Trisha S. Was absolutely awesome! Had a few documents that had to be notarized. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. So much better than the Monroeville AAA staff. I will be going to this location from now on.
Ive been a AAA member for around 15 years, and have never had such lousy service before. You can call all you want during office hours, the phone just rings incessantly. You can try contacting them via their Facebook page - they wont respond there either. I even tried contacting the national office about it, no response from them either. It really has me wondering why Im paying good money for a service that cant be bothered to so much as pick up the phone when I very occasionally need the services I paid for!!! There are plenty of other organizations out there willing to provide better service, by a long shot.
Quick and efficient. Service and attention were good, and we were out in a short amount of time. Watched staff disinfect surfaces 1 minute after a client left, so thats good as well

I was stranded in the cold at night after a car accident and they refused to give me a ride. I pay them for gold membership services and because my insurance already dispatched a tow truck with an eta (one that never showed and I didn’t know wasn’t coming) aaa refused to give me any of the other roadside services that I pay for. Horrible treatment and I wish I could get my money back since they don’t honor their word. I was stranded for 3 hours. Finally my boss came and picked me up and took me to work. What if I hadn’t crashed on my way to work? I’d probably be dead, thanks. (It was 22 degrees and freezing rain)

Will NEVER use their services again in the future. They made us wait in the car for over 20 minutes before calling us in and when we get back to the door THATS when they asked covid screening questions which my step-dad said he may have been exposed which wasnt true and they decided it was their job to lecture him and deny us services. Worst place to get service. I will gladly pay the extra $100 and go elsewhere to a place that treats us like human beings. I treated them like how they treated us like nasty pieces of trash. Ridiculous. Steer clear from this place. You get what you pay for and since its a cheaper service you get treated like trash.

After much discussion we decided to plan a trip to Disney World. We didnt want any issues so we went to AAA. We purchased travel insurance through AAA but should have saved the money. You need a Drs excuse to get a refund. Our daughter in laws father fell ill and only had a few months to live. The insurance co wanted us to have his Dr fill out paper work stating the illness and the outcome. I feel that this is a major violation of the HIPA Laws. I wasnt going to ask her to ask her fathers DR to fill out paperwork so that we could get our money back.The insurance company is a scam. I will not being going back to AAA to plan anything and I am canceling the three memberships that I pay for.If your planing a trip do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but AAA.I know my family and I will.
High cost just to transfer on top of the state fees
I have been a member for at least 18 years,,,and never had any problems...when I called for any service for my car,,, they were very prompt and courteous to help me...
The ladies who work there are so efficient and friendly. Sometimes when theyre really busy have to wait and they do their best to get every customer taken care of as quickly as possible..with alot of patience and the never ending smiles.
We were in here to get an out of state car titled and registration. We were helped by, what seemed like, a new person that didn’t know a lot about the process. There were two other people in the place that were more experienced and knew the process better. The lady that we worked with asked several questions and persevered in getting everything done correctly for us. But it would have been nice if they other two experienced people took the time to help the lady that was helping us. There were 6 other people that came in the building and were helped while the lady that was helping us, struggled through the process. We were in this place for almost 2 hours because no one would take the time to actually stop and help our lady through the process!!! I know you had other people that walked in and needed assistance but why not stop and help the customer already there, that had been there for almost 2 hours!!! Way to let this newer lady struggle through the process and make your customers wait!!!! Crazy!!!

We have had very good luck with this group, and moved our car insurance here because they have been so nice, will talk to customers, rather than like Nationwide and Progressive who dont want any live contact with their clients.The insurance experience (and rates) is very good with AAA Indiana PA.They have been super nice with their travel support, information, brochures for members, etc.The tag registration desk is efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful.Before somebody whines about the customer service, I would love to know who does a better job around here.Obviously it is more satisfying to come in at a time when there is not high customer volume at the counter, but they process their queue about as well as you could reasonably expect. Try to be patient. Try to be nice. If possible.
Rude ppl there. Will never use AAA again. When I lived in ny still we came to pa for a visit my car broke down had AAA and they wouldnt cover it so I had to get a loan from my landlord for almost 1000 dollars. Will never use Indianas location again

I expect a notary (especially AAA) to be knowledgeable about the various notary services provided... or AT LEAST willing to admit uncertainty and consult the manual.I needed to notarize a copy of my college diploma (certified copy) as part of an international student application. The foreign institution I am applying to requires all foreign academic certifications to be notarized and then Apostille sealed by the state in order to be considered. Additionally, my medical certificates are required to be notarized and sealed by the state as part of the visa application to be submitted to the Consulate of the country where the higher education institution is located.Initially, the lady behind the counter refused my request and confidentially stated that notaries can not certify diplomas. Luckily, I had a previously certified academic qualification which I quickly showed her. Caught off guard and embarrassed, she quickly walked toward the back of the office to consult a colleague. Then, she plopped in front of a nearby desk and called the local courthouse which I could overhear her asking about Apostille certifications. She returned confused and stated that she is unable to notarize the documents because the application instructions I handed her state an Apostille seal is required. Shocked that a notary official is unaware that Apostille seals are only able to be granted on documents with local notary seals, I inform her by handing her yet another document... This time from pa.gov which of course explains that all documents must be notarized before receiving a seal.As far as my medical certificate... she suggested that I must contact my doctor and force him come into the notary... My doctor was not happy. I asked the woman if she could come to the doctors office. She said no, that’s not possible.Luckily, it is possible and there is a mobile notary in my town.I will not be using the notary services at AAA ever again. You can guarantee I’ll only call AAA when I’m in my car stuck in the side of the road.

Never again...incompetent employee could not do a simple title upload with all copies and forms accurately completed by another notary, who had issues with the states online system. I went to Notary Express in kittanning and got quick professional service.
They are absolutely horrible. Horrible manners, horrible attitude, and don’t give you the correct information on what you need. If I could give them no stars I would.

Terrible service. I called ahead of time to find out what I need to bring with me to transfer a title. Turns out I was given the wrong information over the phone. When I arrived...told I was missing some information. Wasted my time.
