I’ve traded and bought multiple Jeep’s from Landmark on Noland and will continue to go back. Service is great and quick every time!Long story short, my mother contacted Rik Wolfe due to me being in and out of state. I met him at closing around 7pm and from then on best friends! Rik is extremely sweet, soft spoken, funny, responsive and is so helpful, I can text or call him today and he would answer or get back immediately. I definitely recommend landmark Noland road for the best prices and customer service. Rik and Billy and Lowell, the whole team of service was extremely helpful!
Edit: Having to change my post from 5 stars to 1. I love my car, but Im a resident of KS and bought in MO. The one stipulation I had was that the sales tax was taken care of at the dealership. It was NOT. I know people will say, you should have read your paperwork. In an ideal world, that would have happened, but being a working person I was not able to get there with much time to spare. It was sign and go because they were closing. Do not do business here unless you have thoroughly read ALL of your paperwork. Also, do not buy the Master Shield stuff - its a gimmick.Spencer Key is super helpful and polite. Wevepurchased 3 cars with him. Upgraded each time. Highly recommend you see him!!! So happy with my purchase.
I just purchased a truck with help from Melinda She found me a truck, that literally had everything I was looking for and i couldnt be happier, I love it. I was just like most people looking for a vehicle went to drive time, CarMax, ect and never really found anything I liked and the price I wanted. So I went here just to see what would happen I really wanted a truck but never thought I would be able to get one. As soon as I walked in I met with Spencer. After sitting down and talking with him and explaining are situation and how we didnt have the best credit. He said he could get me in a truck and went and wrote down a payment and seen if I could afford it. I agreed to the payment. Walked in there today and finalized he went above and beyond tremendously. You can really tell hes not just the typical salesman that just wants to sell you a vehicle he truly is for his customers. I will definitely be back to get my wifes vehicle from there. If you go there ask for Spencer and he will get you what you want and the term you want.
We just purchased our first Dodge.We bought a New 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic.Everyone at the Dealer was very helpful Josh our Salesmen was very helpful with the sales process and making sure it would fit into our Garage 2nd Truck made it in.Everything went well we had one small issue with an extra Key but they took care of that and all is good.Everyone we have dealt with so far was very helpful and very nice.Look forward to doing Business with them again.

The buying process was simple and we had it all sorted out over the phone before I drove 3 hours to pick up my Gladiator. Chris was great to work with. However I cannot give a 5 star because they left me with the gas tank on E. They asked if I had any questions before I headed out and I asked if I would make it to a gas station, thinking that they would fill it up for me. But nope.Yes it’s a pretty minor thing but you would think a brand new vehicle would at least come with a full tank or gas.

If you like dealing with dishonest dealerships, than this is the place for you. New car price was agreed to over the phone by a manager (Doug), and while a value wasn’t agreed to on my trade in without seeing it (understandable), it was made clear that the number I was seeking was attainable if my vehicle was as described (it was). After all of that, I was convinced by the dealership to make the 4+ hour drive because it would be “worth my time” since a sale price was agreed to and trade in numbers were discussed (I was told we were in the same ballpark trade in wise, a deal was likely if I made the trip). I didn’t realize that “worth my time” meant receiving a total low ball offer of $6,000 less than the number I was seeking and the number that was discussed the previous night. Oh, and the new car sale price that Doug agreed to was no longer the price they were willing to sell the Jeep at. Suddenly the price had grown by 1300 dollars due to a warranty that includes a chemical spray underneath the Jeep, on the outside and the interior— which btw, hadn’t been applied yet. They would wait to spray it once I was signing paperwork. And no, I wasn’t able to decline the warranty because it was already attached to the VIN, supposedly. Negotiations never got to a point where a deal was close, even after the prior phone calls that told a very different story. Total waste of time, a manager named Doug who didn’t hold true to his agreed price for the new vehicle, and a totally dishonest dealership. The KC barbecue was great, however!
We have purchased 5 cars from landmark dodge and we have always had top notch service. Our salesman Spencer is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable of all cars, helpful, reliable, eager and goes the extra mile without being asked. Doug the GM is always present and friendly as well. He greets and checks on everyone in the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy!
We had a great experience with John. He was very knowledgeable about the truck we were interested in and has a way of making people comfortable with the whole process. He was such a pleasure to work with. The only negative part of the process was expecting to have a higher discount applied to the price tag only to find out that since we werent using a certain bank a certain amount fell off the discount causing our monthly payments to be higher while sitting in the financial office. I guess we should have asked what all discounts were included when presented with the numbers 🤷♀️
I was able to get my dream car from this dealership with low miles on it as well. The over all experience was great. I would recommend this place to others. If you go to look at a car ask for Wolf. He will hook you up with a great experience in the car buying time.
I previously left a negative review about Landmark selling me a car which had been in an accident without notifying me, which resulted in my trade-in value being lower than expected when trying to get a new car.Today the owner called me and informed me that the person who traded the vehicle in to them hadnt notified them of the accident, and that the report likely didnt show the accident yet because of the lapse of time that it takes for reports to show such things. He called the dealership with the car I tried to buy to see if he could buy the car and hopefully work something out to where I could get it, and while he was unable, he is definitely doing his best to make reparations and help me out.I really believe it was an honest discrepancy of information and Doug was awesome and friendly on the phone. I definitely appreciate and recommend Landmark for making the effort to reach out to me and genuinely help rather than just saying whoops.

