I have found my new favorite ice-cream place! Simply AMAZING! Plenty great vegan flavors which are so hard to find. Friendly staff and good seating area outside. Great place to bring your family and friends! I got cherry and chocolate flavor, I personally didnt like cherry flavor, it was very thick whereas chocolate was HEAVEN!

We had a good time at Brics! They get pretty busy on weekends but the line moves fast. I didn’t love that my mint chocolate chip shake was filled with sprinkles rather than chocolate chips or chocolate chunks. If I’d know it was sprinkles I’d have gotten something else. Oh well!! Still yummy! All of my friends enjoyed their ice creams and we had a great time!

We visited Brics on a Sunday at 6pm, pretty small line. We ordered French Silk, Coconut Almond Fudge and Banana flavor scoops. The flavors were light and delicious, banana was a showstopper! The ice-cream didn’t leave a heavy feeling but actually was fresh and so airy delicious! The ambience around Brics was beautiful, perfect vintage feel along with Monon trail walk and biking pathway. We walked around and enjoyed the area! We found street parking, although cannot comment on weekday parking,

Just not that great of ice cream. Flavors are very neutral and could almost pass as 12 other flavors. Food coloring is over used. You can get better ice cream elsewhere. Cute atmosphere on the moon but the ice cream should be most important.

My husband and I worked with BRICS to provide their catering services at our wedding reception on 08.14.21. Our original date had to be pushed back due to COVID and the team at BRICS was extremely accommodating and helpful. On the day of they were on time and provide friendly service to our guests. We heard nothing but extremely positive feedback from guests. Weeks later, we are still hearing how awesome the ice cream station at our reception was. We highly recommend!!

This was a very expensive ice cream place. A milkshake was 7 dollars and it wasnt even that good. So if you dont like really sweet stuff the you dont want to get this place. But it was fast service so its a 2 for me .

A lot of ice cream options available here with many different toppings. Plenty of seating space.

Didn’t hire me Bc I was pregnant. Regardless of attending orientation and proceeded to ignore my texts and calls. Other employees would have their tips stolen on a regular basis. Plenty of other ice cream shops

We always love Brics they have very tasty ice cream with good selection of flavors. Its right on the monon so thats cool too. When we went last it was pretty hot outside but they had a server going around giving us all ice water. So considerate!

Some of the best vegan ice cream in Indianapolis. They have several vegan flavors to choose from regularly. I don’t live in the area, but I try to find excuses to swing by and see what new flavors they have on the menu. Yum.

Stopped here today after seeing their flavors online. Walked in the door & was immediately told they were not taking walk-in service....Only at the window. We wanted to see the different flavors. Went out the window to order the flavor I was interested in online but they werent currently serving that flavor. The flavors advertised on the website are not current. Dont waste your time.

People rave about the ice cream here but I dont find it exceptional. Service is excellent. Parking can be a challenge.

Im still looking for a comparable ice cream to Whiteys Ice Cream of East Moline, IL. Brics missed the mark. Chocolate Malt was rich tasting with some crystal sugary granules like substance. Not creamy like I had hoped. Oh well my journey continues

The ice creams are exquisite but you should pay attention to the external facilities for how much they are dilapidated and somewhat disorganized. It had rained and the chairs and tables were wet and there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the delicious ice cream.

I wasn’t super impressed with Brics’s ice cream. The texture was great, but the flavors tasted fake and sharp. Even the vanilla just wasn’t that great. Definitely not bad, but certainly not note worthy.My husband and child both liked the ice cream, but noted that it wasn’t much better than average priced, main stream brand, store bought ice cream.I would also make much larger signs for flavor and sizing choices. When you’ve been standing in a line for fifteen minutes and then have 30 seconds to pick 2+ flavors and sizes from 20 different options for three different people, especially when you’ve never been there before, and there is a big line behind you, is especially stress inducing. 😅The outside atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It’s also fun that it’s literally right next to the mom on trail so you can people watch as everyone and their dog rides their bikes, jogs, walks, etc.

Really good ice cream! Lots of flavor options and can add toppings too. Have a full side area of vegan ice cream. Close to the trail so can grab a cone or cup and take a stroll. On the more expensive end as far as ice cream goes, but probably to be expected for the area/small business aspect.

They’re only serving through their window at this time but the ice cream is amazing. Also a very nice employee came out and handed us a water while we waited.

