Tiny pro shop in comparison to other Royal Pin centers. Would of bought a ball, bag, and shoes. However I didnt because the employee was too busy checking his phone to really be of any assistance. I suggest if you go to this location and would like to purchase something get there early because they are counting the minutes till they close. When I was there they were still open for an another hour.

Really great experience with buying our first bowling balls - myself zombie ball and my daughter a butterfly ball. Russel and family have been great. We have since upgraded and continue to enjoy family bowling weekly. Highly recommended for expertise and cost wise its same or better than ordering online with added full customer service and just helping us get better at our games. And I own the one off Colts and Pacers custom bowling shoes - which is really unique and purchased at great price from the pro shop.

Will definitely be doing business elsewhere.

I put 3 stars to be impartial. I am Rons son, other wise known as Russell and am responding to a report on here. What is unfortunate about these type of rating systems is that people like to post out of anger before knowing what has happened. You see, we have people who help on on the weekends. So if you come in and its NOT Ron, that does not mean its Rons son who is helping you. The staff who took in the ball of this customer truthfully did not take down proper information so it was not possible to contact them. Now when the customer who bowls on Sunday during the summer complains about us not be open, our hours are clearly posted that we are not open. Once the customer FINALLY contacted us during open hours and explained to me the issue, I apologized and I had her ball ordered and replaced the very next day and she was very happy. She was very nice and polite. It was unfortunate her experience started off rough but she was pleased when we were done.

Got two bowling balls from here and some bags to go with. Balls fitted perfectly and they were very helpful to make sure that we had the ball that was best for our bowling style. Will defiantly use their services again.

My daughter bowls in the GAP league and we purchased her ball there and 2 weeks later it had 3 cracks in it. Took it up.there and gave it Ronso son and was advised I would be called back in 48 hours...we never got a call and we havent gotten our ball back yet. Its been about a month now... each time we call or go up there they are closed... when though the hours listed say they should be open... worst pro shop experience ever so far.

Terrible service. This pro-shop may or may-not be open. I guess it just depends on their mood. Despite the posted hours and what staff may tell you, dont expect this place to be open. I was specifically told they would be open and made a 30 drive to get a ball drilled. Bowling alley staff told me that the one pro shop employee wasnt feeling great and decided not to come in. What a joke