Very poor customer service and professionalism.I called several times as they had the exact truck I wanted.The first time I called the salesman spoke with me, said he would get me some numbers and get back with me, he never called back.I followed up later that day, the secretary said she could not get me over to sales at the moment and was not able to leave a message because they were working out of a different building and were across the road.I called and left a voicemail another time and no one followed up.I also inquired online and provided all info for my trade and no one ever followed up.This is not a good dealership to work with and I can not recommend to anyone.When I spoke to the initial sales rep that never followed up I did mention I was in the Military and tried to ask about Dodge’s discount. I am not sure if that turned them off to helping me, since they would make less profit on a deal.Very poor overall experience.
I will NEVER come back to landmark dodge, after buying multiple vehicles and sending multiple references that purchased cars Ive never felt more stereotyped in my life looking at a car I could only hear run that I got told no test drives unless they know you can afford it straight from the manager to the salesman. This all for a lousy 50k charger which I had the cash to pay for if I decided I even wanted it. Ive had an issue with this place everytime Ive been there about something but to stereotype me like I cant afford something on your lot 🤣🤣 yall got jokes.
Looked at 2 new vehicles and they were both very dirty. The one we were initially interested in & made an appointment for was never cleaned up because it was someone’s daily driver (should not be selling as a NEW vehicle). They were offering $6000 less on our trade in than any other dealership we have been to. They never offered their advertised price and refused to go up any on our trade or down on their sticker price.
This should not have been so difficult. We came in to just look at used trucks. We decided to purchase one for cash. We were made to fill out a credit app, for no apparent reason. Just a ding on my credit showing someone ran my credit. Cash purchase no reason for credit. Next were told we had to give them a $100.00 check to hold the truck, and the check would be returned. After spending all day trying to get this truck, and they took all my money for the truck they also cashed the check for 100.00. 2 weeks later, still dont have my money back. My husband went to pick up the paperwork to get the tags, 1/2 hour run around to get it. Went to get tags today and there was not an inspection slip in the paper work. He was told he would have to drive the whole way back up to Independence to get an inspection slip. We chose to get it done closer. So after spending a whole day trying to do a cash purchase, finally will be done with this when I get my money back. If you have a lot of extra time to spend with this company to try and purchase an auto, good luck. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I do like the truck.WEEK 3 STILL NO $100.00 CHECK, BUYER BEWARE.Wow here we are March 31st and still no check. Doug, I left a message for you and you have not returned my call. I guess you need the $100 a lot. I paid $44,000 cash, I want my $100.00 back.I stand corrected got the check today. What a shame we had to go through all that just to get 100.00 returned

Worst car buying experience ever. They required a 100 dollar deposit when we were sitting ready to buy. Not to mention an added 1180 dollar service fee on top of the price of the vehicle. No thanks went across the street to Cable-Dahmer who treats customers right!!!

Got in contact with a sales man i tried to work a deal out on the phone the best I could since I was coming in from 3hours 30 mins away. Told me my truck was going to need 2500 in diagnostics to find out what was wrong with it I have been working on cars my half my life and knowing my truck was in perfect condition I made the trip. Tried making a deal was getting close to my trade price but when it wasn’t sitting well with me that they wanted to mark up the truck $1500 over msrp because I wasn’t using their financing sales manger stepped in and was very unprofessional telling me they pretty much lie to you to get ya in the door!! Don’t recommend going to this dealer ship!
The service manager was helpful and communicated clearly with us about the issue with my vehicle. The waiting room was clean and inviting. A facility manager came by during my wait and offered assistance if I needed something during my wait.
5 star rating for service department. Theyve always been able to get to my car in a timely manner and the services have been well done.Ive yet to make an auto purchace here but based on service department, Id definitely consider it.
They quoted 90 minutes or less to do the work, but it ended up taking an hour longer than that. No apologies. And I assume their AC isnt working because it was at least 80 degrees in the waiting area. This was my first time here so I dont know what its usually like.

