Great Service! Thank you, Bob M., for going above and beyond for my mother today. My mom is a widow and is the full time caregiver for my 105yo grandmother, so she has limited time to get errands, repairs and maintenance done. So when her headlamp went out on her jeep, she knew she had to get the bulbs replaced. She went to AutoZone and seeing my mom needed assistance beyond the sale, Bob, graciously installed the bulbs for her.Thank you so much for going above and treating her so kind!

Hunter at autozone here in Indian Harbour Beach was very precessional and really helped me more than anyone else did at different auto facilities. He made sure my battery, alternator and starter were in good shape and gave me advice on what to do if I had any more problems. Ask for Hunter and he’ll take care of you at no cost!!!

Hunter F. was very helpful today and showed me a battery jump starter that I could use for my daughters car. He was very friendly and eager to provide a recommendation. The AutoZone in IHB is the place to go.

First time I was treated like a bother than a customer at an Auto Zone. Will never visit this site again. Closest to my house, but I will drive extra miles to a different Auto Zone to be treated as a customer. 3 employees and only me and 1 other customer. No greeting like other Auto Zones. No offers to assist like other Auto Zones. When I went to ask for assistance I was told they cant help me they dont have an app and to go look on the aisle by myself to see if I can find what Im looking for. Employees heard me say wow never mind as I walked out. Nothing said or attempted to change my mind to walk out.

They were very helpful on the phone before I went, and when I got there, and they saved me some money, because I was doing it wrong. Very pleased.

Door was locked at 8:20 and the employee just shook his hand at me instead of telling me they were closed. What is the point of having closing hours if you don’t follow them.

Had what I needed, employees were a bit distracted doing their own thing.

The majority of clients were not wearing masks, and were not asked to wear masks. One staff member was wearing his mask on one ear, hanging down and the others below their noses.

Bob, the manager, was SO EXTREMELY awesome and helpful! I had some problems w/ my break lights and even with the COVID, he went out of his way to help me. Its an auto Zone. What more can you say? They sell auto parts and will even scan your car if the engine lights are on.Never had a real issue until about a few weeks ago. Im not trying to sound womanistic but a girl was at the counter when I went in and I told her my engine light was on and I needed it to be scanned.She said she could do that and I mentioned to her it was always the guys that did it! She said she had been trained and could do it better than any of them!After the scan one problem code came up and it was a minor fix per the code but being that it was my wives car I didnt want to take a chance and went across the street to discount auto to have them scan her car..When they scanned it the same code came up and another! It turned out yes I had two different issues with the car.I trouble shoot one and blow off the second. But low and behold the second was real! So after the second call to Roadside Assistance we had the second issue addressed that Discount picked up but not auto Zone.The other issue which I understand was my BMW was scanned and I had fixed the issue but the mechanic didnt have a scanner to rest the code. So I went back and sure enough the code.dident show up but my light was still on. I asked them to just rest it and was told what if the mechanic didnt fix it properly they would be liable..So to a point I understand that but come on! I had a receipt from the mechanic that he fixed the scanned issue!

Most of the guys are very knowledgeable and friendly there are a couple that can be not so friendly.

Im in the medical profession and I always going from hospital to hospital on a moments notice. David was a huge help the day I brought my truck in needing a new battery. Got the battery STAT, and helped me install it in no time at all and got me back on the road.

Just have to publicly say that I am very disappointed in the service this evening. I sent my teenage daughter & her boyfriend to AutoZone for a head light replacement. Telling them how helpful they have been in the past. ISaid they will help youWell......Dave & the manager Jeff did NOT help. Told those young teenage drivers flat out no.What Dave or Jeff could have done in 10 minutes has now taken me,a single Mom & 2 teenagers 40 minutes & we still cant get it right. Thanks alot Jeff. For nothing. I will not be doing buiness with beachside AutoZone again.

Customer service needs improvement

Nobody in this store has a clue about cars.they are useless without computers and the manager is a unhelpful jerk .sold me 3 bad CV axles and refused to return the last one even though I brought the part to the store and had it in front of him.told me he wasnt gonna do anything for me and said it was already refunded.then why do I still have the part!?!? No knowledge .terrible parts and bad service.never ever again I will go down to the street to discount and I hope all of you do the same.these clowns dont deserve your business

DO NOT BUY an AUTOCRAFT battery form Autozone!!! It comes with a 90 day warrantee and it fails at day 100. Total waste of money. This is my second one so shame on me for not realizing the batteries are garbage after the first one. They convinced me that there had to be some kind of current draw, thats why the battery did not last. 2nd battery, different vehicle, same result. JUNK.Walmart batteries are cheaper, and last longer.
