Checked back with store after picking up part of the order the previous evening as only half the order was given. Not sure if I should be upset with this store or the website for not knowing what is actually stocked in the store.

Will never go again. Needed a plug for my mower. She wanted to know what year. Its a push mower! Then got mad at me. Its her job! Get one you can do. You dont know this one. Im done! An will let as many people as I know. Not to go there!

Great customer service. I had placed an order online and chose free same day delivery, thinking it would come from the Greenfield store and be delivered to my workplace before I got off work. The employees were very helpful in answering my questions and even calling to inform me when the order was picked up. Super helpful staff.

Well stocked, very busy, my wait was 1/2 hour until a female staff member came out to help the one staff member in front.

Service was great they had to close due to a water leak and I was broke down and they let me come in and buy a part.

I ordered a lift from them over a year ago. It never came and they charged it to my commercial account. Then they sent me to collections for not paying for it. When I go there to speak to management they give smart comments. Now theyre trying to day the order cant be reversed because its been so long. They are trying to force me to pay for something I never received.

Terrible store. Employee by the name of Josh likes to challenge customers to physical fights. Store manager Jamie (pronounced Hymie) is one of the worst managers Ive ever seen.

They didnt have the wiper blades I wanted but they gave me a similar option and even helped put them on
