The man working the photo center is a rock star. We needed some old photos for a wedding memorial that we had stored on our phone. The instant print wasnt online till 10 am. He put a rush on them and had them done in 5 minutes. Now that is quality customer care!

The workers have always been nice. They usually have what I need!

Shopping paradise. You name it, you have it here. Grocery, sports, toys, clothes, house hold stuff, bakery, fruits, dairy products- just everything. Ample parking space. Public transport available. Good pick up service. Friendly staff. Self service billing. Simple and wonderful.👍👍👍

I always do my grocery shopping here. I am in and out in a timely manner regardless of how busy they are. Today there were a lot of empty spots on shelves but people were out stocking shelves

Went the other day for some quick shopping for Labor day meal ingredients. After I checked out and went to leave I noticed every person leaving the store having their receipts and bags checked. So I had to wait in line for several minutes just for my cart to be searched. Seemed excessive and somewhat invasive. Not to mention an inconvenience.

Alot of produce is expired shelves were empty didnt have what i went for. Disgusted

Very low on everything. They keep changing things around. And the good stuff they quit selling.

Today I went to buy some things at this location, and as I was walking in I saw the man who checks receipts on the home and pharmacy side have an aggressive interaction with some women outside of the store. They were having a conversation and he stepped up to them aggressively as if to scare them, and while they were walking away he said “yeah keep walking sweetheart”. This behavior is unacceptable, these women should not be harassed by employees of your store for no reason.

Definitely easy in and out. Bought stuff for college that we forgot. They had everything we needed! 1 mile from IUP

I love the clearance racks. There always bargains in the whole store. I only wish there were more carts. Im 65 and I need to use a cart to ride to shop but never enough and I gotta wait a while for a cart. Maybe they should ask for handicap card to ride them. I think its a good idea. This is my only complaint. But walmart is great. I like it.

Overall this is a good store but at the moment you cant use cash at the self checkouts and it is not clear until you are there.You can use cash at the self checkouts now

I am not a frequent Walmart shopper these days but I took my daughter & her boyfriend to get food - they are college students. It seems to me as if shoplifting has become expected at this store. Disturbing, to say the least.

The auto center is the best around! Its like family there. They may not be the fastest in town but the customer service is like nowhere else!

My experience .has always been a great. One of my favorite place.

I’m pregnant and on bed rest so order my groceries from this store to be delivered, I pay extra for this service + a tip. Every single time I have ordered fresh fruit, they give me either fruit that’s already gone bad, or fruit that ends up getting rotten/moldy the next day. It’s disgusting. Don’t ordering groceries from here and cancelling my Walmart+ subscription.

The new thing about Walmart today was the start of phasing in a new option that is called Scan & Go. It is a very practical and time saver option. You pick a cart and get a scanning device. Once you get something off shelf, you scan it and bag it. So, you only pay on your way out and dont have to wait in a queue for a check out. I am looking forward to having this option completely implemented in all branches.

They loose a point for being Walmart. Way too many of them. And this one is nothing special either. They have everything and the employees are pleasant. The prices are reasonable and the lines are a quarter mile long because they only ever open 5 of the 2000 registers they have available.

If you want to print any photos, don’t go here. It’s horrible. I ordered a canvas for my friends moms birthday, and it took a few hours, and when I get there a worker said that they were out of canvases without even looking. There were packages on the desk and I have a strong feeling my canvas was one of those packages. He didn’t even try to look. All he said was that “they are out” repeatedly. Super rude staff. I also got a text saying my canvas was done.

Leaving this review after visiting on 10-3-21 at around 7:30 PM. There is a man who works at the Home and Pharmacy entrance that was harassing two young women as they were leaving. The man followed the two women outside. One of the women made it known that she was uncomfortable and then turned around to walk away. The man then said something along the lines of, “Yeah, keep walking, sweetheart.” His behavior was aggressive and unacceptable.

Website stated that patio dining set we wanted was available at this location so we traveled a farther distance to go to this location. They did not have any in stock and unable to provide any information on where to get it at another location or if they would be getting any more in stock. Associate acted as if we were asking her to do something difficult by helping us to see if they had any in the store. When I showed her that the website stated they had 3 in stock she stated that the website is for all of walmart and not specifically for that location.

Attempted to buy a laptop and they was out of stock. They were out of stock of every laptop I asked about. Staff acted as if i was a bother and thought it was funny they didnt have in stock anything I asked for. So humiliated and embarrassed to be a loyal customer of Walmart. Zero stars if I could

This happened March 13th 4:30 pm. WalMart AUTO CENTER Dont let them change oil. First they put 5w20 in my car that requires 5w30 or 10w30 (which I run in Florida). I saw it on the sticker, took it back, they apparently put the correct oil in, but now my drain plug appears glued in -see pic. Im afraid to take it out. It was was 4,000 Miles overdue ...

