I have been shopping at Kroger for 48 years in Louisville, KY and Westfield, IN. My friends and family are mailed coupons for a free item and cents off others. I have never received them. Im thinking of switching to Meijer since they do send great savings coupons. Very disappointed in Kroger, since Ive been a loyal customer for so long. I would love to know how to obtain them!

I have my prescriptions through kroger in whiteland on independence. I will be closing it soon. Seems they are more invested at giving shots. Drive through window closed due to lack of help.The rudeness and lack of caring has reached a new. Low.

Krogers is the place to get everything done today in one stop grocery shopping! Called concerning being unable to pay for an online home delivery of groceries. One call did it! Where VERY diligent with correcting the problem. They TRULY value you as a Customer! Great job!!!!

I shop at Kroger on S. East St. and Madison and Epler. The quality of veggies and meat keep on going downhill while prices keep going up. Veggies and meat spoil really fast no matter the date. Also where has the Buffalo Burger at Southern Plaza gone? Also since Kroger seems to want keep masks, Ill be giving Walmart a try.

I shop at the Kroger store in speedway Indianapolis, In where Brandon is the manger and what I can say about my experience is it’s horrible. The employees don’t speak to the customer when you come in contact with one of them. I was shopping in the vegetable department where a worker was stocking the shelves with new product and he ignored me and didn’t look my way or speak to me while I stood there looking. The manager Brandon doesn’t speak to the customers even when he comes in contact with one.This morning when I was shopping I had one lady speak to me the whole time I shopped. She was a front end worker a cashier. Very bad customer service with no smile and a lot of unprofessional workers.

Kroger is almost impossible to reach - the pharmacy, store and division offices. I have spent a total of about an hour without any resolution to me calls, questions, and now complaints. DO NOT use the pharmacy at the 71st & Binford location. The tech was RUDE and said, she was leaving and didnt care, about my concern. If this is how Kroger allows staff to treat customers then they really need to rethink the hiring.

They’re lines at the Thompson road Kroger’s is backed up so bad, I wish marsh was still in business, unfortunately they have a monopoly on the grocery business right now, self check out back Ed up, cashiers backed up, going to be late to work, I need food HELP

Did you guys know that Kroger has decided to get into the political game publicly! As such, theyre eliminating Mike Lindell products from their stores. Im no particular fan of his but I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT KROGER.

Can you fill your chip bags to atleast 50% full? This is getting ridiculous. The bad part is, your brand is the only brand down the whole isle that sells bags of chips 30% full. Then have the nerve to raise the price. SMH

Office has been here for years. Building is well maintained and a great location for employees

Management insist on letting employees set in front of the store and smoke while customers have to walk through it. Store on Dixon road in Kokomo is particularly bad about this even when management is made well aware of it, its continues. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Very nice and clean facility. Lady at front desk was very nice.

No bad experience for applying a job for them im working for the Willow Lake location in Indianapolis. but Sadly Marsh is out of Business.. but least they still are making money for the grocery store locations.
