This was awesome! I took my ancient 2008 Dell Inspiron in to see if it could be helped! It was full of old OS and multitudes of program upgrades over the 13+ years. I had already put everything onto a portable hard drive, so for an awesomely inexpensive price he loaded a brand new hard drive of modern technologies, and doubled my RAM! It runs fast and efficient! Better than when it was brand new! I will take every computer fix to him, and recommend his talents to everyone!

Shawn was AWESOME! He gave an honest diagnosis, fixed my computer, and had it up and running better than before in no time flat. I completely trust this man with my computer needs and will NEVER go to the Geek Squad or anywhere else again. AND, he is beachside, and an extremely likeable character.

I had an issue with a blue screen that would cause my laptop to reboot OVER AND OVER......every five minutes or so. It was all I could do to keep from throwing this thing in my pool.....been doing this for almost four months. I took it to another local computer store and not only did they charge me $85....in the end that couldnt find anything wrong, but they still charged me the $85. Yesterday (9-15-20) I stopped by this location on a whim and met Shawn. Twenty four hours later (9-16-20) he has it FIXED, and only charged me $75.....and he explained what he suspected, what he did, and what to expect. Long story short.....it works fine now. Nice guy too.....thank God I didnt hit the laptop with a Hillary Hammer or throw it in the deep end !!!!

Save your money. Tech unable to repair anything. Just sat there and stared at the screen

I have been here twice and both times Shawn treated me very well. He never tried to up-sell me and seemed to honestly want to help solve my problem. One time I needed him to replace the keyboard on my laptop and the second time was to install windows. Thank you Shawn!!!

Sean is knowledgable, will tell it like it is, courteous, and attentive. I have purchased two computers from him; a laptop and a desktop. His prices are reasonable, but more importantly, if you have a problem, he is there for you. He has also serviced a Dell laptop we bought from Dell a long time ago. I dont trust many people, but if you want a personal computer guy, Sean is your man.
