I dont shop here as much as I did previously. I find many of the styles do not appeal to me. They aim more to the younger crowd. On this visit I bought my guy a button down shirt and for myself a tee shirt. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. I found the items I purchased at a great price. I just find it difficult to find something I like.

I went there looking for a specific dress shirt. The employee there, Tammy, was a great help. Although they did not have exactly what I was looking for, she found a shirt that goes even better with my tie. I will shop here again.

I needed some sneakers and found s good pair on sale

Store is always very clean and has a wide variety of goods. Some clothes are good quality and look great but theyre a bit expensive. I like the Sephora located in the store as well.

Im not a big fan of JCPenny. Its just a regular department store with a variety of products from home and bath to mens womens and kids. Also a jr department. I believe they have a sephora which is about all they have going for them.

Botched my hair, I didn’t realize how truly bad it was until I got home and took a good look at the back of my head. It’s a total disaster.. Worst haircut of my life :(

Tried to exchange 2pairs of regular fit jeans for the same brand but different fit needed relaxed. They were an Xmas gift and didnt have receipt. Was told they can only exchange for different size thats it. Or for the pair of 42$ jeans I could take $7 instead. Absolutely Ridiculous!

The store is very nice and i worked with a very nice guy named Tanner. He was very nice and helpful. There is a wide selectiom of clothes for both men and women and have good deala for both. I will definitely be shopping there again!

I get my hair done at the JCPenney Salon. I have got my hair done with Lori Gunter for over 10 years. I have drove over a hour to get there from work. She is the best and the store has so many great experienced people.Cant go wrong

I was in a rush so I didnt really get to look around too much, but it is a very nice store. There is a lot in this location and it has a very friendly atmoshphere. I would shop here again, but I wish there was not as much stuff cramped into a small area

I always get great deals when I shop here. The line was only a couple people long, and they had 3 cashiers plus someone to run and help carry, get a forgotten item, etc. They were a little confused at how to ring my massive amount of items to best use the coupons, but they were friendly and we figured it out! There was a small issue when they asked to see my ID, which they have never done before, and I had forgotten it! They put the order on hold, and I came back the next day to get it. Very strange, and an extra trip, but I had forgotten my ID so not entirely their fault.

Got a haircut & highlights in the salon. Love it. Shopped a bit. Found capris I wanted but they only had one color. Staff helped me order. They were so friendly. A good experience.

I came here rarely even though I live less than a mile away. Ok when you need something in a pinch. Not a ton of selection for plus size/ curvy women. They do have $5 racerback workout tanks that I can sometimes find in plus sizes. My overall opinion? Im glad to have a JCP nearby as an option, but if they really want to get me in the store, spending my money, they need to carry more plus size selection and a larger quantity of it. When an employee asked me years ago why I disliked shopping in the store I said it was because they carried little in plus sizes. She told me I could shop online and have it shipped to the store (duh!). But that negates the whole point of shopping in store - being able to try clothes on and see styles in person before I purchase... :/

I shop here all the time, but my last visit which was about 20 minutes ago, was aggravating. My family who is from out of town came in and we went to JCPenney. They like to have fun and laugh and one of the older workers had followed us around and ended up calling security on my fiance. I had confronted the older woman and she had insisted I was mistaken and got very defensive and rude. An apology should have been made.

Its decent if youre in a pinch and dont have time to drive to a bigger mall. Everyone is very helpful and there never seem to be long lines. Prices are cheap.

They put in a new make up and fragrance section in since a store went out of the mall. Its nice.

This review concerns their online process. I ordered an item to be delivered to the store for pickup ( small charge). It was to arrive in four days. After eight days they cancel my order and never even notify me. The only reason I know I went in and tracked the shipment. Could their customer service be any worse. They are by far the worst online retailer I have used in the last year.

Very disappointed when I was in the store today, I was told they had NO more $10 off coupons. Then while I checked out, another woman came up and asked for a coupon and said her husband told them to save one for her earlier, and sure enough they pulled out a coupon for her. This was so unfair. If you werent there to begin with then you shouldnt get to hold something that apparently had a limit to how many were available. I think all the signs for this promo should come down if the store is out of coupons, dont advertise for something you dont have any left for. I spent over $200.00, very disappointed with this whole transaction. Indiana, Pa store needs help in the customer service department. Such a shame. Only reason they get a star is because the young man checking me out was very pleasant.
