Well stocked the people are so friendly am always able to come here and find my favorite champagne toast. Never really crowded in the morning which makes shopping so easy.

The associates are always ready to help with finding exactly what I need, helping to group the perfect items or scents, and even reaching what I need on a high shelf. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. Asked for a specific item, she showed me and gave me a quick plug of the sale for that item. Check out was fast and professional. Then was given two farewells while leaving.Customer service is excellent and not over bearing. Ill be back to this location!!

Customer service is a problem at this location. Big candle sale that we wait for all year (and I also shop throughout the year). The store had an unfortunate mishap with someone driving through the glass window. I was told to come back again and the candle price would be honored. I went back a few days later as work is busy in December. They would not honor the price even though I explained my situation. I had planned to buy 20 candles. Instead I bought 2, just because that is so uncool. Do the math guys. Who lost here? Oh and I use them at work and clients ask me what the candle is, almost daily. I’ll be changing stores.

This place has great customer service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I just wish when they have their sales everything doesnt run out so fast! But I know that isnt their fault. Love coming here.

Smells amazing inside and I love how they get all festive for the holidays! Very nice that there is a sink for you to try the soap or wash off the smell of perfume. My Faves are: Sea Cotton Island, Japanese Cherry Blossom, lovely dreamer, and moonlight path.

Obviously if you wanna smell good, you come to this place. Everything from lotions, sprays, soaps and different stress relievers. They also have hand sanitizers for my adults... I go to get the mens soap during the Semi Annual Sale. They also connected to White Barn (which sells candles and other smell goods). Good smells all around!

The staff here are fantastic. They will help you pick a sent and are very patient when you are undecided. You can pick multiple shower gels, lotions and creams and get buy 2 get 1 free, or buy 3 get 2 free!

The candles and creams smell so good, is great to go there when they have sales.

So many great scent options and cab always find a deal AND a coupon. The employees are helpful and are always trying to get me a basket. I choose no basket so i dont buy the whole store!

Got their early enough to get one of my fav s and come to find out apparently someone who work their bought out all of the favorite aromatherapy lotion I liked. By this being bath and body works I was expecting they would have more then enough in stock since it was a sell day and the coupon stated 15 itsms per transaction. Any who I got what I needed. Maybe should stick to the mall bath and body works.
