I would give this place zero stars if I could. First of all I brought my daughter here who I was getting her hair done for her bday that was coming up in 3 days!I scheduled to have her hair silk pressed and flat ironed which all ended up being $60 because I paid $10 extra to have her ENDS clipped she told me 45 mins so I ran across the street to the laundry mat came back and she was finishing up.When I came my daughters hair was full of tight curls and she had cut my daughters hair wayy to short!My daughters hair is to her neck my daughters hair was down her back.Indeed her ends may have been a little damaged but I paid for a TRIM NOT “A BIG CHOP”!Both me and my daughter was not satisfied she told us she looked like a old woman as that was the style that was giving to her!A 10 yr old!My daughter went to Illinois the next day for the summer & i winded up sending more money for someone else to do her hair right!I’m getting called by family out there asking why her hair was cut so short..My mother who had my daughter with her at the shop while my mom got her hair done (In Illinois) By our cousin a licensed beautician & shop owner told my mother her hair was flat ironed nice(WHICH WAS NOT THIS WOMANS WORK) & how whoever cut her hair did not cut her hair evenly her whole head was cut differently all over!(WHICH I HAD ALREADY KNEW)Anybody that knew &/OR seen my child knew my daughter’s hair was soo long!Her hair was not damaged to where she needed a whole hair cut & i did my research with this shop & I still don’t understand how I asked for something I saw exactly in one of their pictures so I knew it could be done & got the total opposite of everything I asked for!Not only did you sit there and put grandma curls all over her head when I asked for a flat iron but you cut her hair unnecessarily short & uneven!Her hair will grow back but it is the principle Her experience was terrible she did not like her hair & asked I didn’t bring her back!