Very bad customer service had them look a small issue i had and left with a even bigger problem i later on found out that day when I got home that some at the dealership ripped the carpet in the trunk of my car so I called and talked to the manager and sent him pictures of it and I told him they were the only ones who had access to the trunk besides me and he called me back to say it wasnt them and that they were not going to cover the damages that they made. I strongly recommend that no one ever go to this dealership every.
I had some front end work done to my 1500 ram back in march 21. Well this past weekend i go to open up my cargo fold outs and the drivers side is all jacked up. So i pull down center arm rest and it has all kinds of spills and whatnot. Ive never even had anybody drink in my backseat to use that cup holder. Somehow i have someone elses backseat!! They arent very trustworthy in my book. If you can take your vehicle somewhere else to have it serviced. As i will from now on. Oh, i didnt mention the fingerprints in the paint on my grille assembly. What a joke.Update. Mr. Jeff and Mr Mike and i had a great conversation. At the end we agreed to resolve all the issues i stated. Im very happy with the professionalism they both showed. And as a result, i will continue bringing my truck to landmark for whatever it needs.

Went in to look at a car. Price was decent until they tried to add in an $1100 fee just for selling me something. I work in sales at another company. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. I will never go back unless they advertise the actual price with no fees. $99 or something like that is understandable. Classic scam.
Lack of integrity would sum up my experience. Service is shotty, Sales management do not keep their word and lost a Current and future customer. I would shop around and go to Reed in Kansas before supporting this store. They had a good reputation in the past. The sales staff has their hands tied with this lack of leadership. Wouldnt give them any stars if that was an option.
We were in the area for a baseball tournament. Our battery died and we were trying to get home to Illinois. This company got us in that day and gave us great service. We were up and running within a hour. Thank you so much.
Staff was friendly enough but the process after I purchased my vehicle was a mess. Never got the $100 cash deposit back they make you put down after saying I would get it back with my paperwork. Took two months to get said paperwork to even register my vehicle. They sent it to the wrong address and got lost in the mail then had to pay a late fee. Only plus I can give is they were willing to fix some damage to the vehicle from the previous owner. Not bad but wouldnt recommend didn’t strike me as trustworthy.
This dealership gets it done ! I’ve bought a 2017 charger from them ( salesman: SPENCER KEY ) and they have did nothing but the absolute best for me to walk away with a vehicle ! Not only is the hospitality nice, yet the salesmen/women went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied and received an affordable payment to work with. I’ve brought more customers to this location and both customers I’ve brought went through Spencer as well, and we’re all satisfied with their purchases! Great experience. They made the car buying process super easy which I’m thankful for, having 1 year old twins I didn’t want to be stuck at a dealership all day. We test drove on a Saturday and had them do all the behind the scenes work then came back that Tuesday to sign paper work and drive off the lot with it. Maybe about 2 hours total at the dealership for the test drive and paperwork. They got the payment we wanted with the added warranties we wanted as well. I’m actually still in shock how painless this experience was.My only complaint is that when we left the gas light came on, I’m use to getting a car with a full tank which I thought was standard with dealerships lol

I would not recommend this dealership, they price entice and low ball offer on trade in. I was told on the phone that the price advertised would be no problem, but when negotiations started they changed the price back to full price and stated you basically had to qualify for every single rebate that Jeep offer which was impossible. The sales manager laughed at me when I answer his question as to what I felt was fair price for my vehicle which was less then what I was offered by another dealership. I will never step foot on their dealership again. I had also contacted the salesman 3 times throughout the day about other vehicles I was interested in and he would never call back with any info. Poor customer service.

One star is all can offer for this place salesman made appointment for me early in the morning to buy a truck but sold the truck before my appointment then they tell me its my fault I did not put money down. Well whats the since in the appointment system to upset customers and rope you into an upsell. Worst dealer experience in Missouri to date DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
I’ve been searching the KC metro for a used Honda Civic for a fair price. I visited Landmark and Billy Cheatum was extremely helpful. I thought I had picked out the car I wanted after looking at a few but he reached out to me later in the day to tell me to tell me about a better deal that could save me thousands of dollars. It was definitely a MUCH better deal. He took care of a majority of the paperwork while I was away so by the time I was ready to pick up the car it was no more than a 10 minute process.
I just had an oil change an their were 5 people ahead of me I was rhere about an hour not bad for just showing up!

