Ordered custom shirts for a group I am in. Spoke to Christina on the phone and via email in regards to my needs. She sent me mockups of the design and worked with me to make everything perfect!!!! Amazing work, great quality and amazing customer service. Work was done quickly and accurately! Responds to emails quickly and professionally! Will be doing my business from A+ Images, Inc from now on. Will have all my shirts made from them!!!

I needed some glasses etched with a quick turnaround. Communicated with the company via telephone first then everything went through email, including invoice payment. Very quick response, easy to work with. Ordered yesterday afternoon and ready this morning!!!! Price was GREAT! Very impressed with this companys service.

I do not recommend working with Doug Straka, the owner. He is the least professional person I’ve ever worked with. He is rude through email, sarcastic and lazy. He is not willing to do anything out of his way in order to benefit his clients. Also, beware he will charge you fees for anything he can. Processing fees, etc.On top of that — when you write a truthful review about him on Google, Doug will then proceed to fire you as a client.

Ive not gotten an order from them YET. But I emailed for a quote and received it in no time. I also called in and was helped by a very nice young lady. This means a great deal to me as this is the first step in gaining a lasting business relationship. This sweatshirt process I am going through is kinda of difficult for me because of my work schedule and other matters. This will be a memorial shirt for a funeral. I am looking forward to working with them as they have come highly recommended by a couple coworkers from a huge veteran organization I work for. They have done several pieces with my organization and have done an outstanding job. I look forward to seeing how my small single project turns out.

One could not ask for better customer service than what I have received when working with them on two recent projects. The first was 40 printed shirts and they were done quickly and well. The second was for four shirts with vinyl letters and different words on each shirt. The shirt colors were also different. I believe they turned those shirts around in a day.They are quick to respond on email. Payment online is easy. And they are gracious when you change an order.I will always call on A+ Images, Inc. when I need shirts printed.

The first couple of times I went here I was satisfied with the screen printing and vinyl work I had done. The trouble came when I decided to try DTG. I was told that the problem was with the color and or material of some of my garments. Upon getting a professional second opinion, there was no base coat of white paint used during the printing process, which is why you could see the color of the garment through the print. Obviously they didnt check to see how things were going during the printing process or someone would have noticed spots of color missing in the design. I feel like corners were cut to save their cost. Not to mention some of my designs were misshaped and that fact was totally ignored. There was no form of responsibility taken on A Plus Images part. I was basically told sorry for your luck, check with your manufacturer. Ive spent over $1000 in less than two months and was really shocked at the response I received. Very disappointed!

Product turned out great but the communication to get to it was the worst customer experience I have ever had with an apparel company. Details were regularly lost in translation, new emails chains created to ask for details already provided, and Doug was less than friendly and seemed easily aggravated when asking for clarification. When the order was completed, no information was provided on how and where to receive it. The entire process left me very confused and aggravated. We love the product and the price point but unfortunately will never return to use the services here again, it simply wasnt worth the frustration. We immediately found another local company for the remaining orders we wished to place.

I ordered a few long-sleeved dress shirts for me and my husband. A+ customized one of their kids Kiwanis logos to incorporate our club name at no extra charge. The logo was emailed to me to approve before finalizing the order. The shirts are excellent quality, fit perfectly, and the custom logo was exactly as approved. Very satisfied!!!

My son planned on announcing that he was an expecting father tonight with tshirts ordered online. The shirts were delayed delivery because of the hurricane. Searched to find new ones and couldnt. I called and spoke to Bob. He put his super hero cape on and saved the day. I cant thank you all enough. I thought same day turn around was going to be impossible and Id end up making something that would be pretty ugly with some fabric paint. Now they have lovely shirts to announce to the world and they can have them as keepsakes and they were very reasonably priced for a custom job of only one shirt with one saying and one with another. They should add more plus signs for that kind of customer service. It is not easy to find.

Nice establishment and the young lady gave a warm welcome. I gave it three star because I went in to see about getting a custom shirt with a professional photo of Drake for his fan fav contest (which allows us to rep drake in support). Although the young lady stated that she wasn’t over designing she went back to ask whomever was in the back. I showed her a picture of Drake which was a professional clear photo and the young lady in the back consulted with someone about the photo but didn’t actually show him the photo so it was based off of assumption. He told her to tell me that it would be blurry if they blew it up. Lol However, I just wanted it medium size and not blown up all over the shirt. In short, I gave it a four star because whomever was in the back didn’t even try to see if it would work, not to mention I came from Plainfield based on the amazing reviews.....____________Why didn’t you just say that when I was there instead of saying it on here? When I was in the place of business you didn’t mention the real reason it was denied. You literally didn’t say anything about copyright issues, until your responded to my review. Just be upfront next time, I’m a very understanding person. And the fact that you just tried to get smart with just made me rate a 1.
