Paul and Rhett set the home and worked long days getting it done. It was quite an experience to watch them work. When asked if they would paint the home the colors I wanted, they were quick to please and Dennis and his crew did a beautiful job. To finish the flooring, Eric came up on a Sunday to get it done, and done well indeed. Last of all was the beautiful last minute cleaning job done by Audra, she went up on a moment’s notice so we could get moved in over the weekend. Edit: (9 months later)Service after the sale is a disaster.Cross your fingers you have ZERO issues once youve closed and moved in.Dealt with Bill and I have zero complaints.Kept me updated via texts or calls anytime there was progress.I spent a lot of time with him customizing the house I wanted. A month or so later I completely changed everything with an entirely different house. Bill happily made the changes and got the ball rollin.Also, their interior, exterior finishing and final cleaning crew are very impressive.Recommended

Everything pertaining to the house and the staff at Century homes in Idaho Falls was really top-notch. The home is very very nice and I will refer anyone to this location. Bill was fantastic and so patient!

Jason was great to work with he made sure we had everything we needed and that we loved everything. Skip and his crew were also great to work with also the finishing crew, carpet layers and the siders were great also everybody was so easy to work with and comunicated well.

Even though Jason was outside my service area, he spent about 30 minutes answering questions and giving informative advice and tips. Its obvious hes very knowledgeable about (and proud of) the product he represents. After researching many manufacturers, Im confident that Kit homes will be the one I settle on. Im just disappointed that I wont have an opportunity to work with this particular retailer.

We bought our first home, single wide, from Jason in 2011 and at the end of 2017 when we needed a larger permanent home we went to see Jason again! We purchased the best home and are so in love with it! We are so glad that we went with him again. Jason and his team are the best to work with, he will sit down with you and go through absolutely anything because he really wants you to understand and make the best decisions. When our home came to be set on the foundation, Paul and his team worked so amazing and they worked so hard. They worked long hours and kept us updated on the progress happening, they were awesome! Dennis made all the final touches on the interior and you would never guess the house was separated at one point! Not sure if Jason gets paid to actually help people buy homes or if he gets paid to be a total d***. Makes you feel like you cant afford a higher end home. The homes are beautiful and all but because of this Jason guy I bought my home with Clayton homes instead. Jason from Clayton Homes will bend backwards for his clients. Maybe Jason from Century Homes should get some sales tips from, Jason at Clayton Homes. Jason a tip for you never underestimate a client for age, color, sex, or race seems like thats what you like to do!! Shame Shame on you!!!!!

Used car salesman mentality. Had a lot of intrusive questions about where the property was that we were interested in buying and then started calling people about the property. Then proceeded to tell us what he HAD to have for that property! Would not listen to us or let us finish a sentence. Aweful!! It was my first experience with buying this type of home and they have me Scared they are going to steal our property listing!! Do not go to them
