I was just in here making a return and the ladys name that did my return was named Shawn and her tag said front end team lead. She is one is the rudest employees Ive encountered here. She did not greet me and would not stop talking to other employees and their customers. Even when I would try to speak with her she would ignore me and would continue talking about food with employees. She had me standing around way longer than I needed to be just so she could talk. She is very rude and unprofessional. She isnt a good leader or example to the other employees. Im sure if you watch her on the camera around 12:45-1 you can see how she interacts with me.

Price changes posted are Not what they ring up, but cashier was helpful & changed them. Traffic pattern is Ruined due to Keystone being under construction. Repeat customers tough it out because of good prices. Very clean, good shelf stock. Nice place.

The stock at this store is great. However, the customer service is not. No one ever answers the telephone. I drove there after calling 10+ times with no answer and the woman behind the customer service counter was standing chatting with other employees and took MINUTES to acknowledge me and even when she did, was very brief and clearly uninterested in talking with me or answering my question. The phone was also ringing while she was chatting with said coworkers. Not acceptable by any standard.

This location is VERY helpful. I was asked almost constantly if I was finding everything okay. I am sure that every employee there goes above and beyond the call of duty. I will highly recommend this place to everybody that I know.

This wal-mart is huge with nice wide isles.Items were fully stocked and well displayed.The support staff was friendly and helped me find what I needed.

Incredibly long lines. Probably 30 other shoppers ahead of us. Only had one side of self checkout. Would not have wasted my time shopping had I known the line would be so bad.

Hire people or open self check out lanes. 6pm on a Saturday and you have 1 self check out and 1 lane open… you’ve got to be kidding me.

Clean. Have everything. Lacking in cashiers at the time I went (9:30pm), but not too bad. Nice staff.

Looked like a good selection of items. Not too many bean coffee but plenty of ground coffee.

This Wal-Mart location was well stocked on 9/27/21. For this day and age that is rare. Good job Walmart

Went to buy a TV. Ended up with a bigger one than I came for but what the H€LL. Got zero help from any emoloyees. I dragged and pushed it to the front across the floor. When I got up to the check out I had to drag it to the service desk to have the alarm strap removed. One lady walking with a cane helped me put it on top of a cart while I was dragging it away from the service desk. Only reason for two stars. The lady with her cane was the only helpful person I came across.

Always out of at least 4 basic items I need creating additional stop to obtain

This is a HUGE Walmart. Dry goods and grocery under one big ole roof. The store does a good job of signage for the many department sections. But some times like today what the website says is in stock just isnt there. The item that I drove 18 miles one way wasnt there. Plus you cant always count on getting one of the handicap electric carts. In a huge store like this one, someone with limited mobility can have problems. Service was good, but now I have to go online and delay getting that item that I went for and need tonight. oh well.

The food was hot & fresh except for the tater tots they seem like theyve been sitting or half cold

Employees were walking around not being helpful. All the cash registers were closed except the self check out lanes which left the lines backed up to the back of the store. The manager should make sure the staffed properly until the store closes. If you are a team lead and you see the lines are unacceptable the you should hop on a registered to get your customers out

Great store but there is always only 2-3 lines open if that at a time. And because of that the lines go all the way back to the frozen department.

Its walmart. They have the basics but small business is always the better choice in quality and ethics.

I hate the fact that Wal-Mart is the most affordable grocer. This location feels a lot smaller than the 86th street or 96th street stores. I have been a few times lately and the produce section was heavily picked over, and the remaining fruits and veggies mostly looked awful. All the avocados were moldy. The deli had been closed for over an hour and there were still rotisserie chickens sitting out. There was little selection of chicken or beef. The beverage, chip, many of the snack and freezer aisles had tons of empty shelves. Also, nobody was monitoring the self check. People were waiting and waiting for someone to come help them.

Took someone to the store, I I did buy a couple of Christmas gifts and some cat food. I can always fine something when I go there.

Honestly some of the worst customer service. It seems like i have to always go to someone to get assistance. They dont answer the phones for inside or pickup. You have to call many times and still have to go inside. When inside everyone seems confused about their jobs. Very unprofessional. Not conducive to keeping customers safe during covid times

Customer service is pretty well at times. Great place to shop at. I thank all the employees for what they are doing and the hours they put in. Great job Walmart staff!!

This is going to be one of the nicest Walmarts Ive ever been to in the state of Indiana

This store hires no cashiers. They rely 100% on self checkout which causes giant lines. Don’t waste your time.

This Walmart is well stocked and clean, but there were only 3 aisles open the last 4 times I went grocery shopping at this location. If you ask for another aisle to be open, the staff become aggressive and give a lot of excuses as to why they cannot even though there are a lot of customers waiting in line.

Just a regular old Wal-Mart. No complaints but nothing to write home about.

Waited for our grocery pickup for over an hour. We called, talked to an employee to check in, and then it took another 22 phone calls to reach someone again. Their only response was that their system had us “on the way.” So the employee we spoke with never checked us in or came out, and for an hour the other employees didn’t stop to ask why we’d been waiting so long. Horrendous customer service, will not be picking up from this location again.

Auto-center closed without warning when it says that it’s open online. They say it is permanently closed for the time being. I wasted the last life of my battery getting here because they couldn’t be bothered to correct their hours on Google or the Walmart website. Tried my best to make it a couple miles away to Autozone but it gave out. This location just ruined this whole day for me.

This Walmart location is very inviting. Loved the clean store and organized shelves.

Store did not have the items I needed even though the website says it was in stock. One team member did help me but only directed me to another isle and said “maybe it’ll be here.” And then walked away. Only good thing is the store was very clean but good customer service goes a long way.

