Quoted $1,350 on the phone which was $150 more than black mountain rentals. We needed it so I drove an hour to their store where they told me it was $2,080 with taxes and delivery. The old bait and switch. They also said they needed a copy of my drivers license and when I showed up a totally different person who worked there said it wasnt needed. Super sketchy and their word is worthless. Dont waste your time or money here.

There are some guys who are really knowledgeable and are great and there are others that aren’t helpful at all. They’ve loaned us a walker which was nice of them. However, We’ve had several problems concerning maintenance on our walkers. Over the past couple years, We’ve had parts ordered that we explicitly told them not to, and they’ve tried to charge us. We have been told our walker had a bad battery and we had it tested ourselves to find that the battery was good and at 91% capacity. Our oil despite being changed 3 hours before the service was deemed by pro rental service technicians as damaging and hasn’t been changed in over 50 hours. Rex doesn’t know half the time what he’s talking about and has tried to tell us we’ve been wrong several times. Rob after contacting him about our concerns told us to go take our business elsewhere and failed to make things right. Awful service.

May be okay to rent equipment but do not order parts there, very slow.

Fantastic service! One piece of equipment we rented didn’t work properly and they made it right for me. I would highly recommend to anyone, and plan to use them again.

Here is my experience. I own a construction company in Idaho Falls. After 4 years of renting equipment from A1 rentals, who are an amazing company, we finally had enough resources to buy a new machine. I called the pro rentals store in Idaho Falls and asked them about buying the Bobcat equipment that I had researched and felt good about purchasing. They gave me the cell phone number of the sales guy. I gave him a call but never received a call back. I called and texted him several times but didnt get a response. I was willing to write a check for the equipment that I needed. They didnt care. They just wouldnt call me back. I finally had no choice but to drive over there and talk to the sales manager who honestly had a lack luster personality in my opinion. Typical used care salesman vibe. He went on and on about how he could find the equipment that I needed, no problem. After 2 weeks of waiting, they called and said that the model of machine that we needed was not available. What a complete waste of my time! I will NEVER purchase or rent anything from these people! Never! They dont know how to do business. When I went to their office/dealership, the guy at the counter spouted off these exact words, parts or rental? He didnt even make eye contact with me. Made me feel like just another person renting something. I said, neither, I need sales . Oh, he said . It was just a horrible experience. I highly recommend A1 rentals for your equipment needs. They are amazing folks who actually care about their customers. I ended up purchasing a Ditch Witch from Rocky Mountain Ditch Witch in Boise. They are in a whole different league than these people. Im so so happy that I did. The machine is perfect! To the owners of this business, your employees need some serious training and your culture needs to desperately change.

Equipment is pretty reliable, but their customer service is sub-par. They forget to mention requirements needed of the customer in order to rent certain equipment and then are like oh yeah we didn’t say anything, so what.

These guys have been great to work with! Recently needed a little help moving our booths for the fair down to Blackfoot. They provided the right piece of equipment to get the job done and were very helpful.

Helpful place, you can always find the right equipment or tool for the job. Even though a couple hundred dollars to do an hour of work seems high. I realize sometimes its just less expensive to hire someone to come do the work, call around to contractors, or maybe rent a machine with a friend so you can split the costs and get more than one job done.

We had a skidsteer that broke down. We brought it in to get repaired and never even took it off the trailer. Mike ran right out and helped us fix the broken part and sent us on the road. We are very grateful for the help and manner in which we got help. We were able to finish the project that day and feel like we matter. You earned our business for life.

It was a great experience, knowledgeable staff, very polite. Did not ask for a deposit, and was less expensive than the big boxes.

Mike was rude and twisted words in service bad experience didnt show up twice when said made excuses didnt take any responsibility for his lack of service.

I rented a power washer from this equipment rental store. It worked great. Some of the nozzles were missing, but, I didnt really need the ones that were missing to get my particular job done. I would rent from these guys again.

We rented a drill for the weekend and had some trouble with the bit- near closing time Pro Rental replaced the bit had told us we could keep it until Monday so we were able to finish our project. When I came to return this very heavy drill an employee rushed outside to help me carry it in. I really appreciated it. I would use this company again.

Because when you reserve a piece of equipment Weeks in advance with an Idaho winter quickly approaching it’s no big deal to be told you can’t get it and there’s nothing they can do to help you. I’ll never recommend this company for anything.

We are regular customers of the Woodruff Avenue Pro Rental location. Mike has always taken great care of us. However, after our third trip to the Yellowstone store, we wont be back. If we cant get it from the Woodruff location, we simply wont rent. The staff are surley and incompetent, and the negative attitude after our third attempt gets exhausting. We also saw a woman be ignored long enough that she actually left the store without anyone ever addressing her.

Not so Great experience. They rented me a broken trailer that was not the size I requested. Then tried to charge me for their broken trailer.

Allen Caves did not honor his word, and avoided even having a conversation about it. Ill never go back.

Several unfair and extra charges at the last minute of machine delivery as well as later... Be ready to pay much more than they say... Stay far away !!!
