Visited here on Saturday, July 10, 2021After listening to Bill Spadea of NJ 101.5 yesterday while working Medic Unit #1201 and his discussion with callers regarding beat Pizza Places in New Jersey.One caller had mentioned this place, where we have been for Breakfast and decided to give it a try.We ordered the 14 inch Margarita, crispy.For appetizers, Kit Dwight had the Onion Soup and I had Buffalo Wings and a small house salad.The soup, salad and wings were delicious.The Pizza was tasty and kind of average.The crust was crispy and the base was floppy.Sauce was painted on thin and was dry and similar to a tomato paste that with a little sprinkle of salt tasted better.The cheese was paper thin slices, which prevented you from appreciating the mozzarella taste.Weve been here for Breakfast and this meal.Well give the place another try at pizza, possibly a plain to see how that compares.They have a large and broad menu that we want to try for a nice dinner on a future visit.
This is the go to place when you cant decide what you want to eat. The menu is hugh. Breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, salads, full diners, etc. And its all great. Great food, friendly staff...Perfect.
First time dining after reading google reviews & only one word can describe this diner- DISGUSTING. This place needs “restaurant rescue.” From the dirty glassware & utensils to the burnt food served, it’s definitely not worthy of any stars. The manager was our server and I was shocked to even see his concerned reactions. Understanding we are in different times, there are still 3 main things that are nonnegotiable:1. Clean/Sanitary2. Properly cooked food3. Prompt & courteous serviceI hope this place reads and understands the necessities to survive in this climate.
OooooOOO. Finally decided to stop in for a bite after coming here a couple times doing gig app deliveries. Friendly place. The bacon cheeseburger with extra patty hit the spot ! Will def be coming back for lunch to try the list of burgers this place has.
Large portions, fresh ingredients, great staff. Best steak gravy down the shore. The chicken soup in better than grandmas! From disco ff to penny vodka, Im never disappointed ♡
Stopped for lunch, I had a Ruben. Done to perfection, my wife had a BLT wrap she enjoyed. Resonability priced. Was Service excellent.
Good solid breakfast. Home fries needed onion and salt, very bland. Great service also
My husband and I were driving home from a long road trip. We saw this diner and stopped for a bite to eat. My husband ordered ravioli and I had a stuffed chicken breast. The Rivoli was saturated in red sauce and my stuffed chicken was tasteless. We asked for rolls and the waitress said we dont have rolls. What diner doesnt have rolls! No desert came with the meal. The diners Ive been to you get rolls and desert included. A black X on that diner.
What a wonderful, consistently good diner this is. Im so happy its in my neighborhood. We had a big crowd come in (I called in advance that we were coming), Diane/a was our server and she did an amazing job. The food came hot and fairly quick. Well done, everyone!
Nice ppl work there. If you want to eat outside, you have to order to go, but there are tables outside.
Food was excellent, service was really the best and our waiter; Lou, was very pleasant and made sure we had whatever we needed. We were not rushed through our meal, and not needlessly interrupted, which made our long awaited reunion very enjoyable. I will recommend their food and their service for a very pleasant casual dining experience.
We have had take out and now I dined in. The food is just ok. Service is good. Not rushing back.
Four Seasons is a solid diner experience. The breakfast sandwiches, pancake and waffle platters, and Italian pasta dishes seem to be their strength. Desserts and shakes are plentiful and of nice quality they do a surprisingly decent job with the brick oven pizza too. Ive liked much of what Ive gotten here. If it werent for my poor view of their dishes including scallops, they would have a 5-star rating.
Went down to the shore for the weekend with the family and of course Friday evening we had to hit up the Four Seasons. We go at least twice every trip down, once for supper, once for breakfast. We were so disappointed. Boy did this place fall off. Host and waitress were rude and inattentive. Food was bland and overcooked. My wife barely even ate her dinner. Not like our waitress would’ve even noticed, she came by twice the entire meal. Needless to say, We didn’t go back for breakfast. Get your act together Four Seasons because this was a disgrace.
Great food. Nice place. I had a grilled chicken pesto. My wife had a cob salad. Both were great.
Went for breakfast, and the potatoes were delicious. Slow cooked, then sliced and grilled quicky on a hot grill. As everywhere, they are short-staffed. The servers were fantastic under difficult circumstaces.
It used to be so good. Ive frequented this diner since they opened, and for years loved everything I got. This past year or so they have gone downhill fast. I almost always get takeout, and the food has gotten worse as time has gone on. Ive even gotten food poisoning from them twice! I dismissed it as pandemic issues but they havent gotten any better. I just ordered from them for the first time in months, simple chicken fingers and fries that should be hard to mess up. Well everything was so undercooked, the fries especially were soggy and so gross. Looks like I need to find a new diner.
I had the swordfish there and ordered the tuna melt for the next day and they are both fantastic yum
This diner makes for an easy and enjoyable dinner. The food is good and reasonably priced. Its diner fare. I was with 6 people for dinner. We ordered a variety of meals. We had onion rings and loaded nachos for appetizers. The onion rings were really good! My ham and cheese calzone was outstanding and huge. Everything else looked good, and everyone enjoyed their food. The kids meals are $6.99 and include a drink and dessert. We were there on a Wednesday night, the server was super nice and efficient. We were served quickly. All in all a really nice night.
My wife and I are new parents and Four Seasons Diner has been absolutely perfect for us. Trying to manage being safe through a pandemic and not having much time to cook at the moment as we work on catching up on some sleep, being a few days into parenthood, Four Seasons is reasonably priced with consistently great food, and Door Dash makes it even easier for us. Thank you, and we cant wait to bring our son in some day soon.-Customer for life
Never disappoints! The best breakfast. Diane was the best waitress! Served 17 of us with ease. Everything perfect and hot!
Food is normally good lately it has dropped off. Ordered take out they forgot plastic silver ware. No ketchup. Food was mediocre at best. Going to try other places for awhile.
Keith was a great server. The food was very good, the Coconut Shrimp perfectly done.

