Every time I com to Toyota, it is a disappointing and frustrating experience. Today was the cherry on top. They definitely need to improve on their customer service. My specialist was not there at the time of my appointment and no one wanted to receive my car. I had to ask the cashier for help. She was very nice and went out of her way to help me out. They should also be more careful about the comments they make in front of customers. I am not one to write reviews but I felt like I had to after my experience today. Thank you to the young lady that helped me out.
Quality cars, needless to say. The service department, on the other hand, is slower, more expensive and less amicable than it ever was. By and large, I attribute it to the times. With that said, I do feel that they recommend oft unnecessary (especially if one occasionally uses Techron and/or top tier gasoline) fuel injection services entirely too often.
Great experience purchasing my 2021 Sienna here. Sean (redhair) was an awesome salesman. He was very responsive and personable. We live a couple hours away and he was able to deliver the car to us.
Worst customer service ever! Clearly these people do not have customer service skills. I went in because I needed nitrogen in my tires and after standing in the service department for almost 20 minutes did one of the workers acknowledge me just to be rude and tell me their nitrogen tank is out of service and has been out of service for over a month and even if it did work I would be charged (which I wouldn’t mind paying for if I needed to) and then he tells me to try Costco or any other tire shop. So I’m having to pay out of pocket every time I need nitrogen when I should be getting it for free at the dealership because I paid for it to be included in my package. My other issue was that the employee tells me he doesn’t have nitrogen but he can put regular air in my tires but he doesn’t recommend it. Well then why are you giving me that option??????

Do not waste your time taking your car to get serviced here because they will waste your time. Left my car for a new battery and called me back 2 hours later to let me know battery was not in stock. On top of that, My service advisor was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. He would not let me finish a sentence without cutting me off or answering his phone to assist other customers. Go to San Diego for a better experience!

Took our vehicle in for service. Excellent service. Submitted a survey. Spoke with 1 person in the service dept afterward. Someone from sales called later. After 4 times of stating we were not interested in exchanging our vehicle for a newer vehicle we received a call asking if we were interested in trading in our vehicle for a newer one! We thought that after 2 times of being asked and us stating that we were not interested that they would get the message!

I bought a Toyota 3 months ago and they treated me very nice. I come back today for the first service. I made my appointment with time at 8am. They said it’ll take them 2hours. I came back at 12 and they sent me to the cashier. He didn’t find my paperwork and sent me back to the technician. They finally come back to tell me they have not done the service to my car. It’s been 5 hours and I’m still here waiting. They are rude and disrespectful with customer’s time. They only time they’re nice is when you’re buying a car from them.

Got a call my vehicle was ready so I went to pick it up, my service guy wasnt there, the other service guy was cool but couldnt find paperwork sent me to the cashier but the cashier was rude couldnt find it and sent me back to find it myself...for the record Im walking with a cane in pain to add. I had to go find service guy.

The worst service ever rude employees went in for a prepaid maintenance and was charged $170 for checking my check engine light which was just abalit changing the gas cal which cost $16. Have in my mind I was charged that & they didn’t even fix it insane.
I made an appointment for an oil change which they did complete after a 3 hour wait time. In addition, I bought a set of wiper blades to replace my worn out wiper blades at their parts store, not only did they sell me the incorrect ones, but they charged me for the installation which they never did, because they could not fit the replacement blades. Their customer service is really poor and the cashier was rude when I asked for a refund.

I have never had a bad experience like I did at this dealership. I dont even know if they are professional salesmen. I went there into the showroom walked for like 20 mins because there was no one to help me. Afterwards, I saw a salesman and asked him if they had the car I was looking for and all he said was that they might have one. He never showed interest in selling the car or at least showing it to me because he was more concerned having this conversation with his coworker than selling me the car, which was disrespectful.
Went with my friend to purchase a new Toyota. Completely wonderful experience! Our salesperson Ramon was very kind, patient and friendly. Explained our options in plain language. My friend told him what she wanted to pay, and they made it happen. No high pressure. Everyone was very nice. After the sale, Ramon took is through the dealership, and introduced the service department, car rental, retail etc. Great experience! Would recommend.

Stay away from this dealership. I had a RAV4 hybrid custom ordered through Rodgers&Rogers Toyota using Costco pricing program in December. I live in Carlsbad, CA which is a good 2.5 hours away but thought it was worth it to get a reasonable price. Being able to choose exactly what I wanted backed by the Costco pricing seemed like a done deal. Wrong. It took 2months for the car to arrive which was expected. But I should have known something was off when the car arrived last week but they wouldn’t send me the car build specs to review. We arrived and the car had over $800 in accessories we didn’t ask for (cross bars, mud guards, carpets, and blacked out emblems). It had a pricing error of $300 on the 3 packages we added to the car. They admitted the pricing wasn’t what it should be but said I would be stuck paying for it. This pretty much wiped out the Costco discount of about $1.3k. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy to order a car custom made and be told they had no control over what accessories Toyota would add plus be stuck with a $300 extra charge on 3 packages. I mean, our sales rep, Edgardo opened up his computer and showed the correct price the packages should be and said, “Sorry but Toyota entered your packages in one by one and didn’t give you the grouped price and there’s nothing I can do about that”. Sure, msrp for the car increased $200 since we ordered it. I can understand that and was willing to accept that. But the rest?—pure nonsense. We were here to buy a car in good faith and got tricked. We asked for our $500 deposit back and left. I’m completely dumbfounded that this happened and upset I didn’t push harder to make sure I saw proof of the car I ordered before wasting so much time and expense trying to get this car. Find a more honest dealership to give your business to.
I made an appointment a week in advance to replace an airbag. When I brought my car in, they said they had to order the part. The job that should have taken a few hours was not only delayed to next week, but also late past their promised time that next week. It was a huge waste of my time, and the service staff seem entirely disinterested in doing their own jobs. Minimal word count responses are default with the workers here.