BRICS (Broad Ripple Ice Cream Station) is located right off the Monon Trail in Broad Ripple...as the name suggests. Its busy, even during non-peak hours...they go by a ticketed numbering system for service, which is smart. Friendly staff that serves up creamy, delicious, and generous portions of ice cream. Judging by the label I saw on the side of an ice cream box, I believe the ice cream comes from United Dairy Farmers (UDF) based out of Cincinnati.I ordered the Tour de Brics...a sample of four different ice creams of your choice. I thought this would be smaller than what I turned out to be...they served up two scoops per flavor! All of that for only $7...it could have comfortably served three people.The chocolate was, well, chocolate. The Locomocha Chunk was coffee ice cream with chocolate chunk...the coffee taste was a bit odd to me, more reminiscent of soy sauce to be honest. The cookies and cream was as it should be. The peach ice cream tasted like real peach (not artificial) and had huge chunks of peaches.Great spot to bring the family to if youre in the area. One of the better spots for ice cream Ive found in the Indy area.

Well, you get free water, which is great on a hot day! But the shake/malt is really, really bad. We tried 3 different flavors - mint chocolate chip and chocolate were disgusting, black berry was ok. Costco and even McDonald’s is much better, so that should tell you a lot. Not worth it at all. Maybe their ice cream is good, but otherwise this was disgusting

If you’re coming there to try any of the vegan flavors, don’t bother. The flavors are just there for advertising.

First time being here, got the Broadripple Blackberry! Not sure what I was expecting but it was delicious and I definitely want more! Could’ve had a littlleee more blackberry but the best ice cream / shake I’ve had, hands down.

I really dont know how to rate Brics other than to give a very slight benefit of the doubt because of the crowd. This was my first trip to Brics, not sure if I will try again as I went for a Milk Shake, waited in line and was told sorry we are not serving Milk Shakes right now, our machine is broken. REALLY??!! Try putting up a few signs so people dont wait in line maybe? Or better yet the Owner or Manager could have went to a restaurant supply store and bought a few. I havent been to an Ice Cream shop of any true significance that didnt have more than one. One... One and its broken, for a second I had to check the sign again to make sure I wasnt McDonalds. 👎

What can I say about this ice cream place some of the best hand-packed ice cream Ive had and Ive traveled to Northwest Indiana and as far as Mississippi and whenever I get a chance to stop I look for ice cream the staff is super friendly they pay attention to their clientele they know when they see me coming I want to plain cake home no ice cream for my 2-year-old daughter and before I can even order they greet me with a smile and say I have your cake home for your daughter what would you like today

What could be more delightful than taking a walk on the Monon and stopping for some delicious ice cream? A definite pull of BRICS is the location, but they make great ice cream, too, with a lot of fun variety. I am not a vegan connoisseur, but I enjoyed the vegan chocolate!

Excellent little ice cream shop located off of the Monon Trail. Ice cream clearly has a very low over-run, resulting in a dense, almost gummy product that has a far superior mouthfeel. Large variety of flavors available, from the familiar to the somewhat exotic. Friendly, helpful service that is generous with the recommendations and the samples.

Stopped in for an ice cream. The Caramel 3x is awesome. Large scoop was plenty creamy and delish.

Delicious!!! Ive walked by many times, but this was the first time I tried it (my niece insisted on an ice cream outing). They have so many interesting flavors! I had a scoop of Bananas Foster (sooo good!!) and Peanut Butter Cup (good). My niece had scoops of the Chocolate Choo Choo and she loved it. She guessed it was called Choo Choo because she said it had chewy chocolate chips in it. Im always trying new flavors of things but I think when I go back I will still get one of my scoops as the Bananas Foster because it was that tasty! :) And I finally understood why the name is Brics -- the sign spelled it out for me: Broad Ripple Ice Cream Station! :)

Staff was very helpful. Since I needed enough for my family, I preordered on the phone. The order was ready plus extra sprinkles. I had a great experience. My family appreciated the high quality ice cream.You cannot go inside or sit at tables right now. Most people are walking the trail, enjoying the shops, or admiring the the new apartment spaces. BRICS is my go to.

WAY more affordable than I expected for this area, that was a nice surprise. The place was really crowded, but we made it through quickly enough. The staff is super helpful with recommendations and helping new customers get their bearings. They do have dairy free and gluten free flavors, but the selections that tick both those options were more limited than Id hoped. I think they might benefit from exploring more flavors that fit both dietary restrictions. Still, the vegan raspberry was delicious!