Its not too bad but definitely not the greatest.

Its Walmart, youll get exactly what you should expect. Like most they could be better staffed to improve checkout time/experience. Staff Ive encountered over several visits were all very friendly.

I drove 15 minutes to pick something up before they closed arriving 12 minutes early only to find out they had already closed and locked the doors. Very inconvenient, if youre going to have your hours posted on your door and posted on Google you should at least honor the hours.

Its always a pleasure to shop at Walmart....my family and I been satisfied customers for many years....great customer service....great prices and the numbers on the parking spaces.... awesome

Wow, I have not seen employees move this slow at any other business. There were 3 people standing at the entrance while there was no carts. Someone scrolling on their phone while the looked at the paper towels. Even a lady stocking the soup shelves while sitting down.But hey, on this cold snowy January day, their grilling section is completely stocked. Have no fear with grilling season less than 6 months away, you too can prepare today!

Was checked out in lawn care area.Much faster than walking back up front.

Had everything I was looking for, but when it came to the check-out lane I stood for over 20 minutes. Was frustrated and was ready to go to Meijer.

The lines are huge every time I go in here. They seemed short staffed and the ppl working there seem unhappy from being over worked. Im sure the store manager is getting great bonuses by running a skeleton crew. Capitalism at its best.

I didnt get womens name..she appeared to work in the pharmacy area. She assisted us to all the aisles and even went to pickup spool of thread at other end of store. Said she walks 5 miles a day in the store. Kuddos..she is a very top customer employee..sorry I didnt get her name.

Id give it a half a star if I could. Typical Walmart. As we walk in the Greeter was rude and aggressive WE CLOSE IN 27 MINUTES TONIGHT wow bro chill.As we were leaving or I should say trying to leave there are like 45 workers just standing around chatting it up, every lane was closed except for the self check out. There is like 49,936,976 people standing in line. The clerk working the machines had no idea what she was doing. Horrible experience! Bought a 65 inch tv got it home it was bent an broken. Went back to return an they didnt know how to which resulted in a 5 day delay until they could figure it out. The only thing Ill be buying here are tank tops. Very unorganized management! Very disappointing.

2 checkout lines open...with long lines...laid items on countertop and walk out of store...this just reinforces the reason I dont frequent Walmart....the low prices come at the cost of long waits in the checkout...

Shelves have empty so items I went to get were not there. Asked for American yellow cheese and got cheddar. Found out when I got hime. Had to go to other Walmart to get rest of items.

Theres never any open registers. Always only 2 or 3. Lines Always long. Self checkout is always crowded. Yet, you Always see employees around standing talking with another not doing anything. Thought the whole idea of being a different store with more check out registers would make life easier. The extra registers are just for show and decorations... smh

Easily the worst Walmart in the city. I just moved back to the Northside and completely forgot how trashy Walmarts can be until I started coming here. Theres no one EVER working the register. The self checkout line is always wrapped around the store and the employees hate their jobs and management and find the need to express it to the customers frequently. Ill never return. Theres a Target down the road.

Antonio in electronics went above and beyond to help me with something that was not in his department. He even helped me all the way to my vehicle! For that, I give 5 stars! Great job sir!

Out of all the Walmarts in Indianapolis but I have visited, this one is by far the best! It’s kept very clean, Everything is fully stocked, and the workers are very helpful and friendly which is something most are Walmarts are lacking anymore. Thank you Walmart on Keystone for being so awesome!

Very bad service. I waited 20 mins in a line and when it was my turn to check out, the cashier turned off her light/sign and told me it was closed. She could’ve said something earlier instead of having me wait for 20 mins and that was the only lane open, all other lanes were closed.

Clean, friendly staff. I rarely have to wait in a line too long.

This might just be the biggest WalMart Ive ever been in. I was greeted in stereo by two employees then the unusual happened. There was a tornado warning protocol put into effect just as I started walking to checkout. All customers were corralled to electronics for about ten minutes where we social distanced as hail and heavy rain audibly pelted the darkened skylights. There was no damage and after the all clear sounded the registers opened again and Wal-Mart as usual resumed. Thank you Wal-Mart staff for your attention to customer safety during this notable weather.

There is no Walmart that is good anymore. Rude n unhelpful management. Always always out of my size, but who cares, plus size clothes are not cute at all!! They need to make plus sizes like the juniors......... cute and trendy, not old lady like.

I like this particular Walmart. Its got everything you need (as all Walmarts should), the store was clean and well organized and the staff was friendly.

A good experience! Today was my first time ordering online for pick-up at the store..I have to say I was reluctant as Ive not always had the best experiences at this location; however to my surprise and might I add delight- I not only successfully completed the online portion of my order without any hitch AND was able to actually park in a not-so-well (reason for only 4 stars) designated spot and call the store and have my CORRECT and COMPLETE order delivered right to my car! FOR A CHANGE GOOD JOB WALMART!

I dont work at Walmart who want to sanitize cart, shop. Scan your own items and bag their grocery. Then pay your hard earned money. Every Register was closed only U-Scans open. Great Value friendly staff.

Online inventory is not updated. So they charge you then cancel the order. It can take up to 7 days to see a refund. When you call the customer support to see what inventory they have of simular product they direct you to the store location. When you call the store it just rings for 10 straight min and noone ever answers. Guess you dont want my business so I will take it else where.

It was clean. The cashier was fast and nice.

They never have enough check out lines open. It takes a half hour or more to get through the line even when it is not busy. There are not enough u-scan machines to make up for their ubderstaffing.

This rating is for the online purchase pickup tower only. Theres someone there to assist if help needed. The tower is easy to use. Could not scan the code on my phone, just punched in the order # and voila! My order was delivered!
