First, the store was clean and not cluttered. I dislike going into some Family Dollar and Dollar General stores because you can barely walk around.Although I didnt spend a lot of time in the store, they appeared to have a nice variety and selection of goods. I particularly like their jewelry section. They have hypoallergenic jewelry for $4 and $5 dollars.The customer associates were very friendly.

Pretty much like all the big lots.

We called ahead to make sure they had an item we looked for at other Big lots and asked if any other big lots had that item and they said no. So we called ourself. They had 3 of what we wanted they put it back for us with our name on it. And picked it up that night. The ladies helped us put it in the truck even talked to us for a little bit. Thank you Indiana Big Lots! Much appreciated!

Normally, I enjoy shopping at your store. But today has changed my opinion completely. I asked if they had the heat on. They said the AC was broke, and had been for a while. I wont be going back in till its fixed. I have COPD and could barely breathe even with my oxygen.

They recently remodeled and its so nice in there now! Ive always enjoyed shopping here, great stuff at good prices, but it always felt a little more like the discount store that it is. It feels a lot more polished now.

The store looks great after theyve remodeled! Only thing Id say is a con is they still need to check expiration dates. We saw several food and drink items that were past their expiration

I cannot speak highly enough of the super nice ladies back in the furniture department. They are really patient, kind, and funny. Theyre really good at what they do and my entire review for this location is based 100% on the fantastic service I got from them when buying ALOT of furniture on short notice when I had an unexpected move. If youre on a budget and need some bigger pieces in the Indiana area, this should be a really good option for you.

The store is undergoing a remodel and so far it looks amazing. The staff are always kind and seem like there in a good mood always nice to stop by and look around.

Great place for treasure hunting though prices arent as good as they used to be. Seem to be developing their own lines of furniture (good prices) and seasonal decorative items ( a little$$$- better prices at Marshalls and TJX. Some food items are costlier than the supermarkets.

Love the new upgrade. Prices are still a little high especially since there is a Dollar General directly next door.
