Costumer service is absolutely horrible. One employee is a decent person and treats customers with respect. This is the only place I know of to buy premium automotive paint so one just has to accept the horrible customer service.

They made a color match paint for me and it was perfect looks just like the car but OMG $600 for 1 quart of base coat !

If you are more than an amateur in taking care of your cars appearance....then...this is the place to go.Prices are fair, not a steal, but they will probably have what you need.
