Living on the road in an adventure. We seek out great independently owned coffee shops.This is one of the best Ive been to.First, the coffee. Fresh roasted. End of story. Fresh coffee has a dimension that is not equalled. Our party had a iced drink, and an espresso. Each was carefully and meticulously crafted by the baristas. The crafting was not rushed. Perfect.The location is great in the downtown section of Indiana, nestled amongst other shops and restaurants. We parked on a side street, and had no problem parking with my trailer.Walking in takes you back to a time when higher society meant something. Decorated in a baroque style work bold colors, crystal, and deep color, you will be transported as you enjoy your coffee drinks. Relaxing music playing overhead, and plenty of semi-private seating will accommodate your needs.Various eats were available, though we didnt have any.A huge menu of specially drinks with clever names will tantalize you and compel you too come back often for something different.If we were not just passing through, this would be a regular stop of mine. Take my word... You will NOT be disappointed.

Great atmosphere. The staff are always friendly. But I would love if they could foucs on the quality of making the coffee. Some days it doesn’t tastes as great, it’s good though.

Incredible European style coffee place on Philadelphia street in INDIANA. Amazing and cozy ambience with European music in the background. You can sit for hours here to enjoy some world class coffee hete. The variety of coffee and the way it is served is really nice. Warm and welcoming staff. Overall stupendous experience 👍👍👍

Since my terrible middle school days, this cafe had been my go-to in Indiana. Its so cozy and charming, perfect for those awkward first dates that you never speak to again. I highly recommend the lavender hot chocolate! Heaven on earth.

Very cute shop with a ton of options. They were very busy and only had 1 worker trying to prepare bagels drinks and cash people out. It took me 20 plus minutes to get and iced latte cute to being under staffed. I added a bunch of pictures cozy place to enjoy a latte and get work completed. The latte was good!

I absolutely love the atmosphere but that’s about all. From walk in to walk out it took 25 mins. My fiancé tea tasted like cold dirt and my latte was underwhelming . I will say their deserts looked amazing!

Coffee quality has diminished over the last several years. The beans are over-roasted, and the syrups have a strange alcohol (?!?) taste. Still the best coffee in Indiana, but not as great as they used to be.

A beacon of light in the midst of the hills. They roast their own beans and serve them with a smile. Every time. I travel to Indiana from Cleveland to visit family and we never miss the chance to stop at Amadeus.

Conveniently located in downtown. Friendly service, lots of options, and aroma of cafe was wonderful. Loved the seating sections throughout the cafe. A comfortable chair section looking out onto Philadelphia Street, seating available if you need to work on a computer and a section to play a board game with friends.

Great European atmosphere with the best espresso drinks and specialty hot chocolates. Pastries are wonderful, too. A favorite destination to reunite with old friends at the holidays. Nothing else like this cafe in the area. Enjoy!

Very cute place to go. Good coffee

The atmosphere was so nice and different from the outside, Ive never been to France but its what I imagine a good Cafe is like. Theres a lot of character in this place, it shows they went above and beyond to decorate. The coffee choices are vast and delicious however, the deserts are limited but still yummy. My favorite is when all these elements come together and mix to provide a great experience. I recommend sitting down and enjoying your coffee. Id become a regular if I lived nearby.

Wonderful, friendly staff. The food was excellent as well. My cappuccino was delicious, as was my girlfriends latte, and they were served in the true European standard. Very authentic, relaxed, cozy environment. Then also have the best selection of single-origin coffee that Ive seen in the region.

Unique coffee shop. Very classy. Best coffee anywhere. I get fresh roasted coffee beans. They will grind the beans to your preference if you choose. They have fantastic pastries, paninis. The latte art is impressive!!

Friendly staff and a great atmosphere, I tend to wait longer than I expect here but that is too big a deal for me. Im a coffee drinker, so this review can only really coffee the coffee blends, and they arent my favorite. It tends to be hit or miss for me, some blends arent as good as others but their good blends are very enjoyable.

Basic coffeeshop with a large board of beverages. I only drink black coffee, and it is good. Appropriately eclectic interior design/atmosphere. I like the sidewalk seating where I can watch the world go by.

One of the coolest coffee stops in Indiana. Really delicious coffee, great variety of tea. Also offer smoothies and tasty pastries and sweets. My favorite is the oatmeal with steamed almond milk and a flavor shot of Amaretto!

The cafe had a very relaxing ambiance from the light background music to the interesting and very comfortable lounge. They even had a chess board to help pass the time add you enjoy your drinks.

Excellent coffee shop.

Its honestly my favorite cafe Ive ever been in. Pity I live 6 hours away and will only be able to go when I visit family. I will be going every time I visit however. I got the black and gold coffee, my bother got the chai, and we shared a rum ball. All was delicious. I liked the atmosphere, I was impressed by other teas on the menu and the girl behind the counter seemed eager to answer questions. I love it, makes me wish I lived closer to Indiana PA.

As someone who doesnt typically enjoy coffee, I also feel welcome coming here. The staff is very friendly and the selection is large enough to please a variety of people. The atmosphere is comfortable for groups of friends coming to relax, to individuals looking to read, study, or just get away.

Delicious coffee and even more delicious pastries!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is excellent for getting work done or meeting up with others for conversation. Wide selection of beverages to choose from and each have their own uniqueness to them. I absolutely recommend giving Caffè Amadeus a try.

Dont miss this place when you visit Indiana, PA. At Cafe Amadeus, you will find absolutely delicious coffee and tea, and fantastic baked items made with great skill and the best ingredients. The Szep family has given our small town a fantastic gift in Caffe Amadeus.

This is by far my wifes and my favorite coffee shop in town. Whenever we go out of town and have coffee were disappointed because Amadeus is so much better. Their paninis are always unique and tasty. Second to their coffee are all their homemade pastries and cakes. I have yet to find one I didnt like. The baristas are always friendly and accommodating, and you can regularly see the owners around the cafe or roasting fresh beans. The decor is very unique for me, but I can say I like it just fine. The only complaint I have is that they arent open in the evenings. So give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Theres always a vegetarian option, too!As for the two start review stating that the woman was yelled at for having her dog in the Caffé, I just dont believe that any of the people working there would do that. Not only am I there so regularly that Ive become friends with most of the baristas, its a dog-friendly establishment. Your dog CAN go in and sit down with you. Either it was a new employee at the time who didnt know the rules and probably isnt still there, or maybe it wasnt an employee at all. Im not suggesting it didnt happen, just that if it did, it was absolutely not one of the regular staff. I bring my large, well behaved dogs on a regular basis. Some of the employees bring their own dogs (when theyre off the clock.) The owners dog comes in often as well, shes friends with my dog Toby because theyve met there so often.
