This location will not answer their phone and is telling customers complete and utter lies. They dont do anything for you in store and if you have something sent to that store they are refusing to give customers their devices !!!!! Absolutely insane. Multiple locations further south are much much much better.

Lance is amazing! He was super helpful and went out of his way to get our phones set up! I only want to deal with Lance from now on. This man deserves a raise!!

People there are very rude they dont know how to answer their phones they lie to you I bought a phone turn around it wasnt the phone that I want it I spent $80 out of my pocket had to pay for a restocking fee because somebody there didnt know what they was doing and lie to me and his name was Jordan Do not go to that store I would recommend going to a different store or calling T-Mobile over the phone And Ive been waiting On the manager to call me for about 3 weeks now still no call

This sprint store is not a corporate store, I have been a sprint customer for over 20 years and never had store employee be as rude as at this location. avoid this location they are a third party retailer NOT SPRINT and they treat you like they are not sprint. If I could have rated them with zero stars I would have but system didnt allow for that. DO BUSINESS AT SPRINT CORPORATE STORES NOT THIRD PARTY.

I’ve been to this location a few times and every time it’s great customer service they were very helpful this is my favorite location to go to they care a lot about what I want and my needs

I didnt go to the Sprint store but it keeps showing up in my timeline wanting me to do a review. Im not a Sprint customer, I was years ago when there werent many other options. Ill never go back to Sprint. The service was bad and the price just kept going up, like Comcast. Bad, just bad.

I went in there and the sprint rep was some fat white mars hillian lady. when I walked in the store she came out of the back room licking all of her fingers like she was eating fried chicken. then had the nerve to try to shake my hand. then she told me to come back in 30 minutes because she was on her lunch break. I knew the store was in mars hill but damn

Some guy in a suit I assume was the manager couldnt keep his eyeballs off my girl. So much so she told me she felt uncomfortable bn in the store. He wasnt even the one helping us but kept trying to put in his 2 cents. She tried to ignore him but he kept giving her as she said flirty eyes. I asked him to stop then he asked me what I was gonna do about it! What would you do? Needless to say the cops were called and I got banned from the store. Great job hiring customer service reps Sprint. Wife called customer support they were almost as rude as the pervert store associate, everyone of them addressed her as miss instead of mrs. Even after being corrected. Duno bout you but anyone who cant address me properly even after bn corrected does not deserve my business let alone any respect.
