One of the most inept companies I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a part 4 months ago with Terry and I still don’t have it. First they ordered the wrong part and after a string of blame shifting said a new one would be sent. Waited a couple more months and after more excuses was finally told a couple days ago that they had the right part. But, instead of sending me the part they sent me a return label for the first part. Are you kidding me?! On top of all of this they bungled the shipping badly and I had to pay about double the shipping we had agreed on. Do not deal with these guys, get whatever you need from Twin Falls or Boise. The cherry on top is that they’re extremely rude and actually getting a human on the phone and not someone’s voicemail takes an act of Congress. Absolute disaster.

Rude, wouldnt explain exorbitant costs, just walked off, unjustified labor cost for work done. After a response from the branch manager acknowledging an error in their labor charges and correcting the charges, I have adjusted my rating.
