Very unethical. I was in the process of buying a nice older Lincoln. Signed the paperwork, gave them a cashiers check from the bank but left the car overnight to get the oil changed. Big mistake but I shouldnt have had to worry about it. A friend of the owner approached him about buying it and they sold it to him right out from underneath me. B. S. Im telling you go somewhere else these are not good people.

Leo our salesman was great. No pressure. Answered questions. Took us to the truck weve been looking for and worked the numbers for us. Great 5 year unlimited miles warranty from this place as well!

Salesman was nice but after he informed me of the 890.00 dollar hidden fees for nitrogen for life was pretty disappointed. Total BS! Would not recommend to anyone. I do realize its a business and they are free to do business the way they want. Maybe wouldnt of been so bad if only that was mentioned on the website. I gave it two stars only because Keith was so friendly and seemed honest.

My initial experience was great but I had to leave for an appointment and said I would be back the next day and could not get back the next day and did not get a phone call at all. When I went back I met another sales person that I knew that I had purchased from before and he said he didnt think he could get me financed and left me for an hour and a half to wait on another customer. He should have turned me over to another salesperson and let me take care of my purchase. I did meet a salesperson at the front that set and talked to me and explained their system that theyre not on commission anymore and apologize for the way I was being treated and again I had to leave for another appointment so if I go back I am going to see him. I actually left and went to another dealership after my appointment and found another car for $10,000 less which was a blessing because my home was destroyed by fire and I am on a strict budget trying to get my life back together. I appreciate everyones help there and being kind and courteous because they knew that I was sitting for over an hour and a half waiting for my salesperson. Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet dealership but they need to train their sales people to never leave someone setting that if they cannot take care of them and have another person come in they should turn that person over to someone else and let them get the bonuses that they get for making sales. I have worked for five different dealerships and was the top salesman at each one and have been in customer service and have been an account manager for 30 years its all about honesty integrity and making sure that your customer is taking care of 100% no matter how you have to do it. I am looking for a job so if this goes to the leadership at Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet please give me a call you got my number and my credit application good shows that all my bills are for medical because I also have had cancer and was in the hospital and it destroyed my credit. I dont know why Im saying all this other than that I do know Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet has a great reputation for taking care of people and I would hope that the people involved do not get in trouble but they will learn from this. I am getting another car from another dealership today. God bless you all its 9/11 and we will never forget as I will never forget how to treat people in business !

All the sales men were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Passing customers from worker to worker, not really listening to anyone. It was so frustrating, i left without making a purchase. I was ready to purchase a brand new 2018 suv ... way to miss out on a sale fellas

Sales rep is awesome, hes been honest and straight forward. But the manager, Joel, lied to my face when he said that the truck (the one i had purchased the week prior and just waiting for them to do there thing on) had not been through the shop when the sales rep had told me that it had gone up there and turned away. When the manager was confronted with this he said that their shop had turned it away for inspection but they are taking it elswere to be passed. I thought thats fine, must not be serious, but when i asked him what was wrong with it he could not tell me. If its a safety issue then they could be giving me the machine that kills my family of 5. I just want to know what is wrong with the thing. The first time i bought a car from cable dahmer it was a brand new chevy cruz and it is still the best car i have ever owned. I was planning on coming back to cable dahmer for the brand new traverse for the wife as we are expecting but i think my opinion on the business ethics goes against my core values... dont lie and decieve people. So they dont get that one, maybe they will get another one through you. Disappointment to the fullest.
