.

We did a total kitchen remodel. Got to look at the granite as much as we wanted. Brought in different flooring samples and colors to match. We got help but never got pressured. Pricing was very fair. Quotes were quick and accurate (he did like 8 of them for us) the materials were outstanding and the installation was superb. The finished job was above our expectations. This is a fine business. If you need granite or tile or quartz you need Rock Solid.

This company is the top of its kind anywhere! The workmanship is incredible and flawless. Choices are beautiful. The thing that really sets them apart is the amazing customer service, really there is none better. They are there to make sure the customer is happy and will bend over backwards to make that happen.

When a small home reno project turned into an entire remodel, I was in and out of this place enough to drive people crazy but I was always greeted with a smile and assistance. I love that the granite is on site and stored indoors. I was provided multiple bids quickly when another place never seemed to want my business. I was never pressured into making a choice but was shown every possible option and was even offered to select from other stores and have something shipped in. The happiest day was when the granite I wanted most suddenly became available and they held it for me until I could make it over to see it and formally reserve it. This has been a great experience and I am so happy to finally make it to the final step of this huge project!

Went through Chris and his team at Rock Solid Granite and Tile for a new construction job, and could not be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish Chris and his team were professional and easy to work with. They made the whole process from picking out the granite and sinks all they way up to the install a fun and exciting process, with exceptional customer service throughout. If it was possible to give them 10 stars we would do it! We have used them twice now in our remodel. The first was a kitchen countertop which came in three pieces -- its imposible to find the seams! The installers were fast, courtious and did an amazing job. We then ordered a countertop for a bathroom vanity. My wife wasnt home and due to a misunderstanding, we had them put a hole in the countertop that shouldnt have been there. When she arrived home and realized OUR mistake - not Rock Solids - she called them apologetically asking if they could somehow fix the hole for us - we were willing to pay since it was our mistake. They said they could do better than that - what did they do? The exact same day they cut another full countertop and brought it out and replaced the first one FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! We are building a home after we sell this remodel - Rock Solid is the only one we will even consider using . We cant say enough good about them!! They were kind, gracious and really took care of us --- and the entire problem was own fault!

Was told that a remnant was a cheaper way to go for granite. Then they give a quote where the labor is multiple times what the granite cost was. For a little bathroom easy piece. Took days to give a quote and then have it be outrageous I will never use them!

We highly recommend Rock Solid Granite & Tile of Idaho Falls. They employ excellent craftsmen and their installation work is beautiful! We were very impressed with their employees, their timeliness and standing behind their word and work. They are professionals all the way around. Excellent company to do business with!

Rock Solid has been a God send. I stopped by their Idaho Falls location on Haroldson to look at what they had for our kitchen. Mind you, I had stopped at several other granite places the past few months but always felt like I was a burden or that my job was too small for them. When Shauna talked to me and showed me what they had to offer, I ordered the install on the spot. Since then I have had them help me with not only my home but my business also. I have never worked with a group of people that are more helpful, friendly, and professional. As a personal customer I will never have work done at my house without Rock Solid. As a business (A hotel in Idaho Falls) my projects will start with Rock Solid and end with Rock Solid. The help and line of products are endless. If we need something done they make it happen even if Fred (One of the owners) has to invent it. Rock Solid is a one stop shop for all your surface needs.

Rock Solid has done a great job taking care of me for over five years. When I had a problem with a sink they came and fixed it for free. I would recommend them to anyone to install granite.

My wife and I had been wanting to upgrade our counter tops but every time we would look at the big box stores or those high priced designer shops we felt unwanted or uneducated on how to even start. I drive by Rock Solid twice daily on hwy, 20, living in the Rigby area. I always thought it might be a contractor business, I decided to stop one day on my way home and what a difference my life is now. I walked away with a measurement schedule for the very next day and the next week we had the most beautiful counter tops in our kitchen, then loved them so much we had them do our bathrooms for a fraction of the cost we had ever been quoted elsewhere. From Shauna at the front to Fred in the back and everyone in between I have NEVER worked with such great people.
