This is one of my go to stores when it comes to parts Juan salas is the best at what he does he is extremely knowledgeable and kind when it comes to helping me with my needs, I wish we had more people like him.

Every time I go to find cleaning supplies for my vehicle or anything I need in general, Juan C. Salas with his help, finding parts for a vehicle is always a stress reliever since he knows what’s he’s doing. Having an employee that has knowledge and experience within the field is someone that they need at a job site like him.

Id rate it at a -0 if I could.First I stood in line for 20 minutes while every employee was on the phone with 10+ people in line. I looked up the tool I needed and it was available.Got to the counter and showed the girl my phone with the part # and she said she would just order it if I wanted. I said you have it in stocks and showed her my phone which had it on the screen available for store pick-up.Then she told me were to look as if I didnt already. I said you go get it so I dont have to stand in line another 20 minutes. If a phone rang they all tried to answer it. One guy was on the phone with his imaginary consumers the whole time. I usually dont buy from auto zone unless Im in a pinch. It the fast (food of parts) poor poor management. And thats in every store.

Oscar G is the man at this location he always take care of me and is always on time not like his competitors who I dont deal with any more so if u want top notch customer service look no further.

Franklin is the sweetest and very helpful. He always helps me find what I need and has no problem putting something on my car if I need it. His customer service is superb.

Victoria, the technician at the Immokalee, Florida AutoZone provided outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, polite, and professional.I went to AutoZone to request their check engine light service. Victoria went to the car, attached the check engine light monitor, and got a reading. She then gave me a written report describing my car’s problem. It was a leak in my evaporated emission system.The entire process took less than 15 minutes. The report gave me important information to give to my auto repair shop.Thank you Victoria. And, thank you AutoZone.

I live in the golden gate estates but I always prefer going to the auto zone here in immokalee. Every one is so helpful! Fernando helped me and really took the time to assist me in finding the right oil for my truck! I always go here whether if it’s for air freshener or oil!!

I ordered a brake master cylinder and was told it would be here by Wednesday, when I went to the store to pick it up I was then told I would not be able to get it because they did not order it from the supplier like I was told over the phone and it would be another 2 weeks before I can get it from them! Needless to say I cannot drive until I find another store that knows how to place and ship and order.

I buy a tremendous amount of Auto parts and have been in all the major retailers countless times. However I have never experienced anything close to the experiences I have had dealing with this AutoZone. All the employees including the manager Jesus are always willing to help and to make sure all my automotive part needs are met. What compelled me to write this review was yesterday I was having a terrible time locating all the parts and speciality tools to get a job done, I came into this store and was immediately greeted by Fabian who went way way above and beyond to not only help me locate the parts I needed but also all the speciality tools required to complete the job. I had been in six different retailers up to that point and was unable to get all the things needed to complete this job once. I was so frustrated that I was just about to take it to the dealer to get the work performed .I explained all this to Fabian and he took the ball and he ran with it anand make sure that I had everything I was going to need to complete the job. I was very impressed by the fact that the phones were ringing off the hook there was a long line however he took the time to slow down and to understand all my needs and to make sure they were met this type of unprecedented customer service is basically non-existent this day and age. Thank you very much Fabian for all your help I will be back to shop with you guys again!!

Employees not really interested in servicing the customer. I walked up and down every aisle looking for a convertible top conditioner and no one offered to help.When ready to check out one employee had to tell another employee to open up his register. Then it was like he was doing me a favor.Immokalee, FL is a small and jobs are scarce. I blame the Management for not training that without the customer they dont have a job.

Terrible customer service! Employees not knowledgeable at all about automotive questions. Employees don’t seem to care that there are people standing in line waiting, there’s no urgency at all. Not one of them knew what the term “trickle charger” even meant when I asked them about battery chargers. The only reason I went there is because the other place in town is worse!
