Purchased a GMC Yukon XL last month. Very nice vehicle, that we werent necessarily looking for, but was new on the lot and after test driving it we couldnt pass up the fair deal they gave us on our trade in and the GMC. I had received a recall notice in the mail for my Mitsubishi Outlander. I called and the service lady was for one super friendly on the phone and worked getting me in around my crazy work schedule. On the day of my recall “inspection” I arrived at colonial and was greeted upon entering the building. As always the customer service department reviewed what service was to be preformed. I waiting for about an hour. When the service lady told me my car was done she said the service tech went ahead and completed the recall! All because they had all the parts in stock that was needing replaced. And since I do drive a long way she stated they didn’t want me having to make a second trip out! Honestly, yes it’s a 45 minutes drive to this dealership for me but it is 100% worth the drive! I am so thankful for all the service they have provided me over the last 3 years now. I would highly recommend Colonial to anyone!

Service department is top notch, great customer service explains everything service department does a great job. Sales department all need to be fired they are worthless I would rather walk before I bought another vehicle from there. After having my vehicle serviced the sales people ran out and accuse me of throwing a golf ball at the window. I don’t see how this company stays in business with the Sales department like that they are very rude and I won’t help you. I had such a fantastic car buying experience here yesterday. It was my first time here, but from point A to point Z everyone there was very nice and easy to work with. The Dealership was over the top good to us, and only the people at the Dealership.I would never have a problem taking any of my vehicles to Colonial Motor Mart. They professionally worked through a situation on my vehicle that was trying for all of us, but in the end things worked out. My wife and i have had this GMC for almost 2 years and its been in the garage 5 times for 5 different issues, totaling over 20 weeks a garage, so we are hoping we dont see a 6th issue in the near future, as im sure you can understand. But if there is an issue, we would take it back to Colonial.

Chris offered awesome customer service when we bought our van. They answered all of our questions, gave us the time we needed to talk it over, and then made the entire buying process a breeze! Recently, and by good fortune, I bought a 2003 MPV in mint condition (see photo) to replace my old one and I know that Colonial Motor Mart will once again provide the quality of service that Ive had in the past. My moms car died on Mother’s day weekend so my sister and brother took her around to 7 different car lots to try and find a car that would be in her price range. We needed to find something that would be reliable and that wouldn’t break down on her all the time like the 2k dollar cars she’s been buying. They had no luck finding anything. So my husband and I went up for Memorial Day weekend to help her look and to hopefully get a good deal on a car since it was on a holiday weekend.