I bought my truck here, Customer service was so great, they went above and beyond to work with customer and you can tell they love what they do . Bill was my sales person ! He work so hard to get me a truck within my budget and I got the truck I wanted . Ryan deliver manager, he was so great, I was able to get aftermarket add ons to the truck . He made sure the pricing was great . Finance manager is was also awesome, I was able to get interest rate within my budget and payment without breaking my wallet! All my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and they were more than willing to make customer happy. I would highly recommend them . Kudos guy, I love my truck !
Wont let me give ZERO stars!!Not even sure where to begin, I can start with the sales rep trying to offer me discounts for cash during the test drive. Should of known to go somewhere else at that point, but didnt. That sales rep got fired during my buying process (another customer complained about the same thing), so I finished up with the manager. For some reason the loan didnt go through at first even though they let me drive away in the car. It took several weeks for the financing to go through and I could get the title to license it. Finally it came in and got penalized for not getting it licensed and registered in the allotted 30 days.... I couldnt do that because I didnt have the title yet. Bought the car on 10/16/21, put around 3,000 miles on it, and the engine blew due to overheat issues. I had bought an extended warranty, but it conveniently didnt cover issues stemming from overheating. I immediately contacted Ryan the business manager and asked if there was anything they could do, he said use the warranty which didnt cover my issues, so I canceled the warranty to get a refund, if I have to buy a new engine i get a new warranty, all Ryan would tell me is I wouldnt recommend canceling the warranty. The warranty doesnt do much good on a car that doesnt run, and that doesnt cover the issue that caused the damage.So long story short, just over 4,000 miles put on it, and the car is done. Absolutely no help from Landmark, and I am trying to get the buyers guide now, which I cant seem to get... I spoke to an owner of another car lot and he recommended I file a buyers complaint with the MO attorney generals office. I am out about 9 grand, and nothing I can probably do, but if this stops one person from going in there I am good.YOU COULDNT GIVE ME A FREE CAR TO WALK BACK IN THAT PLACE!!!!

Went to buy a NEW 1500 Ram Truck. Dealership did not honor the Internet price wanted to start at the Sticker Price. Then added on a protection option that they said they do. I did not want but would have to still pay for it ? Wanted to run my crewdit before we even agreed on a price. Walked out with my Certifed Check and will not be back.
**Update to my first 5 star review before I realized how bad things are** Not sure what has happened with the customer service that used to be top notch. Bought 2 vehicles from them previously 1 new and 1 used. Just bought another new vehicle and having a terrible time getting the salesman for accessories to return our calls and get us scheduled to perform services we paid for. DEFINITELY will not be buying another vehicle from Landmark ever again until they get things together.
This is the first car I bought from a dealership and Ms.Melinda is a very honest person and sales person. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from landmark. First time it was my first go around buying a car from a dealer. I came in preapproved knew exactly what I wanted. Did my research. There was some confusion on paying taxes. Which thats what I thought I was paying. But they told me 30 days later that wasnt what I put money towards. Financing process still took a while. Car salesman was great. My 1st car was amazing. Wouldnt have been looking if someone didnt blow a stop sign totaling my car. I looked past the experience because I loved my car. I ended up back at Landmark because all the cars I looked at fell through. And it was the 3rd time driving to kc to purchase a car. Second purchase Im only about week in to the purchase when I test drove it. I thought I heard a rattling sound and the car salesman said it wasnt a sound. I had to pay 1000+ in dealership fees because of “the work” they did to get it road ready. Im lucky it made it to my town because I live about 3 hrs away. Yesterday I replaced the breaks got transmission work done all out-of-pocket expenses. They told me about the open recalls which was fine. But the sold me a car that was dangerous. The breaks were on its last leg not only did it put me in danger it put my niece and nephews danger. The experience this time around was long. The car salesmen didnt really try and sell the car he was just happened to be the one who answered the phone. I waited a long time for financing. My credit score took a big hit because they ran through a lot of people. One thing positive why its getting two stars is I did get a lower APR rate than I walked in with. There was a whole ordeal with my check they said I was good to go. But the next day I was called several times. I couldnt sleep before work. They ran my debit card, which it froze my card for the entire day. There was even more of an inconvenience for me because I had to go to the bank to get money after staying at the dealership late driving home and trying to rest for work. I wish I just walked out. I am writing this because yesterday I got a text saying, “just following up on your Leather protection and undercoat. Hey I just wanted to say how Amazing customer service is at landmark. Melinda was my sales lady and she got the job done! She was so patient and kind. She made it easy to shop for a car and especially a car I was looking for! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
I would give them no stars if that were an option. I saw a car online and called about it. If it was still there I was coming to buy it, period. The salesman said he would check and call me back. He never did. Poor business practices.

