They were absolutely excellent. I came in 10 minutes before closing with an urgent issue, and they were courteous and gave me as much assistance and time that I needed. They treated me like family and solved my issue completely. Definitely would come here again and recommend to anyone. They are some genuinely good people.

Express Alterations did an excellent job alternating my dress. When I arrived to pick it up they offered to have me try it on. I did so and was very pleased that it was perfect!Thank you for your excellent service!

Invited to attended a Derby party (Kentucky Derby) and was told by an insider it was going to be a bit of a production. Getting into the spirit of things, I decided to rent a Southern Gentlemans costume.Worked with the staff for over an hour to get just the right combination of apparel and accessories. They were very patient and extremely helpful in trying out ideas.Walking through the doors of the party was the best feeling. Everyone commented and just how perfect the outfit was. I have no reservations about using these guys again!

The woman working was so rude I didn’t even believe she worked there at first. Came in to find something for New Years and won’t ever be back! Everything here is XXL, damaged and old so don’t waste your time anyway. If you want people to come in think about your customer service.

I would have given 5 stars had the lady not been so rude about the dress I wanted ... I stood in line for 30 minutes and asked if someone was able to help me and a guy working there replied very rudely its one of the busiest days and everybody is waiting .. but everyone was waiting to get a costume not to be helped ... when I finally got help I tried on two dresses and fell in love with the second and I walked out and was so happy and smiling and the lady that assisted me said it was gorgeous and an older lady that worked there just glared and said its too long Im not renting it to her .. and I begged and pled with her to ask her was there something she could do to alter the dress so I could leave satisfied and she just got nastier and nastier and brought a dress back just as big as the first one ... but had it not been for I believe her name was Natasha giving the extra effort I would of left ... I ended up settling for a costume because I was pressed for time but it was not what I truly wanted

I was very hesitant about going here due to the location, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the prices are cheap, and the products are of good quality. Selection is a little small, but I would definitely recommend this place, especially for a mask or a wig.

I wish i could give it zero stars. I walked in with ten minutes til closed found what i needed immediately but they refused to let me try anything on because it was too close to close. They were extremely rude and obviously don’t care about customers or making money. Do not shop!!!
