We stopped by Idaho Mattress Outlet after leaving another store because the salesperson was pushy and annoying. We left Idaho Mattress outlet with a new mattress that was exactly what we were looking for. We were helped by Brayden (I think...our receipt has the initials for the salesperson as BSW). I just want to say thank you to our salesperson. He was not pushy and just guided us to what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

Long story short, we shopped extensively throughout Idaho Falls for a new mattress. Price and product selection brought us to IMO. We bought a mattress that was not the right fit for us and had to return it and exchange for one we are now very happy with. Denton, Joe and Braden were all great to work with! All three were professional and went out of their way to help us and make sure we were happy. Although our experience was a bit of a process we are happy with our new mattress now and grateful for IMO and their employees for working with us to ensure we got what we needed in the end.

I recently Purchased 2 beds from them one for myself and and my son and this place was amazing to deal with they know there stuff, it was refreshing to walk into a place that actually knows there product and is willing to stand behind it 100% because they are an outlet they could offer my mattresses well below the average cost. thank you !!!!! First time at the mattress store..experience was awesome.. A young man by the name of Braydon helped me. There was no pressure or pushy sales pitches. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I walked out of there with a new bed., I highly recommend this place and if you get a chance to get Braydon as your sales guy..you wont be disappointed.

We love our new mattress. Retail on our mattress was $1000 and we paid $300. Perfect condition. Our salesman was awesome and even called us a week later to make sure we were satisfied! We will be going back the next time we need a mattress!

We bought a mattress for our king size waterbed that sprung a leak and also got a twin for my sons bed!! The service was nice and they are reasonably priced even went down a little because of a little mark was found!! Would RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress from Idaho Mattress Outlet in Rexburg. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe we were given an ok price for the items we purchased. In attempting to bargain we were able to lower the price of the mattress and frame by $50.00 (only about 7-8% of the total) with the stipulation that we would write and post a Google review. The associate did throw in a free set of sheets with our purchase as well. They have a pretty good selection of mattress and they keep them in stock which is nice. If youre looking for a bed I would give them a try.

Ive been trying to get a twin mattress.I was first told it would be in tomorrow that a coworker would be bringing it down from Rexburg. So I showed up and it wasnt there. I was told itll be here Tuesday. So I showed up on Tuesday and it still wasnt there. They gave me an apology pillow and was told itll be there tomorrow.

Thought we found a bed for a hundred less the same day after we already purchased it. Called annd said we wanted to return it but all sales were final so we couldnt. So glad we didnt!!!! We love our memory foam bed! Finally no waking up all sore. Big plus not feeling another persons movement when they roll over. Mattress protector so worth it too. Daughter laid on our bed got a bloody nose nothing reached the mattress.
