Busy - which is good! As of this review theyre requiring masks and everyone inside had one on. Shelves in pretty dang good shape as far as stocking / inventory. Im sure thats difficult to keep up on, but they do a good job.

Check out quick and to business. Friendly greetings when entering. Made me feel welcome and glad to be there.

Normally love this store and employees but there are 2 new young gentlemen who are rude, also very disrespectful. The store was a mess, open drinks on shelves things in general disarray.

I cant explain the disgust of the store. Half the shelves were empty the floors were disgusting and they still had Valentines Day stuff up. This is the end of June. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I love this DollarTree! It is always neatly stocked. The staff there makes everything easy to find. What you can locate, the friendly staff will assist you in finding it. It is a great place for quick on-the-go shopping. Usually most of the things you need real quick, you can get a DollarTree if its well and neatly stocked.

Found some good educational aids for grandkids at this location. Its just a bit unorganized. Cluttered. Junky. But the prices are right. So....

Always spend too much money, but they have so many things I need. Lol

My last visit, I got everything I wanted. Their merchandise seems tobe larger. The employees are super and concerned, being a Dollar store I was surprised with the service. With the stress we already going through kindness is very noticeable.

This place is convenient for all those things that you forgot for the cookout. The school project that the kids for to do. You can get it all here. Balloons for a party? No problem.

Its a typical Dollar Store accept everything actually only cost $1. When you see all the customers you feel like youre in the middle of the zombie apocalypse because they just wander around randomly. The layout of the store is completely confusing. The front part of the store is completely in a great order and then the back half of the store it looks like a crazy person decided which objects are going to be on which aisle. And of course the lines are long and people are very slow. I purchased triple antibiotic ointment for a cut on my hand, some name brand toothpaste, a shower curtain liner, and a bottle of multivitamins. So $4 plus tax for that not so bad.

I try to go early so as not to stand in line too long. I wonder what will happen to staffing the store if the $15/hour minimum wage goes into effect. Will there be fewer cashiers?

Found what I was looking for. Management stayed on register to help store associates with long lines. She politely informed everyone that the store was closing and asked everyone to bring their final purchases to the front of the store for check out.

Start by putting the correct store hours on the Internet. I drove across town 30 min only to get to the keystone location...closed. Dont put 10 pm on your website when you close at 9:00 pm.Very. Irritated.

Would appreciate if they carried tampons. Aside from that they have a various selection of favored assortments.

Largest dollar tree in indy, and also the tidiest because unlike the others it would appear that the employees actually tidy up the shelves daily, and there is enough room for the merchandise instead of just setting stacks of partially opened boxes in all of the aisles.

This store is a little larger than others . On my last visit the lines were quite long still a descent place . But I should be able to run in grab one thing and leave

One cashier and a very long line. I have stopped by this location numerous times and they always seem understaffed. The shelves were almost bare like the store hasnt been stocked since Friday. I went on Sunday afternoon. Ive shopped other Dollar Tree stores on Sunday and the shelves have NEVER looked like this store. Ive given them several opportunities to win me as a customer and each time they have failed. Will I shop this Dollar Tree again? No! Save your time and your sanity and try another DT store.

They were out of what I was looking for which Im not upset about but there wad a sign on the door stating you could not enter without a face covering but they were not holding shoppers to it.

Very slow service today. One customer let a person cut the line. Then that customer had item rung up wrong. They then cut the other line, while our line waited for s manager to void the sale. Wasted 10 minutes.

Cannot believe the good reviews of this store, everytime I go in here there is a line and only one register open . Today was my final trip to this store, the employee looked as though I annoyed her that she had to stop stocking and wait on me at register . Then, could not make change for 20 and did not apologize and just handed back my money . I know customer service is hard to give sometimes in this crazy world but if you work in retail you must learn the basics of at least being polite . Horrible store and customer service .
