I would give this Walmart five stars but for some reason all of their self-checkout machines dont take cash and are card only! Ive been going to this location for about 6 months now and the self-checkouts were always this way. That can be pretty annoying but besides that everything else is great.

I am really impressed. Great selection. Great prices. I made a stop here to pick up some things for our trip to Yellowstone. Very much a happy customer. I am coming from Utah and I was very surprised and pleased to see the wine and alcohol selection. I will make it a point to come here when I am back this way.

Wow. This was the worst grocery pickup experience Ive ever had. I scheduled my groceries to be picked up between 11-12 the next day. When that time came, I was notified they had been delayed. Six hours later I never heard anything more so I called the store. After being transferred back and forth and on hold for 25 minutes, they told me my pickup was ready.... When I got to the pickup location I called to check in but they never even checked me in. So of course...more waiting. They finally checked me in, brought me my groceries, and sent me on my way. When I got home... Two items were missing (not specified in the out of stock section). I called to get a refund for those two items but once again I was waiting and being transferred back and forth. I wasnt going to wait more so I just took the loss. To say I am unsatisfied is an understatement...Walmart is getting crappier and crappier each time I go.

To begin this review, let me say, for years Ive loved shopping at Walmart, at least once a week I would spend hours wandering the aisles & perusing the shelves, just for fun...I have not been shopping in close to a year. Wow, Im disappointed. The food shelves are half empty, & the variety is limited... basically if you want Great value brand, shop here. If you want name brand...You have very limited selection IF any. When I went to the check out line, there were 2 checkers open and each had a line of 5 or more customers waiting to be checked out. 2 of the self-check outs were not working. Im bummed, now that Im back to being able to shop, the fun is gone.

What can I say? Its walmart! Always dirty and busy, but customer service people are pleasant for the most part. Its the best place to go for inexpensive items and they have almost everything you will ever need.

I was looking for something in grocery that I couldnt find. I asked an employee. She didnt know, but she walked me over to her supervisor who looked the item up on her handheld and told me the aisle number and explained the numbered sections on the aisle. There it was. I really appreciated it!

Not many cashiers you have to wait for hours to pay. Although their Gas station is great.

Got everything on my list and a whole lot not on my list. Easy self checkout compared to other stores i have been to As well.

I like this Walmart better than most Walmart’s. It’s newer, and huge. Has a lot of options. Every time I’ve been to this Walmart it’s crowded. I don’t love shopping at any Walmart but you just can’t beat their prices and selection all in one place.

It has a tire shop, pharmacy, food, and clothes. Good to swing in and grab anything you need. Quick stop or full shopping it is a good store. I also enjoy buying the graphic tees they sale in the men section! Good prices.

Fairly clean supercenter, not a lot of friendly associates. Seem to be out of a lot of different items, but finding someone to ask about them is nearly impossible.

Was able to find some fairly decent steel toe boots at a reasonable price.

The 2 employees that were working helped me out when I pulled in with a flat tire, they let me use a floor jack, and socket. They are amazing people, you have a great crew for sure. Thank you for your help

Im not going to fault them for the remodeling ongoing, but I will commend them trying to work through all these changes and provide the same level of service and availability!

The clearance today was a huge blessing for us! I asked three different employees for help getting a L cart. I was blown off. I then approached the greeter Renee and she went and found one for us. She was cheerful and helpful.

Its crazy busy on Saturday!!! They are never fully stocked. No Ben and Jerrys of the Tonight Dough, or Fishing food or half baked or....☹🥺🥺. The prices here are a bit more than other walmarts too. Currently they are out of a lot of kitchen supplies.

We visited this Walmart while traveling home from Montana to Sacramento, CA. Was kind of disappointed that they were out of a lot of stuff, like cases of water bottles. But on a good note the staff was very helpful and took the time to help us look for things on our list we were having trouble finding.

Depends upon the day and what is going on there is a more homely feel here because of the location and stuff.

