I was given family rings for my engagement and took them to Shane Co to get resized. To my horror when the salesperson came back and said my Grandmothers rings were completely FAKE. The sales lady then showed me replacement rings to buy, overwhelmed I just wanted to leave. Cue the family drama over fake rings. I was told to get a second opinion and that is how I ended up at Patora. I met Holly who was super nice and told her NOTHING about the drama. She immediately knew exactly what kind of rings they were and tested all sorts of rings to show me they were in fact real. After getting an appraisal done, they were in fact VERY real, just very old nice diamonds from before the 1920s. Holly was patient and listened to me ramble on and on. She sent them to be sized, appraised, and had the prongs fixed. If you go ask for Holly, she saved the day and is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Holly!!!!

They had a great selection, and their staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy or annoying. They really took a lot of stress out of my quest for the perfect rings. Quite friendly and helpful with finding that perfect wedding ring! Their prices were reasonable too. Their warranty though needs refined as required 4x per year to have it inspected. I dont live nearby so this is quite inconvenient having to drop it off and pick it up again a day or so later.

I have always had very good help with people in this store. They have even cleaned my other rings that I did not buy from them every time I go in there. They have very good prices and a wide selection. The estate area is wonderful and they only sell quality pieces at a great price. I have only bought one ring from them at this time but I have my eye on several other pieces.....

I had a wonderful shopping experience. I was helped by the thoughtful and personable Savannah who took my vague ideas for a Christmas present for my wife and led me to some beautiful stackable rings. I knew nothing of stackables before, but Savannah was knowledgeable and patient. Much to my pleasant surprise, she added a little bonus discount at the register, maybe just trying to spread that Holiday Cheer. Definitely would recommend Patora if you are looking for fine jewelry and a store full of helpful and pleasant staff.

I did my research, asked around everyone suggested Patora, from the second we walked in the door I knew they were right. I needed my rings resized and got that done and so much more. Allen was so helpful and knowledgeable, they have made a customer for life.

I do not recommend this jeweler for any type of repair. My wedding ring was repaired in July 2017 and within a month the “gold” began chipping away. Their resolution was to charge me for the repair again or sell me a replacement ring, of course, but who wants that? Shoddy, questionable workmanship and even worse customer service. This long-time customer will go elsewhere and I recommend you do too. Disappointed.

I had some repairs done to my wedding set. They were friendly, did the work in-house and was done in less than a few days! Amazing service! Will be returning! I highly recommend to anyone!