We were returning to Arizona from San Diego when our check engine light came on outside of El Centro. We pulled into the service department just before 4pm where we met Gary Benson. He had a technician examine the vehicle and reset the light. It was slightly over an hour that we waited in the service waiting room away from the 109 degree heat. The next morning Gary called to ensure that we experienced no further problems on our trip. Everyone we dealt with that day went above and beyond our expectations.
It was simple. Took truck in for low tire. Mind you they checked the air and rotated the tires a week and a half ago and the slow leak started then (leaking valve stem). Quick fix. First it was my fault for coming in when they were busy (one other customer there when i got there), they needed at least a half an hour 45 minutes. One guy was a tool, the rest were cool, but, five minutes at Americas Tires and I was on my way. Customer service 101.
Went in for a regular, scheduled maintenance check up and service. Was gladly helped by Carlos who was courteous, understanding and eager to make sure my Toyota Camry was running well. Never have tires put on your vehicle at this place. Everyone please pay attention to when the tires were constructed because this is important as your life and the life of another may be at risk. Toyo tires give 5 yrs gaurantee on their tires. There is a four digit code on every tire and you need to pay extra attention to. The first two are the week they were constructed and the next two are the year. Mine that were put on were five yrs old and I dont want this to happen to anyone out there. Gb

This dealership is a complete joke. They will want to rip you off in any way that they can. Performed a service for my car that didn’t need to be performed, and didn’t confirm exact total pricing for the service. Completely unprofessional as well. The service advisor, Alizza Lopez didn’t confirm with me about the pricing, so that we were both on the same page. You would think it would be common curtesy if a service didn’t need to be performed they would give me a head’s up, but no they want a quick buck by any means. No quality standards, by far the worst dealership I’ve ever been to!
I am giving the service department (express lube) a one star for their poor customer service, as there isnt a choice for zero stars. For the past year, I had the unfortunate experience of having to use their Express oil change, which takes two to three hours each time. (I have 6 pre-paid oil changes). The wait time is not the only complaint; in addition, in one incident, I was called to let me know that they needed more time to wash my car (after 3 hours) and at the end, I was told they could not find my car and when they did, it was not washed. In a second incident, I waited three hours, for the oil change to be done; drove my car home to find out the oil rubber protector dragging on the floor (and my husband having to remove it so it would not be lost or damaged). In the third incident, my husband arrived at the dealership at 7 am on a Saturday to have the oil change. He was told the oil changes were by appointment only. He was instructed to go online an make an appointment. He did and booked the appointment for 9:45 on the same day (received confirmation page and text). I arrived with my husband for the scheduled appointment, and was told that there was no confirmation, which I then provided. The representative began to argue with me (very unprofessional) and justifed not being able to honor the appointment because of poor management.My overall experience with Rogers and Rogers for the past 5 years has been poor and I consider that a track record, and not just a single experience. I have taken the time to write this review to alert other customers that Rogers and Rogers wants you to spend your hard earned money on their cars, but once you drive that car off the lot, you will be on your own and having to invest time off work, and your valuable time dealing with POOR customer service.For customers that read this review, I encourage you to take a few minutes of your time to provide your feedback and to alert other future customers . My only regret is that I did not take the time to write a review sooner for other bad experiences with Toyota and NIssan.
This dealer is nothing but a joke.Showed up at 10:05 am, service advisor Robert is nothing but a person who does not care at all about customer service.10:05 arrived for a simple tire rotation on a 2018 Toyota Camry. Car only has 4700 miles on dash, after 2 hours of service send customer on the roadBefore leaving notice Tpms sensors not reading on dashboard.They said drive it a few blocks and will reset.Drove car about 6 miles never reset. Turn around came back to the dealer.Here we are a car with low mileage yet first ever tire rotation suggested by dealer and it took 4 and 1/2 hours later to get it done right.Wondering why the Dealership has employees that don’t care at all ...Very pooooor service.

I asked for information through their website and they immediately called me with answers. They suggested I complete a credit application on their webpage to speed things up and I am glad I did! I went into the store the next day and was already approved by the bank and all paperwork was ready. Best experience Ive ever had with a dealership.

