Completely incompetent. Told an hour, cane back in an hour and half, then told another hour, another hour and a half. Are they getting high on their own supply?

Not much to say. Like this my first time coming into this store and I never felt so uncomfortable. I just wanted to reload my card and all I got was no greeting, money snatched out my hand and a poor good bye. And Manager was standing there the whole time. I’m sorry but there is better Walgreens out there. I don’t know who made you angry sir but I did nothing to you and taking it out on customers and rushing them is not the way. I will Never be coming back to this store. To the manager standing in the back with a mug on his face who was working at 7:50pm on Aug 9th. Do Better!

By far the worst pharmacy ever. They never answer their phones. Their pharmacy hours are never what’s posted. My prescriptions online state they’re ready for pick up… I drive ALL the way there, wait in line, and guess what? My Rx’s have already been put away. They say they’ll have them ready the next day. I call repeatedly for 15 minutes at 10am and no one picks up and the line disconnects. I HAVE TO get my Rx’s here due to insurance. It’s the only reason I keep going.All of their pharmacy staff is clueless.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacist / techs working today were absolute jokes. Scheduled a rapid release test online, I show up and they try giving me a PCR test. I ask them what that means and they say itll take 72 hours for results. I tell them that I scheduled a rapid release test, because I needed same day results and they tell me with a rude tone we dont offer those here and we never have I ask the tech at the window if there is any information they can give me regarding how to get an appointment at another location the same day and they tell me they have no idea. Not helpful and blatantly rude.I end up calling Walgreens customer service to wait on the phone and the agent ends up hanging up on me, because he cant give me any relevant information on how to get a same day appointment at any location. One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had in my life...

Was in and out. Store was very well stocked. Employees could be a tad bit happier. Lol. But all in all, a pretty good experience when it comes to drug stores.

Store is close to where I live so it is convenient. usually well stocked and friendly employees. there is one problem though they always seem to mess up the prescriptions.

Made an appointment for flu shot. 45 min later and still waiting here. What’s the point of making an appointment!? No idea what they are doing!

I would have to agree with the below review this store is very bias. One day I was waiting in line for awhile, understandable. An older white lady intercepted a cashier who had stepped in to help while she was ringing up customers. She told her it would be just a moment. Finally it was my turn the older white Lady again proceeded to intercept the cashier helping me. The cashier, an older white lady herself left the counter and walked to where I don’t know. The manager came up and said where’s Evelyn when clearly there was a line. No apology. I proceeded to check out I always put in my parents number so they can get the points. My mother has passed. She called me my mother’s name. I told the cashier she passed which she proceeded to tell me sarcastically “oh my moms dead too” as if it were a contest. And also proceeded to call me her name. It’s not ok. This type of behavior is not ok. And not just a little talking to. I shop here frequently and should not be treated this way.

I am very impressed with the pharmacy staff here. Our insurance had us jumping through hoops and the other pharmacy we were using at the time did not help. We came to Walgreens and were met with kindness and understanding. The pharmacist called insurance and sorted out the prescription quickly and effectively. Every time I stop in, they are great. Keep up the good work!

Very bias store! Very unhappy with how I was treated. I recently visited this wallgreens trying to find Hand sanitizer. I got up super early to be at the store before anyone else. Upon opening I proceed to go and ask where the Hand Sanitizer was located and was direct to them, but they only have the small bottles and I was looking for the bigger bottle. So I proceed to ask to ask one of the associates (older white lady) do they have any of the bigger containers she’s in proceeds to tell me no. No fast forward 3 or 4 minutes later the same associate was asked the same question by a older Caucasian man and she says hold on I’ll check. Now somehow “magically” one appears for him and it’s there last one....I just asked for that bottle but she said no to me but you go in the back and find one that quickly. Smh so sad! People are terrible...being bias gets you no where in life. Never shopping at Walgreens again

Any time I accidentally get a prescription sent here instead of my usual Walmart pharmacy, it’s WAY overpriced, and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get it canceled.

Every time I have my doctor call in a prescription, the pharmacist puts a hold on it and says it requires more information. This can go on for weeks with this location claiming they have been attempting to contact my doctor with no response. When I contact my doctor directly, he confirms he has never received a request. I NEVER had these problems with CVS and, if my insurance allowed it, I would still go there over Walgreens any day of the week. Waste of my time and a waste of my Doctors time.

This photo app, which I’ve used many times before will NOT give me the option to pick up!!! I’ve tried 4 times now, and keeps asking for my address to “ship”. I want to pick up! Maddening! Will be going to CVS for photos from now one 😡

The pharmacist I had today was wonderful!! I was picking up subscriptions for strep throat. She encouraged i get probiotics with it because side effects sometimes cause loose stool! Then told her about how I’m getting married next week and she said my birth control would be out of wack so I should get condoms too!! Most people honestly don’t converse and just tell you the basics. She cared for me and I could really tell she likes and is good at her job!! Love that this will be my new pharmacy!!

RIDICULOUS... Told me 25 mins and prescription will be ready.. 40 mins now. Just asked about it. And... Guy says it hasnt even been printed out yet nice... Thanks for taking your time while Im in pain...

Fast service.

The pharmacy always has my medications in stock - including one in particular that CVS failed to have available 90% of the time. Unfortunately, the service in the pharmacy and the rest of the store is often just as slow.

Pharmacy was nice and helpful

Always mess up our prescriptions. Cant keep our insurance on file from one prescription to the next. Say a script will be ready by a certain time and its never ready. Has lost prescription that was turned in and I had to call dr to call it in. Sad sad irresponsible.
