To setup appointment for service.a week away. Sherry wS very professional n experienced. Te only problem I have is: this is hurting a look over appointment not fix the problem with my vehicle. So next Wednesday they are looking then another appointment for service of vehicle. They have 3 different dealerships that one could be able to do it faster.

Went in for a fast estimate. Fell in the parking lot near the side where Brown Hotel is. The sidewalk is really high to the lot. Ended up going to the hospital. They Really need to fix this. Its been a month Im still really sore.

I called and got a quote to get my timing belt done for labor and parts on Friday. I then called back on Monday and reconfirmed the amount for parts and labor. I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday (today.) When I arrive to drop off my car I asked again about the labor and parts. The gentlemen at the desk told me I was quoted wrong and that it will take much longer and more money. I told him I called twice and got the quote and he said that I talked to the call center and that they are done using them by the end of the month. I was confused because I called their direct line they have posted on their website. He said it transfers you the call center. I said it wasn’t fair that they quoted me the wrong price because that’s who they use. He agreed and pretty much told me he can’t quote me the correct amount until later on in the day. So I left my car there and then received a call that I have to pay another 230 dollars for additional parts. I refused to pay for more unnecessary parts. It was an unsuccessful trip and I refuse to go back. I purchased my car from there, which is why I chose to take it to get serviced there. I felt like I was the problem and the situation was incredibly frustrating. I was blamed for trusting their call center even though that’s who takes your calls. But what do I know.

Mark was standing in for the usual finance guy at hyandai...Mark worked so hard to keep our payments reasonable definately went above and beyond. Honestly I visited there and was unsure how my experience would be didnt think it would be any good at all but I am 5 star satisfied after my 2nd visit thanks guys you definately went above and beyond.

The reason for one star is,,, and you should already know the answer anyways. My daughter was told over the phone after she summited an online application that she was approved with a cosigner. I was her cosigner. So after spending time going to Indiana we thought we were good to go. So the salesman goes and gets the car that my daughter thought she was getting,,, we all went driving in a 2016 Chevy Cruze and she fell in love with it. So we come back to dealership and sit down until a finance manager comes out shouting Dont shoot the messenger,, Im only the messenger. I knew right there and then after total embarrassment that my daughter wasnt getting the car after wasting practically an entire afternoon. There was a income error due to her not working full-time for the stubs for the month due to her sons illness. And even after all that and keep in mind I was a cosigner and she was already told to come to Indiana because she was approved! And here is the kicker,,, the finance manager then tells my daughter that even with her full time wages that it wouldnt of been sufficient anyways! And she makes decent money. I couldnt believe my ears! Why tell her over the phone that everything looked good and she was approved,,,,, WHY??? AND YOU REALLY NEED TO ADDRESS THAT FINANCE MANAGER FROM SCREAMING OUT DONT SHOOT THE MESSENGER THATS REAL PROFESSIONAL LET ME TELL YOU!!! So please do not bother calling myself or my daughter again,,,, now you have the reason for one star. Do you bother everyone that gives you a bad rating or just us. Dont have a review rating if you cant take a bad review. We are entitled to our opinions just like anyone else,,,, and this is how we feel. All my daughter wanted was to be able to get a chance for a good car that wont break down and we wouldnt of wasted our time or your time if she wasnt told everything was good to go! Forgot to add another thing that made my daughter so excited and that was when we came back after the test run,, the salesman puts a sign on this beautiful red Chevy Cruze that read SOLD! Unbelievable.

Dealership seems very scatter brained. Was emailed by 4 different people. None of them were able to help or provide me the information I wanted on the used Subaru Crosstrek I was interested in. When one of the sales reps did get back to me they showed me a CRV that was $4000 over my budget and said the Crosstrek was sold. Maybe they are better in person but communication is not great.
I came into Delaney with head light bulbs, brought ALL the parts necessary. I was having trouble replacing my headlight bulbs. They tell me that I purchased the wrong bulbs, I purchased halogen bulbs and my car required D2S HIDs, they said they had no HID bulbs in stock at a CAR DEALERSHIP/Repair shop. What a joke. The guy at the desk named Mike hung up on me when I called asking for a quote on the repair so this ensued after I showed up in person. I couldn’t believe it. On top of them having no HID bulbs in stock, Mike tells me he will only charge me $37 for labor, making it sound like it’s a deal I’m paying for NO WORK DONE. I hesitantly agree and ended up getting both of my bulbs changed at McCarthys in town for only $30 total with labor included.Edit: I was contacted by service manager Ken Nutter who was very sincere and gave me a full refund for the inconvenience. I appreciate the ability to resolve issues like this so quickly.
Made the mistake of buying a used vehicle from Delaney, for first inspection mechanic found multiple issues that are impossible to miss which Delaney failed to inform me of. Overpriced and taken advantage of, used vehicle buyers beware! A few months after purchase I asked for trade in value they offered $500 after paying them thousands for a lemon. When they inspected vehicle for trade in value assetment, their mechanic took the liberty to go through the wallet I left in the truck while I was in the showroom. Please beware!