The hostess was super sweet, the guy that got us our drink has anger issues, & our waitress was a ditz. we ordered the “pancakes that made them famous” and they were worse than box mix pancakes. only good thing was the french fries but even the portion was small. don’t waste your time/money, there’s definitely better diners nearby

It was busy but we were seated quickly and food came out all together for our party of 5. Everyone enjoyed their meals.There’s a great variety of food at affordable prices. They substitute fries for sweet potato fries for a small charge. I forgot my purse as I was walking out and as soon as I walked back in one employee was bringing it up to the front. :)I took one star off for the use of styrofoam containers. :( Next time we will bring our own containers.Pictures are turkey club with sweet potato fries, kids smiley face pancake (comes with a small jello) and Cobb salad.

Use to go there for breakfast and that started to become terrible. Gave it a couple of more tries and then refused to go there again for it. Tried lunch again after that was subpar the last time I was there. I got a triple decker sandwich for $10 that had the smallest piece of bacon and was made sloppy. I had to build the sandwich again. Straight ripoff! Im not a complainer or picky, but it was pitiful! I regret not saying what the heck is this! Anyway, the place used to be good and I recommended it to people; but after going there the last 4-5 times it has been bad. Refuse to go back!
Ive had better food elsewhere. Place is straight chaos. Waitress running around looking busy but not being busy. I was a waiter for many years. Waited super long to get asked for drinks. Food was medocre. Go elsewhere

Absolutely terrible ordered an early lunch/late breakfast for three people one egg omelette with potatoes two tuna melts. Eggs were burnt potatoes were black and on the bottom obviously burnt and the toast was black as well. Both tuna melts were absolutely disgusting not very edible no flavor to it whatsoever literally tasted like they poured out of a can on the bread. Did pick up most of the employees were not wearing masks very very unsightly... never again I have had other bad experiences as well but never this bad...

The soup was really good chicken noodle which is why i am giving 3 stars. If that was all i ordered i would give 5. Unfortunately our other items were not goodI will go back and give them another chance but stick to breakfast items next time. One item was taken off bill which is why i will go back.

