This is a great place to do a craft for kids and adults. When I went we did glass. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. One we were done they take it creations and shape then and call is when theyre ready.It was a great way to spend a couple hours and an anniversary present my wife really enjoyed.

I’ve been here several times and always look forward to going back. They have so many options for things you can create! Aside from painting prefired pottery you can also create with glass, wood, candles, and more. They also have classes, parties, and to-go kits which were even more awesome during quarantine. You can even bring in your own food and drinks (adult beverages included).

This place was phenomenal!! The owner and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They made a welcoming and cheerful environment. They also provided great instructions and help, whenever needed. The kids had a great time painting pottery and making glass ornaments. All of the staff wore masks and were respectful of customers in the facility, and of respecting distancing restrictions. They also had to-go pottery which was very appreciated! Incredible experience, particularly as a safe weekend activity during COVID-19, and they provided wonderful customer care!!!

Lots of choices! Plenty of fun crafty activities for families, parties, young kids, and groups. We had a family date night there. Cant wait to see the finished projects once out of the kiln! They also have other things that you could make and take home same day if you wanted.

I LOVE this place. I have been twice now. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They make everything so easy and so much fun. The last time I visited my friend and I painted mugs and even though my turned out looking like a child did it it was a good time. This time I asked my two bffs to be in my wedding and the signs we made turned out SO good. I even got a congratulations candle as a gift for my engagement. 10/10 reccomend.

The owner and employee there were really helpful! And there was no one there, so we were able to take our time.

This little place is Awesome! There is definitely something for everyone to do. The staff are very friendly, helpful, kind and extremely patient. I didnt finish my project so I had the option to take it home or come back the next day to finish it. We are from out of town and with a little extra charge our projects were shipped to us in a timely manner. They arrived today and nothing was broken! Thank you Pottery By You for a Wonderful family experience. My boys and I had so much fun.

Love this place!! Although Pottery is in its name, Pottery by You is much more. You can paint pottery, decal items, and fuse glass. I did the fused glass. Instructors were knowledgable and friendly. Materials were readily available. I designed my piece, cut the glass, glued it on. Then the staff fired the glass into the shape I desired. Two weeks later, I picked it up. Loved it so much, I am bringing my two sisters there soon.

This place is amazing!!! The owner truly cares about his customers and will go out of his way to help a customer!! We are from Toledo Ohio and there was a mixup with our items and we couldnt pick our items up on our way through Indianapolis and the owner went above and beyond to get us our items! We will for sure recommend this place to our family and friends!

Had a wonderful time with my Little Sister from BBBS ! We made candles and did the awesome marble pour canvases as part of a great deal they had. I reccomend checking them out for all sorts of things!

Pottery By You is a fantastic way to spend a couple hours being creative! Paint some pottery, fuse some glass, make a wood sign, and even pour a customized candle! I made a candle a few weeks ago that smells amazing and has lasted forever! Worth the trip. Staff are friendly and helpful, and ready to jump in when you need help or guidance on your masterpiece. I will be back for more fun!

We chose Pottery by You for my daughters 11th birthday party. Wonderful selection of pottery to choose from. The kids had a blast and our party host was very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. :)

Great experience with candle making. After telling the owner about a bad experience at a different place here in Indianapolis, i was offered a opportunity to make one with him. The candle turned out great, it burns evenly and smells great. Great staff, and lots to do, plan to come back soon. Thanks guys

Pottery by You now has Fabulous Flame. You can make your own 100% soy candle. They smell awesome and are fun to make. You can pour a candle in a regular shaped jar, octagon shaped jar or teddy bear. You can even paint your own pottery and once its fired you can pour a candle in it . Pottery by You has always been fabulous now they add flames!!!

We had our daughters birthday there and we a wonderful time. Our host was beyondng great. We cant wait to go back.

My boyfriend and I went and painted some stoneware mugs, and it was great! The staff were very helpful, but left us to ourselves unless we needed them and that was nice. We were told it would take a week for the pieces to be ready, but a week later we didnt get a call. So I called and asked about our stoneware and was told it takes a week longer than normal pottery. The staff was so helpful and offered to ship the pottery to us when it was done because we would no longer be in town. The pieces arrived to my house unbroken and packaged beautifully! It was a really wonderful experience overall and we will definitely be going back!

Awesome place! Always fun to be had and something new to do. The owners are seriously the sweetest couple ever. I went in after over a year of not going (had a new baby) and they still recognized me. Very family friendly place they are always so good with my older kids. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place to create some fun. Every time I walk in I’m welcomed, it’s a delightful place to be along with making memories with friends. The price is well worth it and the memories will last forever. Also there are loads of things to do, from wood painting all the way to making glass bowls. The creativity doesn’t stop!

I took my Granddaughter for a birthday party. They had a nice choice of items to paint. She really enjoyed herself. Looks like we will be back to do some more painting.

So much fun! Both of my children have participated in a glass making class and loved having a unique item to bring home and display. Weve had a lot of fun painting pottery together. They really want to make sure you have a great time when youre there.

Took my daughter for her 6th birthday and she had a blast. Its a cute little studio in the corner of the plaza, but a decent size inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were quick to get us seated and explained the process in detail. They have a variety of things to choose from and a variety of colors. Firing takes a week, but ours were back in just a few days and they look amazing. Price wise, a good selection was under $20 and you have to pay whatever it cost plus firing/studio fee. I spent about $50 total for my daughter and I.

Great place for painting

Very nice place. You do pottery, wire things and wood signs and such. There is coffie shop and sports bar just doors down. You can bring food and adult drinks. Great to bring kids and crafty types. They do parties/room. The place is confortable and the staff nice. Be ready to spend an hour or more here.

Liked it what I saw. Next time have more time to stay and enjoy the crafts. Very friendly atmosphere.

You feel a very positive vibe from the second you walk in the door. Someone greets you as soon as you walk in and is there anytime you have a question. They are also great with children.

We’ve been painting Christmas ornaments for over 10 years and this is the best place we’ve found. The store and employees are great, and the prices are very reasonable!

One of the employees was very unprofessional when I visited there. I kept asking for a specific brush they available to anyone but the employee would not stop pushing me to a fan brush after I had already said I dont like that kind of brush. He still pushed me even after I used it and the bristles shed on my pottery! They also have very, very cheap, kids brushes!I will say I was offended, after being in ceramics and 3D art classes, I think I know how to paint, excuse me... GLAZE, a fireable figure with a low fire glaze. But if youre looking for a places to paint with your kiddos, it works, its just costly.(November 2018)
