I bought an amplifier from Kevin’s Reverb store. I was in the market for this particular amplifier, and Kevin had the best price by far. Had it at home, played on it routinely since purchasing it, and then started having problems. Through research and lots of questions, I found out this particular model had its issues and was no longer being made by the company.Without much hope and certainly no expectation, I informed Kevin what I had found out and the problems I was encountering.Again, I’ve had the amp in my home for more than 3 months. I purchased it in late January, started having issues in late April. Not a long time for an amp of this price point, but certainly long enough to not have any hope of any assistance from where I purchased it.To my absolute shock and amazement, Kevin went to bat for me. He spoke to the manufacturer of the amp, he spoke to his contacts, and didn’t let up until they agreed to not only replace the amp, but since the one I had was no longer being made, replace it with the new upgraded model.I can’t think of very many people that would have done what Kevin did. Too many others, and with good reason, would have shrugged their shoulders and informed me that there wasn’t anything he could do.Kevin didn’t take that route, and to make just one customer happy, he went way out of his way.I could tell you he made a customer for life, I will shop his store for anything you need with the utmost confidence that he has his customers best interest at heart, and I couldn’t recommend more that anyone reading this do the same.Kevin, thank you.

Really great space. I wish this wouldve been around when I was in middle school and high school band, hands down wouldve been my favorite music place! The owners wealth of knowledge and love of music makes it really easy to keep coming back!

Dropped my just above bottom of the barrel applause acoustic off to Kevin and over the course of one evening had it playing like a guitar worth hundreds more. His prices are super reasonable and hes just a cool dude.

I wouldnt buy anything from this store it is my opinion that they dont want my or anyones business.

Amazing selection of guitars and speakers. Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Good place to go to learn and instrument or to practice for a band.