Food is great, but where this place really shines is with its employees. Most of the staff here are very pleasant and always have a smile on their face. Would have been five stars had they enforced their mask policy a little bit better.
Ordered hot open face roast beef it came with Mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. Portions were very generous. In addition i ordered two extra sides. I was told 15 minutes for pick-up and by the time i drove over from Seaside it was ready and waiting.Got all the way back home only to find that one of the sides was not in the bag (of course it was the extra gravy), there were no utensils or napkins either. Thankfully i had taken it home and not somewhere i didnt have access to a knife and fork.The veggies were a bit mushy, the potatoes had good flavor and were actually real but not creamy. Kind of like cafeteria thick. The roast beef was plentiful but the gravy was salty like the Atlantic.All in all it was edible. As this was my first time trying them and every place has an off night i will go back again to give another try with something different.
Great coffee. Not too many vegetarian options, and zero vegan options. The server seemed very, very new, because we had to ask for things several times, and he didnt really know the answers to most of our questions. The food was OK. The milkshake was really delicious. But good coffee and milkshakes really isnt enough to keep us coming back.
Just moved to the area and this diner has immediately become our favorite place. The dinners are fantastic portions and filled with deliciousness. The cheesecake is to die for. Love that they do take out and if you dine in the wait staff is always super friendly and courteous.
Walked in for breakfast on a Tuesday morning and immediately walked out after being subjected to the restaurant blasting conservative talk radio and Tucker Carlson in the dining room. Guess they only want one kind of customer at this place…

Have been travelling to Toms River for work several times in the past few weeks and thought itd be a good idea to check out some of the local eateries in the area. Trying to stay close to where I was with work obligations I searched Google and came up with 4 or 5 choices to try and with reading others reviews decided to try Four Seasons. Part of the reason for the choice was the fact that I would be in a larger vehicle that would not fit very well in other places but since Four Seasons is in an old Wawa building the lot was large enough. Upon entering the diner I was seated promptly and as with other places I have been to alone I was seated at a 2 seat table something I normally ask to be changed as I am over six foot tall and smaller tables are usually too tight but not here, the table was fine. As I looked over the breakfast menu there were plenty of options as well as things I saw for the dinner menu that might be worth coming back for. While waiting for the meal I noticed there were a few families of well behaved children enjoying their meal so I am guessing that this might be a favorite place for local people to eat especially since the waiters greeted them as if they knew them. I would consider a return visit if given the opportunity but might want to check out some of the other places in the area but if you go I dont think you will be disappointed.

4 stars since they have a sign that tells delivery drivers to wait outside like 2nd class citizens and wait until the food goes on tbe table but they dont put it there. Its left on the counter so if I followed the rules I wouldve been waiting awhile l. I been doing this job too long. I know how it works.
Amazing food but too bad the waiters and every worker do not wear a mask. very insensitive because i dont need people breathing onto my food without their mask on.
Lovely dining experience! Very pleasant atmosphere, extensive menu, and polite and attentive. Food was plentiful and delicious and well prepared.

To be honest a chain restrant makes better food.. the pancakes were not the best that Ive had in nj and the sausage seemed undercooked and made me uneasy the only good thing on my plate was the French toast. The service wasnt good the lady I had serve me seemed like she had other things that were more important on her mind was untalkative and just seemed kinda rude.With that being said I will NOT ever go back cause this was strike 2

We just ordered from four seasons. I in went to pick up Food and as i waited at the counter to get my food I watched the all the cooks in the back with no mask and no gloves touching food with their bare hands. I also watched a waitress collect money then handle 6 pieces of toast with no gloves then she wiped her hands on her lap. I’m not a big advocate for mask. But anyone handing food should be wearing gloves pandemic or not. On top of it I waited 10 mins while my food sat there and got cold. I would not recommend this place ever. Gross

Ordered a large pizza ended up with a small barpie, when I questioned the size the guy told me it is a large and the only thing large on it was the burnt edges. The guy that was working had no interest in even checking it, Been there a few times in last couple of months and the food has really gone downhill, bye bye From me Four Seasons

LOVE THIS PLACE. Great food and most wait staff is incredibly friendly. Walking in here is always an incredibly welcoming experience. The food is never disappointing, no matter the time if day but if anything should ever go wrong they are apologetic and quick to remedy. One if my all-time favorite places to eat.
