I had a great experience buying a new car at Colonial Toyota. My old car was no longer viable because of age. Colonial had a great selection, and I went with the hybrid Corolla. I wanted a particular interior that caused a delay in Colonial obtaining the new vehicle. So, throughout the process, Tim Neal kept me abreast of developments, and the folks at Colonial ferried me to medical appointments since my old car was in shop. When the big day came, Colonial had already found a bank willing to finance my car below what I expected and needed. Tim cheerfully explained the ins and outs of the hybrid car to me and he followed up the next day with calls to make sure I had no problems operating the new car. I felt like I had the whole Colonial team working for me. When it comes time to buy a new car (a Toyota, of course), I’ll buy again from Colonial.

I was not sure about whether or not to trade in my Toyota Tacoma and buy my dream vehicle, a Toyota 4Runner.I spoke with a salesman while having a specific goal in mind on what I would be willing to pay in tota price, with a trade, and what monthly payment would be acceptable. He was able to exceed my goals on both.The salesman was very knowledgable as I asked questions on the vehicle and he was very patient as i went back and forth with him to find out exactly what i wanted as far as various purchase options like an extended warranty/paint and fabric protection.This is my second vehicle i have purchased at Colonial Toyota in Indiana.I purchased my Toyota Tacoma when I lived only ten miles away.I have since moved and now live forty-five miles away, but I will continue to take my vehicle to Colonial Toyota for service. They have excellent customer service and always taken very good care of my vehicle in a timely manner.I have never had any issues with the service provided.Colonial Toyota is worth the drive.

I bought my tacoma alittle over a year ago from Colonial. The buying experience was great . Im 61 years old and have bought numerous vehicles from dealers. This was one of the best and transactions ive had. As far as price and product, I had no reason to go anywhere else. The service department has take care of two recalls and the inspection flawlessly, without any hassles. I know that when my wife is ready for her next new vehicle we will go there first.

Took my car here on February 7 to get some recalls fixed on it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! My daughter and I stayed in the waiting room while it was being worked on because they said it should only be about an hour and a half. The waiting room was great with tons of plush seats, some reading material, complimentary coffee and bottled water, and my daughters favorite...a little kids nook filled with toys, books, building blocks, table & chairs, etc. They were finished in the time they said. Excellent service and I would recommend it to anyone!

I left the car at the service center with instructions to call me if the inspection costs were over $500. I was out of town for three days and never heard from them. When I returned, I expected the car to be inspected. It wasn’t!! They never called me. I have brought both my vehicles to Colonial Toyota for the past 10 years. Never again. They now have a new service manager and assistant. During the past 10 years I was always greeted by name with friendly chatter by the previous managers. The new managers have treated me like a number and appear to be indifferent. Sorry, you have lost my repair business and any chance of a new car deal in the future.

I had a very short wait. Very good explanation of whatever they had found. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

The service people are nice, but do your homework. I was told my brakes needed replaced on one of my vehicles because the pads were at a 2 on the front and 4 on the back. When other mechanics checked the brakes they were at 4 and 8....no change needed. The Toyota quote for rotors and pads was over $800.00. Monroes quote was a little over $500 for the same service.

The reason we are giving the review as Great is because Trista Robertson, the saleswoman went above and beyond in helping us make a decision as to buy a Toyota Corolla. She explained, in detail, the ins and outs of the Corolla we purchased. She was informative as to all of the features, especially the back-up-cam and the Bluetooth technology, she even helped me program my cell phone into the system!! Awesome!! She was knowledgeable about the many features and answered any questions we had, honestly. The financial guy, Preston, was very helpful also with all of our finance questions and made sure we knew everything before we signed. Bought a 2013 Dodge Charger on July 26, 2018. Before I ever left the lot with the car, found out the bluetooth system didnt work! To their credit, they have made arrangements to have it serviced at a Dodge dealership. However, today, 3 weeks and 1 day of ownership...and the car blows something and spews coolant everywhere and overheats! I call, it costs me $170 to have it towed to them...and then they tell me they have no loaner car for me. The best they can do is have an employee drive me and my wife (and all the shopping bags we have) home! Maybe theyll be able to get me a car tomorrow...or Monday! Which doesnt help me get to work!So far, my experience has been that the sales people tell you whatever they think will sell the vehicle....knowing they have no intentions or concerns about whether it is true or not. Worse, they have no concern for the problems you face when the vehicle they sell you breaks down!3 weeks....3 weeks of owning the car and nothing but problems! But...hey....they got their money....seems to be the way they do business. Ill be more than happy to edit this review if they actually step up.

My 90 year old mother had an inspection appointment for 12:30. She sat in their service waiting room until 3:30! Three hours for an inspection where nothing had to be fixed? Not to mention a 90 year old woman sitting there for 3 hours and no one stopped to ask her if she needed anything or why she had been sitting there so long! Inexcusable!

Would NEVER recommend this car dealership to my worst enemies! Didn’t have this feature when I leased my vehicle and glad it is here for me to share! Did a bait and switch on me several years ago and then told me I was juvenile and didn’t read the paperwork. When I went to lease they made a story up and said the printer wasnt working properly and to come back the next day. Came back and signed lease, but they changed the mileage back from 15,000 to 12,000 and I still paid the higher price. In my book, just a bunch of crooks. I have a large family and many friends, as do many, but when I let them all know, no business will come of shady ignorance

I purchased a 14 Honda Odyssey at Colonial Toyota, Indiana, PA in late May. Jeff was an excellent, no-pressure, informative salesman. The car has been a pleasure to drive. Next week is my first service visit, but so far, the staff (especially the Assistant Service Manager) have been very friendly and accommodating.

I had taken my 2007 Tacoma in for inspection at a local garage and was told that it did not pass due a whole in the frame. I took my truck to Colonial knowing there was a recall for the frame on this truck. Pictures were taken and sent to Toyota to see if it would qualify. I was called the very next day to say that it did qualify and to my surprise Colonial had made arrangements to provide me with a rental and at no cost to me. The replacement frame took essentially two months for it to arrive at Colonial. Colonial kept me informed as to the progress and I was able to pick it up on the day they had indicated it would be completed. I am completely satisfied with the work and how I was treated.

This is the second Toyota my family has purchased with Sue Cunningham. This time it was my turn to buy a new Rav4 to use in my job as a home health nurse. She understood what I was looking for and found me the vehicle very quickly. She certainly knows more about the cars that she sells then most! Was doing a little pre shopping for my son’s first car. We pulled up on the lot and were greeted by a a very friendly sales associate named Scott or Doug maybe...can’t remember the salespersons name but we told him we were just doing some looking for my son as he has his permit and will soon be in need of his first vehicle.