Apparently they are in the process of moving nearly everything in the store. This coupled with the fact that it was packed with shoppers made for an interesting experience, and like all Walmarts-- never enough checkers! But the employees are trying their best

Impressed with Idaho Falls Idaho Walmart. Good store with plenty products. However, verylow in childrens & toddler books. Impressive produce dept & well displayed. Bakery looked great. No wipes to sanitize carts. No hand sanitizer in entrance dispensers either. School supplies were in shambles, thanks to customers making a mess. Disappointing to see how many disrespectful customers would leave carts just anywhere in parking lot instead of returning to proper cart rack. This store is one of the best Walmart stores Ive shopped at. Heres hoping all customers improve poor habits which ultimately helps Walmart

They have a huge selection of produce. They are fully stocked, everything is organized and tidy. I have already memorized which aisle is which so theres not much of a need for me of a store staff. I just like shopping in all Walmart, wherever you are the familiarity of their products make you feel a little like home.

Went to buy a camera and two very knowledgeable and great employees helped me!Have to return to the parking lot to get a cart to put groceries in...so save your time and bring one in when you park.I have difficulty walking. Wish some one has told me! 🤗

They have it to where all their self checkouts wont take cash due to a so called coin shortage and if you want to pay cash you have to wait in a long line which is all a bunch of bull!! So ridiculous!!!

I used the restroom and an employee came in and left the same time as me, but they didnt wash their hands. Absolutely disgusting. Have fun with fecal matter on your vegetables!

200 employees running around this place and here I stand in the only checkout line behind ten people oh wait three of them left because of how slow they are. Who ever is running this place should get there meds adjusted. I could drive clear across town and get service ten times faster. Its pretty obvious they are trying to get rid of our American currency by making the ones that still pay in cash suffer through there lines.

Why even shop here? They had shortages even before the pandemic and its only gotten worse. Bad customer service, three check lanes open at peak hours.

As far as Walmarts go, this is a good one. Produce was nicely stacked and stocked. Was able to get everything I went in for. Gas prices were better than any gas station in the area.

The Walmart in Idaho Falls on Utah Ave has only 3 check stands open even the self checkouts had huge lines! They will not answer their telephone so you can complain to a manager! I for one do not want.or need to use a self checkout! I want a person to check me out! There are 20 or more associates wandering around the store trying to look busy they should be at the checkouts! Your store SUCKS!

Its a walmart...... People help with what they can. Nice crew but it walmart get what ya need/want and dip out.

It is a standard Walmart, nothing special. Uneducated workers, who have no idea what is going on in their own store. Many of the workers cannot even locate products in their own department. Low prices due to slave labor in third world countries(I like low prices, so this doesnt bother me), and lack of selections when you compare to Amazon. If you need something on the fly its fine, however if you can wait two days, go to Amazon.

This Walmart is better than the ones in California. Its pretty convenient that it has a gas station. Gas and store prices are good and competitive. Nice store!

This Walmart trip was pretty solid. I found what I was looking for and was thoroughly pleased. The staff put in their good amount of friendliness, but didnt go over the top. This is to be expected of a Walmart however and I was satisfied with my visit.

Chaotic per usual, but everyone was genuinely trying to help patrons. I am VERY HAPPY that WalMART is in business. We have list too many of the stores in our area.

Worst Walmart has to offer. Asked employee about a phone he said the woman that knows about the phones will be in about 11:00 this was at about 8:00 and then he just walked off.When we got to the check out they only had one open and there was 7 carts in line, I asked at the service center if they could get more checkers the lady there was a grouch and we waited about 15 to 20 minutes and no body else showed up. Very poor service I will not go back.

Great place for shopping kind employees and it has about everything that you need

Our cashier was a very nice young man. Although he was to young to ring up beer so he called in a manger his name was Connor. Connor was slow getting to the register told the young man he had awhile before he needed his help and left.Connor never did return the entire time we was checking out. The young man that was checking us out was embarrassed and apologized. I took the beer to the next register and checked out this lady also apologized because she had seen what had happened. I believe Connor had left the store and left a very good employee doing his best.

What can i say? Its a Walmart. Ive been to better, been to worse. The people are always reasonably nice. Ive never had a bad experience. Sometimes things are out of stock, sometimes they dont have what Im looking for. But i certainly wouldnt advise anyone to avoid this one. So yeah. Hey. Walmart, everybody.