I called to make an appointment for a recall on my Chrysler 300 that was purchased here at Rogers & Rogers and they never called me back or give me an update on when they were receiving the parts to my car. Their attitude was very rude, unprofessional, and nasty!!!
Had an 11:00 appointment. Showed up 10 mins early. Advisor was not very helpful. He came to me about 30 mins into The service and informed me that employee had a family emergency. Ask how long it would take to be said about an hour. 3 1/2 hours later my truck is ready. What I think was the service manager stated that they had some issues due to some aftermarket parts that were on my vehicle to change the oil in that oil was dripped all over the inside of it. Never had this another Toyota service departments all they’ve done is an awesome customer service. And when I left there was no Apology nor was my vehicle ran through a courtesy car wash. All I ever heard was excuses I will never bring my vehicle back to Rogers and Rogers service Department. The service of visor also made a comment that I would never come back again where is the customer service at this dealership
Took my 2010 sequoia for a diagnosis, took them 2 weeks to tell me that I needed another engine,I went to get my vehicle and I got charged 243 dollars for parts that I didnt know anything about, waited 45-60 min only to be told that the vehicle was not running, drain battery,and covers from engine were remove,and parts that were installed without my knowledge,now I dont have a car, I was told there is nothing they can do about, I called Less Rogers, left 2 messages, no one has called me back,looks like they dont take responsibility on their wrong decicions,looking for other options
I would be cautious to go this dealership for any maintenance. NO JOKE. They left rag in one of my car and oil cap open after oil change on my truck. It was sitting between fuse box and battery. Drove to San Diego twice in July not realizing cap was open. Check your hood before you leave this place. No remorse from managers nor staff. Rinsed and gave car back with under hoodsoaking oil.I just brought another Yaris IA last week. For 20k service. They gave me one price for air filter and burned bulb on rear lic plate. When I got there they said filter was $79. You can confirm with her my advisor who wrote my order.Truck that I had an issue last year I have been taking to dealer in San Diego. Never brought back to you. I still need to replace liner that sits on back wall under hood against firewall. I can show you it still drips oil in summer. I took my truck to sd dealer last weekand No trouble. Extended warranty for Toyota care and they gave loaner for me. You can ask normreev Toyota on mission George. You guys can do better. It was never like this. We have been going there since 1995. Thank you

This place is deceitful and only cares to make money off of peoples ignorance. Pushy salesmen. Especially this one liar by the name of Ernesto or Ernie. He totally got me to get a Camry, which has been great...up until the clear coat came off and Im left with crappy dull paint and peeling clear coat on most of the vehicle. How convenient that he didnt tell me that the vehicle was damaged and that they had patched it up at Rogers and Rogers with bad quality paint. Did NOT SHOW me the carfax which would have shown the damaged vehicle. These guys take advantage of peoples niceness.
I went to Rogers and Rogers Toyota on November, Wednesday 11. The day after Elections. I left with a brand new 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport! Carlos Cuevas is a great salesman! He got me in the truck I wanted at a price I needed! This company needs more people like him! Definitely look forward to a long relationship With Rogers and Rogers Toyota!

This dealer definitely can NOT get it right! Went to buy some brake pads for RAV4 on top of being expensive the guy at the parts service FAILED to mention that this pads do not come with wear indicators. I Didnt realize it until I was already working on my car. So I went back and ask why these brakepads were missing wear indicators and shims. This guy, who i believe has no knowledge of what hes doing said that i had to buy the kit separately! So i guess that even thought hes looking AT the diagram of the brakes does not have the brain or common sense to mention or ask me if I wanted the danm things. Asked to speak with the manager and hes out for lunch. Great customer service Rogers and Rogers you guys take the number 1 place again for the MOST incompetent service in town.

Had to walk 100 degree heat because the shuddle service never called me back. Then after 3 hrs Im told it will take an hour longer or more. THEN I find out after complaining that I could have rented a vehicle for $5 an hour. Im still sitting here waiting for my vehicle. The manager that I asked to see never showed up.

Great dealership I wanted to buy a Corolla 2014 and they gave me an excellent price no haggling no pressure did everything over email/telephone and would definietly recommend giving the dealership a chance before going to the big city dealerships got almost $3000 off MSRP and also look for Javier Hernandez he is the Costco/Internet sales manager and will fight for you to get you the car you want at the price you want

I had an emergency light flash on my dash as I was making a trip from San Diego to Phoenix on Sat, Mar 30. It was this seeming misfortune that brought me into contact with Shelly Hyde (in customer relations) and Angel (an outstanding mechanic) who more than took care of my problem. And me. In a scant few hours, Angel had diagnosed the slow leak in my right rear tire, had appraised me of the cost of a new tire, installed it, and discussed the bill in detail. Through it all, Shelly kept tabs on me and held the hand of this gal on the road alone.Altho I dont recommend a tire problem while travelling, nor would I seek out a problem while on the road, but if it has to happen, it should happen in the vicinity of Shelly, Angel, and the brilliant folks who hired them both at Rogers and Rogers Toyota in El Centro. Thank you Shelly and Angel for the quick and pleasant service and the opportunity to meet you both.Hm. You know, I have it in my mind to have all our Toyota servicing done at Rogers and Rogers from this point on. Oh. Wait. I live in San Diego. Darn.
