Had a brand new pair of Nike A1 size 4y that came directly from Finishline to this place to be airbrushed for my grandson’s 7th birthday. These shoes had not even been tried on as it was supposed to be a gift! When I went to pick up the shoes they had been worn! Dirty inside and out! There were black fingerprints in the white parts in various places! There was more dirt and grime in the bottom of the shoes than the shoes I had just finished a 16hr shift! The owner said that it was… Hilarious. Totally disgusting! I would give No stars if I could!

It was very difficult to locate someone who does airbrushing. My daughter wanted an old school look for her graduation pictures. I contacted Image Plus went in and we sat with Devin to give an idea of what she wanted. He sketched some things in a piece of blank paper but refused to look at the examples we had. I think he assumed we couldnt afford the shirt since he made the statement, showing me a design will make me try to re-create the design and the price will go up.He had several examples around the office so I assumed he knew what he was doing. The design only required bubble letters that said Class of 2021. Two colors were requested-light blue and dark purple. We agreed to a few stars and bubbles.What I got was a shirt in the correct colors that looks as if they messed up but attempted to fix it. The L looks like is was added after a misspelling. Its lowercase and the C and A are capital. Then the s are again lowercase. The word of looks like its part of class.Then extra things were added to improve it which did not improve it. We did not ask for water drips and they seem to be an after thought.I did not address the situation with the owner and I probably should have but I wanted to see how my daughter felt about it before I complained. When I picked her up from school and she saw it, her face was filled with disappointment. We have no time to search for anyone else, which there arent any others in Indianapolis and no time for a remake as this took over 2 weeks ro get and her photo appointment is in 3 days.

This place is a true “Hidden Gem” for those of you with a sense for great Customer Service! Devin was happy to help, had some great suggestions and was ready to assist with a tight deadline. Image plus get my highest recommendation!!! Thank you, Devin! You are the best!!

The very WORST experience in my life of customer service. I came last Saturday asked for 2 shirts to be made for a trip I am going on. Devin was VERY rude he got smart several times with me and my family did not have examples of his work. Didnt have a receipt to give for 2 shirts I paid for in FULL $85.60 to be exact. When asked when he would have them done he said a week which meant I would pick up my shirts 4.24.21 well today came he had not even started on the the shirts until today called to say he needed more time then lied said he never asked for more time. He argued with me in front of another customer instead of being a professional and finishing his business with that person first. I will NEVER do business with this company or person ever again. I did receive a refund (after going around and around)that was the ONLY good thing that came out of this experience. Pic loaded was my so called receipt because he was too lazy to buy a receipt book.... TRASH SERVICE 🗑

He messed up my shoes and my shirt!!!! My words truly looked like an J forgot words that I needed on the shirt!!! My shoes was completely wrong.. I believe he rushed with my order and has not offered half an refund or anything and the passing was the next day so it couldn’t be fixed…

He’s easy to talk too, great to work with and his work speaks for itself! He made my T-shirt of my Sister with Angel wings, it is the truth! I love it.. If No stars was a option I woulda selected 0 stars. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received from anywhere let alone somebody that was clueless to what we kept saying we wanted to do. He was unprofessional, he was sexist in so many ways and argumentative from jump. He does not know how to talk to people and he CANT COUNT FOR NOTHING! You have a refund back and gave back too much money but I appreciate the extra tip for my inconvenience. Never will recommend doing business with him EVER. There is soooo many other people out that does wayyyyyy better work then what he was gonna produce. I paid half up front a week prior only to wake up to a call from you on the day of pickup asking for more time because you haven’t even started?!??! Aw naw, take ya Bob the builder boots and go get me my money back CLOWN!

I highly recommend Image Plus!!!!! They were the only place in town that was able to get my shirt done with short notice! My shirt was done in less then 24hrs!!! Prices are well worth the product!!!!!! Fast replies and very professional!!!!!!!! Ill definitely be going there to get more shirts made in the future!!!!!