Good store, it’s a Walmart with everything Walmart normally has. My only complaint is they didn’t have the doors labeled so I went in the wrong one because it had a reversed layout from the one that I am used to.

Not enough cashiers and very rude people.

I went in looking for an Apple Watch charger. Spoke with two employees and learned they didn’t have any in stock. The staff was friendly enough that the experience didn’t damper my soul too much.

I can walk around Wal-Mart all day and all night one might think an employee should walk up to me and ask if Im finding everything OK but not at Walmart I think they think there detectives or police always following me thinking Im going to rip them off or something Ive never ever ever stole a singal thing from Walmart makes me mad Im in there spending my money just a heads up If you have tattoos dont expect any good customer service maybe no body gets good customer service I was assuming they were just passing judgment on me maybe Im wrong but I dont think so be careful the Wal-Mart employees might follow me around Walmart but they cant help me find products or point me in the correct direction horabal customer service and customer care very disappointing idaho falls Walmart no good

WoW, this was the nicest Walmart I have ever step foot in. Clean decorative in bathrooms. Had a subway on way out. Very friendly people easy to find everything

It appears they were out of long sleeved white dress shirts, but found everything else.

Its a fairly normal modern Wal-Mart, not much more to say.

Were just visiting and it was hard to find our way around the store especially since they’re doing some major rearranging, but everyone we asked to direct us to something were so nice and polite. Most all of them were young people and it gives me hope for our future. 🙂

No one answered the phone ever. The checkout people were INCREDIBLY slow, taking their time sharing life stories with the customer theyre checking out. Employees were few and far between, with about half an employee to each department if youre counting by how useful they were or how much they knew about their jobs. Seriously it was like everyone moved in slow motion.

They unfortunately did not have one car amplifier this week. Yet last week was different.Staff were a pretty helpful

I love the way it is so organized, very clear and the employees are very good at their job. I was so impressed by the young man who was in the makeup section. I think it was the only person that has ever had me laughing about everything I was going through. I wish I could have gotten his name!!!

Other than they didnt open another lane when it was really backed up. It was good.

Staff is friendly, and helpful, aside from the commonplace Walmart lolligagers, the store was clean, well stocked, and easily navigatable.

Customer service is the last thing.this place cares about. 13 cash registers and only 2 cashiers working. Ask where an item is located . Its somewhere in this building. All Walmart seems to care about is the bottom dollar. Spend yours here and get little value for doing so. Will never shop here again.

Come to this walmart every day and i always see workers just standing around. They arent taking cash at self check out and only have 1 register open. The line is long enough its wrapped half way around the freaking store. Come on walmart you can do better. Put Your workers to work. And have more than just one or two registers open at a time.

Dirty, run down building. Bad customer service. Can not meet the demand of consumers. Always out of everything. Empty shelves everywhere. They care more about online orders than the customers coming into the store. Order online to be treated like a actual customer. Otherwise, you will be very disappointed. Long lines and grumpy crowds.

Found items needed easily. Check out fast, cashier nice.

Needed individual frozen dinners. Rigatoni and ravioli didnt have any with red sauce. But the 5 star was that the customer service exchanged a watermelon because we got a bad one.

Two tub here. Upper tub is 105 degree hot water. Down tub water is 100 degree hot.

No coins when going through self checkout. Less and less employees every time visited. Lots of car in the parking lot and very few people in the store.

Not too busy at 5 p.m. on Thursday evening, quick service and great food.

I normally love Walmart but this location in Idaho is so incredibly crowded and is not well stocked. Sometimes they have what I need and other times they dont. The people who work there are usually very kind though and for them I give it 3 stars.

I was looking for spices I only found a couple of them but Im going to go back and try again you know Walmart has everything so thats what Im going to do

I waited at the bakery for a simple cake sticker, I was there for almost an hour for me to go home with nothing. The ladies at the bakery didn’t know how to print, called a manager that also wasn’t helpful. Super frustrated towards the fact that it shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to print out a sticker. And even more frustrating that I went home without it, should have just been straight up on telling me that they don’t know know what they’re doing instead of having me waiting almost an hour there like an idiot. More training should be done on bakery so things like this don’t happen...

Clean and organized. Employees are friendlier than most and extremely helpful.
