I enjoy coming to big lots wither for a snack item, a decoration, furniture, or just a find. I usually spend more than I plan to because I do find pretty cool things! Staff is always nice and friendly, and store is always clean too!

This is a really great place for anything from lawn decor, to herbs and spices for cooking; from pet supplies to gift ideas. I especially appreciate the herbs and spices (ie dill weed, basil, garlic powder, and/or dried parsley etc). They are wonderfully priced and last quite a while, even if you use them every day like I do.

I was totally shocked when I walked into Big Lots. They have reorganized and upgraded the entire store. Its great. Wider selection, new clothing dept., furniture has expanded, super clean and fun to shop.

Best place youd never think of to get household items. Prices are low & its never really busy so you dont have to fight people off for your shopping like you do at other big box stores. Love Big Lots!

Im going to give four stars instead of five because the layout is kind of funny it didnt used to be that funny I remember when they first opened and you walk in it was very inviting its i not that way anymore more. Honestly its kind of depressing theres no papa color like there was theres no kiosks right there in the Middle with stuff on them that you can kind of browse its just bam youre in there its right in your face. but I will give you five stars if I could for online that was great that was easy it was simple I ordered a mattress from you guys online paid online picked up in store it was fantastic

I love this place! Pretty easy access from multiple main streets, lots of parking. Handicap and wheelchair accessible parking/ entry right up close in front of the store! Its normally not horribly crowded.. yes, you need a face mask. Very large variety of things at pretty decent prices..from Toilet paper to health and beauty, home and some office and art/school supplies, decor, food, beverages, gift items, some clothing items, baby needs, furniture, patio, gardening.. but my favorite is their holiday items! Decor, nicely boxed gift items, and some very unique items as well! Definitely a break from bigger stores being over crowded! Employees are knowledgeable and courteous, Im always greeted with a smile! One more thing, they also have a savings card system based on points earned at each purchase!

Rhonda, an employee at our local Idaho Falls Big Lots, was an excellent help when I went in the other day to return some items. Instead of her blowing me off she totally problem solved and she took the time to help me quickly. It was very much appreciated; I am happy to continue shopping here because they have great employees like Rhonda.

Great deals with a wide variety of products

We came in to get a mattress while a sale that included a free box spring. We ended up finding a really nice clearance mattress and they wrapped it for us and helped my husband get it on the roof of our car! Very nice folks. Thank you!

Although their store was clean, i asked about purchasing their tradingSport cards, but the manager stated they are always gone, he never mentioned what times or days I could come in to be able to purchase them. I then asked about the large canopies they had, and he said they were bothsold. No sales skills whatsoever which is bad for the store and no products that I wanted to buy which was bad for me.

I was kinda blown away with the selection of floor models (couches, sectionals) the variety, the prices were very reasonabe. Cant wait to go back with some cash in hand and find a new family room look with MORE seating.

Ive been a long-time fan of Big Lots anywhere Ive ever lived in the country. This one is nice, clean, well-organized, and follows the layout of most other Big Lots out there, except this location has more furniture then any other Big Lots Ive ever been to.In regards to the plandemic, I am happy that no one hassled me about my decision to not wear a mask inside their establishment.

Its a decent store. Some items are a great deal and others not so much. You really gotta pay attention to the item quantity vs the price. I do shop here once in a while, usually around the holidays.

Worst place ever!!! Never ever going back again. I bought a pool and it was full with holes so I took it back to see if they would exchange it or at least get my money back. They said no I was so upset because I really want to play in the water with my son i wish they would of worn me they dont to exchange or return i would have never brought it. Also customers serve is bad they dont treat you with respect really hate that store

You should not put items that are not on sale on a sale table, couldnt find any coupons online. Changing over to furniture and not being very organized with other things made it harder to find anything.

I love Big Lots because they have everything. They had not only have a wonderful inventory but they have great prices as well. Everything from furniture and electronics, home decorating, personal hygiene products for men and women, bedding, cookware, food, and many seasonal items. Youll definitely find something for everyone there. I recommend the Big Lots and Idaho Falls on 17th Street. Its a large clean well-stocked store and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Big Lots is an interesting store. For being a small department store they do a good job at having desirable inventory. Their food items are competitively prices, and in all departments they tend to have somewhat unique items which keep the visits interesting. My wife loves to look through their seasonal items for this very reason.

One of the cleanest Big Lots I have ever been to. Some awesome bargains sometimes. Some of the staff are really helpful, some arent. Selection here seems to be better than the Big Lots near my dads house, so he drives to Idaho Falls a few times to go to Big Lots.

Went to get tinsel for my tree waited in line 20 minutes with only one employee working. Went to leave and 3 of the employees were sitting outside smoking

This is always my go-to place for pet supplies and toothpaste in small tubes. Prices for puppy pads and treats are terrific although there used to be more variety. I usually find bargains on paper products and shampoos Etc. And often pickup some groceries that are on sale. Their customer service has always been incredible very friendly personnel.

Keri and Mickey took care of me and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.I understand that challenges sometimes arise in any business, and they did for me on my visit. But these two great employees were quick to resolve the problem (not caused by them) and to make sure that I was comfortable as a customer.I will be coming back. Thanks guys!

Most definitely a hit or miss with this type of store. Some bargains are exactly a bargain some items are overpriced. Staff are super nice and the store clean.

Very good selection of home decor and accessories on a budget. Many of the items you can find here are priced right and they even have some nice decorations for an easy spruce up of your home.

Great store, lots of products cheaper than others. There are some products that are more than other stores, so you need to know your prices so you can save money. They also have clearance items that are 90% off their regular price every now and then.
