Was in there today an they had a rude customer who only had 1 item and was throwing such a fit. I let him go in front of me and poor Dylan had to deal with his bad attitude but did it very well with a great professional attitude. I went to Cheryl and if you all do not know Cheryl step inside and say hi she is super fast and very friendly and will make u laugh.

After calling around and searching at multiple hardware stores searching for a specific cordless tool, I called tractor supply. Wesley was very patient with me on the phone while I asked a ton of questions about his availability on tools and batteries. It was very refreshing having good customer service over the phone. I would highly recommend finding Wesley your as yours representative if you go to this location. Thank you!

They close a portion of their services an hour early (propane). When i asked for an exception due to my ignorance about their routine, I was met with polite refusal. Thats a bad way to operate a business. That part of their routine should have been treated like a guideline, but instead it was treated like a law. And now I have lost some very precious time, unnecessarily.

Didnt do much shopping but have always loved TSC.

Ordered a tank heater online that showed in stock. Drove 40 minutes to the store to find out they cancelled the order.When i clicked on why it happened the site asks me to click on an option, but i didnt cancel it...The ignorant older male stock boy says thats how you can tell its not in stock, because they canceled the order. I got no notice at all.

Got 4 chicks. they were as punctual as they could have been!

My first time in the store yesterday (and under unfortunate circumstances). The help and understanding I received was very personal and also very professional from the moment I walked in the door. I wish I was better with names, because the person that helped me out deserves credit. The shop vac you sold me is doing its job. Well the month of October shows that the Store Manager does not know how to schedule people to help consumers. When I called to ask to see if an item came in. He was not helpful at all. Very condescending. Did you know that Tractor Supply is the largest Pet Food Supply store out there? And if they dont have it, no one has it!!! Straight from a person stating he is the Store Manager. Just an update, went to Feldmans they had the exact type of dog biscuits, not with the same brand name. My dog was very happy when I brought home. My cats seem to enjoy the flavor of Sheba that has never been found at TSC. Guess I don’t have to worry where to buy my pet supplies from “if” TSC “the largest pet food supplier out there doesn’t carry it no one does.” Well I guess I am glad he was so condescending, I would have just kept checking back.

They were very polite and very helpful I would of gotten lost if they did not help me find the right wormer for my dog Thanks everyone

Service is horrible.I went in for propane and was told Id have to wait 45 minutes because they were busy. I accepted that since they literally had a line going to the back of the store and for some reason only one cash register open.I came back a few days later first thing in the morning. I was the only customer in there and I was told Id have to wait 20 minutes because they were busy. I guess stocking shelves and standing around is more important than helping the only customer in the store.

I like tractor supply, but this one in Independence is not so good. I shop therebut Id rather go to a different tractor supply. As a whole company tractor supplies pretty good or decent. But this one in Independence you cant get no help. When theres hardly no customers inside the building or outside. Im going to give this location for this location in Independence 3 and a half Stars. Because they do got products there just no customer

Wonderful Customer Service! They also do price comparing. (For Example; I was shopping for a stock tank, another Farm and home store had it listed $10.00 cheaper, Tractor Supply matched their price!!) I also buy my horse feed there and save around 1.99 per 50 lb bag. They have a huge variety of items for your home, farm, dog, cat, horses, rabbits, and even chickens. LOVE shopping at Tractor!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our family has built some great relationships with the staff and they even remember what animals we have and always ask how they are doing and when i lost 18 chickens they were very empathetic and really cared. Im so glad we have a real down home place to go here in our big city.

Tractor supply has everything a landscaper/farmer/property owner/live stock owner/pet owner so on and so on... The employees are awesome... Very friendly and their willingness to help you is top notch...oh and Steve the employee that drives a red Ford ranger is the best... That man deserves a huge raise... Employee of the year at least...

Was looking for a great lamp and light for my dogs living space. Found everything I needed and at a very reasonable price.Associates were helpful and very friendly.

This store has a lot of interesting Hardware and farm equipment and supplies. Im not a farmer but I go there frequently to buy retriever high protein dog food. Its 27% protein only 15% fat and the price is amazingly low. My 6 year old dog has thrived on it all of her life and that six she is as energetic as she was at 1.

Ive never had a negative experience here. The staff is so wonderful...they know where to turn for answers, theyre so friendly & customer service has always been excellent. The prices are what got me started shopping here, but its the staff that keeps me loyal.

Just really neat hard to find stuff. If you need something interesting like baby chicks or chicken wire, wierd specialized bolts, or even clothes this is the place. Generally, we get out pet food here because its Healthy and cheaper by brand than most.

I was very disappointed with the customer service here. Ashley was not helpful with answering my questions regarding a product. She didnt ask another employee or look up what I needed to know. She basically shrugged me off.

Tractor support is handicap ready. Automatic doors. They have a lot of equipment that other people dont have. They got trailers you buy them. And they have a lot of supplies there. So if you need information just call them. It would be your best bet to make sure they have it when you go there. Lot of help for people.

I purchase propane and ground cover for an excavation that I did. The propane was the best price in town. The ground cover was about the same.

I bought a lawn mower from them and I assumed they would carry parts for it. Wrong. Love the animal supplies and food.

Store is pretty big. A bit crowded in places with all the merchandise. Good selection of items. Some things are quite pricey, but are not bad if you catch them on sale. Floor help though is mostly non existent. So if you need help you have to go to the desk or checkout. When I visited I found the staff at checkout to be friendly.

I purchased a suncast reversible screenenclosure from this place to cover my AC. Picture showed three panels for 69.99 when arrived it only came with one panel?!. I never seen enclosure with one panel. So I went to amazon to make sure I wasnt expecting too much. Sure enough, amazon had four panels that are even larger! All for $77. Delivered not in 10 days only two days.!

They sell quality pet food they allow us to bring the dogs in and they always give my dog treats she loves coming here. She gets very excited when I tell her were going to Tractor Supply Company

Went to the independence store looking for a cub cadet walk behind string trimmer and they were out of stock.I asked a employee if they could check stock at the Lee summit store was told no said to call them.I called the Lee summit store they said yes we have one left I asked them if they would put my name on it they said yes.I drove 30 minuets to their store when I asked for the trimmer Jason when in the back room and came back out and said it was sold and he was sorry for telling me on the phone they had one.He said he would give me a rain check and would have on shipped to the store for me.Two days later still no call.

Went on a Saturday, midday. They were very short handed. Only saw 2 employees. Waited for service for 10 minutes, then left. Farm store on any weekend should be better prepared for their customers. Upon leaving, the checkout line was very, very long

Easy to the point! Needed a new splitting maul and it wasnt more than 50 feet from the door. Got an Fiskars, Iso Core, 8 lb splitting maul and not did it come with a lifetime guarantee, but its the smoothest striking maul Ive ever used. And last but definitely not least I appreciated the in and out service. Prices were comparative with my product, even to online.

Love this place, we get our Chicken feed, Dog Food and Cat Food from here only. There is always good things on sale too, hard to get out of there with just what you went for.

Not a store that I would normally go into. But I needed to pick up a special cat food for my son and that was where I had to go. Everybody was very helpful and very friendly. Also they had baby chickies that were a lot of fun to watch

I called ahead to check propane gas availability at 4PM. I was told yes until 8:30PM. I told store worker I would be there in 20 minutes. I drove 19 miles and arrived in 20 minutes only to be told no one available until 7PM to get the propane. Complete BS.

The service was good. The supply of the item was limited to just a few sizes. Had to purchase itasca boots 2 sizes to big. If you were a mans 9 they had plenty.
