Very helpful staff. The place is well-kept, tidy, and neat. Its also very convenient for me because, living in Ave Maria, most merchants are about a 35-45 min drive for me.

Girl behind counter wasn’t to knowledgeable about online orders,doesn’t give cores for batteries unless battery is bought,( other stores do),batteries on shelf are over13 months old,woman manger how ever was able to fix problem somewhat!!

We had an issue with our battery originally purchased 2 years ago from Advance. Of course we did not have the receipt. Advance personnel made every possible effort to work it out and replace the battery, free of charge. They are helpful and know the real meaning of customer service. We highly recommend Advance.

Store is smaller, but they take good care of it, the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable when Im here, and I always leave with what I need. Everything you need in an auto parts store, I highly recommend them.

I usually do not shop at this particular store because of the way I was treated a couple of years ago.Auto Zone did not have the convertible top cleaner I was looking for so reluctantly I went to Advance Auto Parts.I found the cleaner without any help and went to check out.Both registers had customers that were ordering parts. I patiently waited while three other employees stood by the counter and did not offer to assist me.During my five minute wait one female went to a third register did something on the computer and left again.Immokalee is predominantly a Hispanic farming community and all of the employees are Hispanic and at that time the customers were Hispanic. I feel this time as the last time I was ignored because I am white.

I purchased some break pads from this location with a visa card i no longer have access to this manger tells me and the girl helping me at the register would be fired if she refunds me cash. Thats not all i called three other advance stores they all told me to just bring the pads and receipt and they will rufund me cash what a JACKASS thos guy was total PRICK