Plenty of self checkouts to use which is great because Im not a lazy boomer who doesnt understand that automation relocating low paying service jobs is good for the economy. Also very big which is great because me and my best friend jeebus do suicide sprints in the candle aisle instead of going to the track because it is cold. Sometimes they let me chug the expired eggnog if I bother them hard enough.Five stars.

Walmart is walmart, but lets face it you can get just about anything you need at walmart. From clothes to cars to fishing/hunting/camping to food. Ladies look for any make up brand bet they have it at a grwat price. Just dont be a people of walmart please we have enough of those. Have a great day.

I ordered some items online to be delivered; part of the items came- a case of 12 quart size canning jars and a light bulb with very little wrap paper on it. Needless to say the light bulb was smashed into tiny pieces. I am not very happy. I guess they need to train their people how to pack items for shipping.

I went in looking for specific things, and was able to find them. I had used the website beforehand to pin point what types of eco-friendly laundry detergent they had on-hand, so even though they didnt have my first choice, they had a decent option I was able to put my hands on immediately. When I asked for help loading my items into my car, though, I was told that there wasnt anyone like that. Or that maybe if I flagged down a person pushing carts theyd help me. That sounded pretty strange. And much less helpful than Im used to.

The employees will willingly offer to help find merchandise. The cashiers work hard and if you engage conversation with them, they are usually pleasant, however tired! In such unprecedented times it is comforting to know that one has a place to go to find the essentials! Though, I do not agree with Wal-Marts under paying and under staffing their stores, it is a light in a sometimes dark world!

I love walmart for the prices and thats about it. Some things were very well stocked while others you couldnt find any flavor or variety. The workers also need to realize what personal space means. I get they have to stock but waiting another 30 seconds for a person to move isnt too much to ask.

The owners of Walmart should have a better parking lot for customers.

Clean even the restrooms are super clean. Helpful friendly associates. Products are fresh and solves are well stocked. I really enjoy my shopping experience at this location🤗 Great job Walmart. Keep up the good experience for your shoppers.

Im not a fan of going to Walmart but the Indiana (White Township) Walmart is one of the better ones Ive been too. I like using the online pickup kiosk. Its quick and easy for anyone to use.

Good, did my first on line curbside pick up. It went very well. They were right on time and the girl who brought it to my car was so nice and friendly.

Not as well stocked as they used to be and savings are not what they were before. Barely saving on a lot of items.

Its alright. For being such a big store, they seem to have very little (not stocked). There are very few employees that have a great attitude.

Never again. Let me explain. I walk in with an item, which i need to exchange for another size. The lady at the counter, after talking for 10 minutes and finally getting around to me takes the item from me, scans it, and says they are only giving me 3 dollars. I respond, Im not returning it, just exchanging it for the right size. She tells me that I dont understand her. That they will charge me the difference in price between the 3 dollar credit AND the right sized item. They want me to pay again. Never again. Walmart has forgotten the main point. They offer a service, and when the service is no longer worth the aggravation and discouraged m discurteous service, it is time to vote with the only voice they care about. Your wallet. I wont go again.

I got a lb of LAnd o lakes yellow american cheese today and it was in pieces after the cashier packed the bag and your bags are so thin all of them were split and the handles broke on them when I carried them in to the house. Quit using cheap bags your prices are high enough that you can afford better bags or let people bring in their own bags

Nice clean store, must habe been freight day when I was there, whole lotta stocking going on. as most know this store has a bit of everything you may need.

This walmart isnt too bad. Most of the workers are nice and will ask if you need help. Everything is pretty much where you expdct it though.

The store has been reconfigured so that it is like a maze. It was very hard to find items. I asked an employee that was stocking shelves where I could find sheets. She had no idea!

My husband and I walked out tonight. After doing some shopping and traveling 30 minutes to get there after closing our own small business for the evening.. we were told that we would have to use self check out because that was the only register open. Meanwhile, there were 4 employees standing there. When I asked if I was going to get paid to do their job, I was rudly told again that I can use self check out. So, we had to leave our cart full of things we had gotten. We dont agree with these taking the jobs away from those who need it or promote laziness in those that continue to work for the business. I couldnt imagine telling one of my customers to come make their own food, because thats the basic equivalency. On top of this, my husband was told he needed to make his way out of the store 15 minutes prior to them closing by some very rude female employee while looking for me. Your employees need trained better in customer service.