Melinda & Lowell made the process of buying a used vehicle incredibly painless for us! We looked at the vehicle one day and left so we werent waiting around while the drew up all the paperwork. We came back to finalize everything and were in and out in 30 mins with our new Pacifica. I would definitely recommend!
I have bought about 5 vehicles from Landmark. My last one i ordered.The order process was so long and i pretty much bugged all the guys the whole 3 months lol.Even tho im impatient and im sure i got on there nerves 😁 they responded on my status everyday. Melinda my used car sales lady was a hoot. I would say the dealer nonsense gets old..so like Melinda who was awesome passed me off to the sell me stuff I dont want guy and I gotta wait on him.. Then I gotta return and wait again for the finance guy and do numbers with him. Just takes foreveeeeerrrr.. Other than that I enjoyed buying from them and the car was what I wanted

They each went above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of my vehicle. They were honest, upfront and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to shop any other dealership than Landmark! Thank you!
Absolutely awful. Purchased a car here, received an expired safety inspection. Went back to go get another, got quoted a 10-15 minute wait and ended up waiting over a hour. Then, go to try to tag my car and apparently within that hour of Christian doing my safety inspection, he switched around numbers in my vin which caused me to go back again. Ed was helpful but no one cared that I was irritated as hell. I spent 6 hours getting my car registered and it was absolutely awful. I will never buy a car from here nor get mine serviced here. Absolutely awful and they don’t care to fix it!
If you want honesty, respect and customers service....DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. If I could give negative stars I would. I went to look at a truck for my daughter (she had her own money) on my way home from work so she didnt have to drive an hour plus to look and not like it. The truck was what my daughter wanted. I told the sales lady I like it, Ill let my daughter know and get back to you. (it was still at the detail shop when I looked at it, NOT ON THE LOT) After discussing with my daughter I texted the sales lady and we negotiated AND AGREED on a price AND THAT WE WOULD BE UP THERE TO GET IT. I told her that my wife and daughter were coming up to buy it. My wife and daughter drove and hour plus in traffic to go buy the truck NOT LOOK, BUY. After fighting traffic they showed up, AS I SAID WE WOULD, only to find out they sold the truck out from underneath us. NO PHONE CALL, NO TEXT, NO NOTHING. They said they got busy and didnt have time. NO TIME FOR CUSTOMERS BUT 4 SALESPEOPLE 5 INCLUDING THE ONE I WAS DEALING WITH, DAMN SURE HAD TIME TO BE SITTING AROUND SMOKING CIGARETTES. But not take care of a customer that had made a 25k deal. I guess they are more concerned about one and done customers and not repeat business. If thats the case its a great work plan they got going .Thanks MAX MOTORS IN HARRISONVILLE MISSOURI FOR HELIPING US GET A NEW TRUCK PURCHASED FAIRLY AND RESPECTFULLY. WE WILL COME SEE YA AGAIN

Poor customer service. After posting this, I have been back through and read other reviews. There are 5 stars and there are 1 stars....No middle ground. I am guessing that it must have something to do with the people. You either get a good one or a bad one. If we could just know who is who...

My perspective of Car Buying Sure Changed at Landmark Dodge. I was Surprised to find a Salesman with that much Product knowledge for only being in the Sales Business for a short time. Bait and switch. The advertise price is definitely not the price that you will pay. That price in fine print is only if you qualify for all the incentives which nobody does. I ended up buying a 2020 Pacifica anyway because it was a good deal. Salesman screwed the front license paper bracket crooked. he thought it would be okay just to undo it and rescue it so hence I have three holes in my bumper. They didnt even wash the car until I complained about it. What car dealer does that? Take your business somewhere else.

I have had the best experience with Landmark and specifically with Don Underwood who we were lucky enough to have as our salesman. We walked in not being very sure we would be able to afford a car at the lot but Don was quick to work with the exact budget we had and we found a beautiful car. Way better than we were in the market for to be honest. We encountered a small issue with the car after taking it home but Don was of great assistance and the car was picked up from my home and they delivered a loaner car at my doorstep. Talk about service!! I really want to say that Landmark Dodge has a loyal customer from me and my family as we totally felt our needs were met and were treated so well (we felt so valued!!) which is sadly not a common thing anymore. Landmark thank you and thank you Don!! Landmark has a great asset in you!
My husband and I came into Landmark Jeep to look for a used jeep for me. Chris Panzica was very helpful in showing us what was available and taking us for a test drive. He went above and beyond to try to get me into exactly what I wanted at a price we could afford. When we can afford a new jeep, we will be back to see Chris for sure!
